For the past 15 years there is no piped water supply in the block that I live in. Delhi Jal Board, instead of changing the pipe line, has been supplying water through tankers on alternate days during this period. In the process it has spent crores of public funds in running the tankers. A change of pipe line would have cost just a few thousand rupees. One can just guess at the reasons behind this apathy.

i have taken water connection from delhi jal board back in 12th december 2009. and as of now no bill has been generated. sir, i have paid 14000rs in order to get the connection and now the department fails to send me a bill.

The quality of water supply to the Raj Nagar - 2, Palam is so poor that you can not drink it Still we are paying for it. If we ask for the tanker, they said give the name of atleast 10 neighbours then we'll see what to do.

When water tanker came, few got water and few not.

I just want to know for what we are paying to DJB? Just for dirty water which also not come regularly....

I feel sad to say in this Hi tech environment still Delhi jal board making very silly mistakes, yes I can understand its a govt organization but still they should work with open eyes in this month of march every consumer received huge billing amount because of the negligence of the people working with Delhi jal board

I am always charged for 0-6 KL basis but after our meter was stolen (FIR lodged) DJB has unilaterally UM billing and started charging on the basis of 2o KL per month for the past few years and DJB is not correcting the bill nor installing new meter . This is to bring to your attention that from the last 1 Month we are getting supply of contaminated water which is both muddy and has foul sewage smell, due to which people have been taken ill in our area.
