I would like to draw your kind attention towards the working condition of your officers. My K NO is [protected] and I had paid the last bill on 09 Jun 14 of Rs 2354 for 145 units (05 NOV 2013 - 24 May 2014 Current meter reading was 370 and previous meter reading was 225 ). After that no one had visited our house to take the meter reading and we have not received any bill. We had tried to contact the related officer in your office for any solution but nothing happened, ultimately we have noted our meter reading manually (440 Unit) and decide to submit the payment accordingly. When we reach your office to pay the bill as per our meter reading (440 units) we came to know that as per your records on 26 Oct 14 we have already consumed 440 Unit and on 2 Jan 15 they issue another bill with current reading / meter status is 470 units and previous reading/meter status is 440 unit (which is actually our current units). We are still not able to understand from where the officer had noted our meter reading and where is our previous bills gone. You are kindly requested to look into this matter and provide us a solution, also please take appropriate action against the related officers so that we will not face any problem in future. Foul smell is coming from the sewage and it is giving bad impression to the people passing in the street.       My name is Meena Bedwal and my K.No. is [protected] and my complete Address is PLOT-34, VIPIN GARDEN, i had cleared all payment of previous owner of that house and also paid mutation charges at pachim vihar delhi jal board office because to fill the mutation form they need the latest paid bill and i paid all amount and received bill by my name in month of oct 2014 and now i bill update on web by the name of previous aowner and amount they are charging to me is Rs.39000. now they are saying please log ur complain to nangloi water supply on toll free no.[protected] than i logged complain there as on dated 8-jan-2015 with complain no. MG3148 when they had not given any response than i visited personally at there office now the help desk person said to me please and submit all documents with mutation fees and paid amount Rs 39000. what the hell is this please take necessary again as soon as possible. whatever documents you want to recheck your detail i will provide but please being a common human being i cannot pay that type of wrong bills.         sewer lekege se aane jane walo ko kitni pareshani ho rahi hai jis ke karan bimari falene ka khatra hai mai aapko or photos sent kar raha hu jiske doara aap hamari sasya ko samaj sake or J.E DK SHARMA is samasya ki soonvai nahi kar raha ha

        mai batana chahuga ki hamare ghar ke aage jo sewer line hai usi ke saamne kareeb 5-10 foot ke doori par sewer ka ek main hoal hai
        jo hamare ghar ke aage wala sewer hai uski line kahi se breack hai jiske karan sewer har 2-3 din bbad bhar jata hai hum colony wale chahate hai ki aap hamare ghar ke saamne wali sewer line ko main hoal ki sewer line se mila de jise humari pareshani door ho sake

          my water bill charged above than the normal bill that I get earlier times. my monthly consumption of water is less than 18 kl according new rule of government my water bill must be nil. but the bill is of Rs 401 and the reason given is premises lock.

This is a first time that I received the bill of December, 2014 amounting Rs, 1040/- tha is against our consumption because there are 5 members in my family, very little consumption, and we don't waist water.                     On 09/01/2015, When I was making an online payment of Rs. 1971.57 through ICICI net banking against Bill ID :[protected], Bill Date : 05/01/2015 on K.No. [protected]. Then after completion of payment process, an error message appeared on my screen "Sorry, we encountered an internal error". After that I checked my ICICI a/c and found that Rs. 1971.57 is debited from my account for Delhi Jal Board payment on above mentioned bill But In your site, my outstanding is showing still for Rs. 1971.57.                           meter running but billing without meter running

                          dear sir our house was locked on 22 feb 2014 while taking reading your meter reader delibrately changed the status of meter as UNMT inspite of my repeated request to your deptt they did not changed the stuatus of my meter as running. therefore i am paying the inflated bill since feb2014. i am senior citizen and am not in a position to may inflated bill . i request your good selves to look into the matter and the mistake done by your empolyes...

                          Dear Sir, I have been getting my DJB bills from December 2013 onwards on MLOC/DFMT and the last meter reading taken on 12th August 2013 was 710. My house is not locked and my family is always there at home. The meter is also not defective. I checked the reading as on 7th January, 2015 is 856. I have paid excess amount of (1) Rs 605/- for Bill dated 23rd Dec. 2013; (2) Rs 521/- for Bill dated 14th March, 2014, (3) Rs 644/- for Bill dated 6th June, 2014; (4) Rs 563/- for Bill dated 26th July, 2014, (5) Rs 1183.65 for Bill of November 2014 and (6) Rs 1555/- for Bill of December 2014. The unit consumed for one year is 146, whereas I have paid for more units. Please arrange to send your official to check the meter reading of my water meter and arrange to refund the excess amount charged on provisional basis.                             Respected Sir I am staying in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 Ashirwad Apartment. I get two times water which is consumed. I have paid a water bill of Rs 800/- last year 2013. This year a bill has come from 2012 amounting to Rs 7, 800. I stay in a rented flat which is not metered.                               The Zonal Revenue Officer Delhi Jal Board (NW-II) Sector-6 Rohini, Delhi. Sir, It is submitted that I have received bill for the period from 14.8.14 to 29.12.14 amounting to Rs.10, 303/- for 270 units, to be paid by 16.1.2015. In this connection it is also submitted that I have a very small family of 05 members and my consumption of water is very low whereas a bill for huge amount has been sent. My average consumption for the last 15 years may be watched and it will be appreciated that current bill is on very higher side. Perhaps meter has spurt to many fold resulting in a bill on very higher side. In view of above it is requested that revised bill may be given to me on the basis of average consumption for the last so many years so that I can pay the dues in time. If deemed fir meter may also be got inspected and if requires may be got changed. I am a salary class person and it would not be feasible for me bear a huge amount.                                   I want to inform you that my address is F-7/140 Sec-16 New Delhi and name is Savitri Devi and my new K No. [protected] .On my flat two bills are coming of name Savitri Devi and Ved Pal .The wrong bill is of Ved Pal and its K No. [protected]. First we have complaint on 1-7-09 to office of the ZRO (NW)II-RZ and also given the copies of position letter, they assured that the bill will not come again but the bill come again after this we had done second complaint on 25-6-14 in the same office. I am adding photos of my previous complaints copies, bill copy and my position letter.Kindly take some action regarding this problem. Thank you
