Hey,
This is to take your kind attention toward A pipe line which connect Himgri Enclave water supply to Harit Vihar.
As it is asked many of time to the MLA and other higher authority too for this and can be seen easily but they are just taking this as a cup of a tea.
But for me its like a Bulls eye.
1st if any leak will be there is the pipe line the drainage water will go inside that and people even including my family will have that water.
This is against the right and ovisly you can see how can it be possible by your SO CALLED PLAN MAKKER WHO MADE THIS DISCUSTING PLAN.
I THINK HE DONT HAVE ANY KNOWLDGE FOR THIS.
2nd Due to that pipe all waste of the NALA is now blocked overe here and bacteria, water polluition, insect are now taking born and its STINGS very badly toooo.
I need a strict and effective answer of my complain and even I must get a back call on my cell regarding this too .

From sep 2020 to mar 2022 i shifted to allahabad for job
my water bill reading is wrongly taken for this time by jal board rajinder nagar office. They created a bill of 25000rs.
I submitted application 3 times in djb but no resolution
noone came to take the correct reading, motor is always in working condition
i have given 1 year electricity bills of 0.00 rs, camera photos, videobif meter reading, all proof givenbr...

I am a single tenant whose water usage is less than 5KL per month as I do not use washing machine or water cooler. This time, DJB sent a bill to my landlady for 10190.00 for 529 days whereas my last water bill was Rs.99 for 51 days. This is much more than one and a half times higher than my previous bill. This current bill is missing the last and current meter reading, and they have just put a random number o[censored]nits.
Also, in December 2020 the apartment was unoccupied for 3 weeks as I was away. I do not have visitors or anyone occupying the apartment with me, as a senior citizen living in this address for almost 10 years. Never have I received such a high water bill. the two married couples on GF and 1st and 2nd floor got normal bills much lower than mine. How is that posssible?
I went with my landlady on 3 April to file a complaint at Jal Vihar zonal office, but no response has been received and no action taken. I have also registered complaint No.[protected] yesterday on DJB Grievance site, but no action.
I request the DJB once again to kindly correct the bill and stop harassment of a senior citizen tenant. Until this is resolved, DJB should not include late payment charges in corrected bill.

Water supply by delhi jal board in Achraya Niketan C45, mayur vihar phase1, new delhi-110091 is so drastic from last 7 days. As the sewer water, is contaminated in the pipelines which is a serious problem for the residency and residents are affecting such type of sewer mix water. The water is the basic requirement for everybody. So i request that please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that water supply in the Area of Raghu Nagar West delhi has been stopped with no reason for last 15 days .Colony members went to DJB office and filed a complaint for the same but have had no response till this time.We also tried calling at various DJB customer care no. provided on the internet and website but no one from the customer care is picking up the call.

Earlier, few colony members visited local Volunteer Shashi from AAP (Vinay Mishra) regarding the complain and quick solution. they assured us but no action has been taken till today.

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. We are suffering very badly with no supply of water here. We wake overnight everyday waiting for the water but there is no supply of water from last 15 days.

I, S N Bhatt resident of Savitri Nagar New Delhi -17 would like to draw your attention towards the excessive water bill of Rs. 9793/-.
I am 70-year-old and I was detected with cancer and have also been operated for my spinal injury due to which i have been bed ridden for almost two years (Medical records of AIIMS to prove it).

Starting before 1st lockdown my meter went faulty and stopped working but due to my medical condition I could never check that and the Lockdown also did not help as no representative of DJB could come to take the meter readings. After almost a year into the pandemic discovered about the faulty meter through the meter reading person from DJB and i got it changed instantly. So, I would also request that post my meter change please check my monthly water consumption to have an exact idea of the bill raised.

Today as on date the bill amount has reached 9793/- however i only have a 500 ltr tank installed on which only 3 people do the water consumption and Delhi Govt offers 600 ltr water free every day so how is it justified that a 500 ltr tank has resulted in such an excessive bill amount.
I am a retd Senior citizen and request to waive off my DJB water bill and oblige as per the earliest

Sewer is completely filled and blocked at our home entrance which needs to be cleared asap. We are stuck in our homes. Sewer water is coming out and giving foul smell. Soon it will be a good place for breeding of mosquitos. It will cause diseases.
Request you to please look into this urgently and send someone asap to clear the sewer

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in house No :- 349 jai vihar phase 3 gali no 15A near nala road new delhi 110043 . they take a illegal water connection in under construction house
my DJB complain no is DJB[protected]
please disconnect the above noted connection and take the action against them. and also take action again them who allowed of this above noted unauthorized and illegal water connection.
sir I also want to make a request that please do not disclose my name in front of them for my safety purpose because I don't want to take any risk

We have been getting contaminated water supply in pocket 16 sector 24 Rohini since some time. Several complaints were made to Delhi Jal board regarding this by several residents but nothing has happened yet. It's a serious health hazard and Delhi Jal board is playing with lives of people. Please ask someone to look into this matter asap.

This is to inform you that our water meter has been stolen from our vacant flat on 19th of Mar' 22 our connection number is ([protected]). Thieves entered in our vacant flat in the night of 19th and have stolen water meter alongwith water taps. We have also lodged an FIR for the same vide FIR No. RHN_PV_000184.

Kindly acknowledge our complaint and arrange to install new water meter.

The supply of water is running extremely low in the areas of Saiyadulajab at Saket South Delhi. The area is experiencing water shortage from a long time and even many people have filed several complaints against this issue but still the South Delhi Municipal Corporation & Delhi Jal Board are as usual casual in providing a speedy solution to such necessary issues faced by the public.

Sewers in our vicinity are blocked from past six months. We already lodged multiple complaints but all in vain. So please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

From Last 13 days we received dirty drinking water through Delhi jal Board Water Service Pipe Line . I complaint against last 3 days but on one taking in serious manner also i informed to MY MLA BHAWNA GOAR but due to some personal reason she were not met .
This water was not good for health there 3 members of my family got ill after this drinking this water .
Please do something about that and solve my area problem .

Hi,
I am a resident of Yadav Nagar, SamayPur Badli. Our colony receives impure, yellowish & dirty water, which is unfit for drinking, even after repeated filtrations. The water we get through our taps, completely defeats the inherent properties of water. It is usually brown, contains visible impurities & tastes horrible. At times it smells so badly, as if it's coming directly from some drains. The water quality is so bad that it cannot be used for washing purpose. Yadav nagar people are dependent of bisleri cans for drinking water. Delhi Government claims to provide clean and pure drinking water to the Delhi people, but it seems failing in our colony.
Please take necessary steps and provide clean water for drinking.
Please help.

Dear Sir, i am resident of H.no-58b ambedkar colony bijwasan new delhi my K.NO. is [protected] i am receiving the message of huge amount of bill without meter reading and also not received the copy of bill only received the total bill amount in message.i hardly use 150000 ltr in a month but as per government scheme 20000 ltr is free kindly waive off my bill amount so that I will pay the correct bill amount.
