There are five water meters installed at our premises, 3 meters are newly installed after the building was constructed in June 2020. 2 meters in name of my father Sh J M Krishnatrey are old since they were installed for our earlier constructed 2 floor house which was demolished in December 2017 and reconstructed and handed over in June 2020.

Both old meters were not in use from December 2017 till December 2019 ( re-opening fee was charged in December 2019).

Bill for Kno [protected] was received in January 2022 for Rs. 59, 520/-( Rs Fifty nine thousand five hundred twenty only) for meter reading in September 2021 .

Above bill amount is not justified considering that the meter was not in use for 2 years and post re-installation of the meter, no bill was received. Request to please look and rectify the bill amount for immediate regularisation.

Kindly note that all other 4 meters are duly paid and have no outstandings.

    I have been informed that a bill dated 15.2.2022 has been generated for Rs. 1223 for my house A-33 Priyadarshini Vihar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092. I am surprised to see this bill of Rs. 1223 when I am not living in the house since May 24, 2021. We are of old age and because of Corona our son brought us abroad. As flight are banned from this country, we are not able to come back. After May 2021 I have been receiving bills for ZERO rupees. Why all of a suddent this bill when water is not being used since May 2021. For the last several years since consumption was less than20, 000 litres, after taking readings, we have been receiving ZERO bills. Please look into matter and cancel the bill.

            I got a recent bill of amount 34650. I haven't stayed at the above address for last couple of years. This house was locked since 2019. I went to DJB office Mandawali. They asked to show BSES Power Bill which shows no unit consumed for the period. I got the old bills from BSES and attached all the bills in [protected]. It has been almost a month, I didn't receive any update from DJB. Please help in correction in bill amount.

            I am staying 150 kms from the property and DJB office. I have paid lots of time and money already in visiting DJB office for this correction. But there is no luck. I met ZRO MR. Ravi Gupta in Mandawali office, he behaved very rudely all the time I visited and talked to him. He said, it will take months to fix it. Please review the case and help in this matter.

                Need your intervention as the bill this time is too high (Rs 7005) @151 u its for a mig flats supply where we hardly 30min in morning and 30 min in evenings

                You are aware of the supplies problem already which we have been highlighted and now this bill is totally unjustified as you can see the average consumption vs the bill received

                My humble request is to please help and do justice I don’t mind paying but I feel the meter is faulty and would request you to please help by making an average bill please as an honest tax payer I urgently need a solution please

                  Incorrect bill has been imposed

                  Dear team,

                  This is to draw your attention towards an incorrect water bill of Rs. 1043 imposed on us for the period of last month. I.e january 2022. it la been more than 6 years we are using somer sewer water only as there is no water supply in our street..
                  I also tried calling the authority but there was no response.

                  Wrong bill and meter status

                  KNO [protected]... when new connection taken, the meter also was taken from DJB but the meter number was not listed from DJB in the new connection receipt we received. all was going well .
                  IN july, 2020 our water meter and our neighbours water meter(on 1st floor of our same building) was stolen. for this we filed an FIR (copy available), then bought a new meter (DJB approved) and got it installed the very next day.

                  We residents of Pocket B-3, Sector 6, house nos 259 to 265, Rohini, . Delhi-85 (total 7 houses) comprising one square in the block are facing the issue of dirty water supply on regular basis. Repeatedly we have got the complaint registered in our local DJB office. In response to the complaints, they send sewer cleaning team on every occasion. But that is not solving The problem at root level. It is suspected that there is some fault/ damage in main water supply line and the sewer line in this particular square of B-3, Sector 6 block. That dirty sewer water is leaking inside faulty main water supply line. Though it is merely our inference and problem could be something else also, which needs proper survey from the authority to find the exact root cause of constant dirty water supply. Therefore, it is requested that proper inspection be made to find the exact cause and kindly get it rectified at the earliest. As this problem is affecting our health badly.

                      I have submitted multiple complaints through letter to ZRO (Rajinder Nagar- Delhi) regarding incorrect meter reading however it is not getting resolved. I have already highlighted multiple times that the meter reader has recorded an incorrect reading which more than the current reading. I have received a response from the officials stating that you have to wait till your meter reading goes beyond the incorrect reading inputed in records which is 211 units. My flat is vacant from last two years due to which the consumption is not increasing

                      However to my disbelief an exhirbitant amount of bill of 1708 has been generated. I have produced proofs of the correct reading and even requested the ZRO to conduct an independent verification of the meter. All these requests have gone unanswered till now. The reading issue has been validated by the meter reader ( Mr Praveen Tiwari) however no resolution has been provided till date.

                      In the latest bill dated 18th January 2022, meter status has been marked as RDDT and a bill of 1708 is generated. Request authorities to take a stern action against the officials involved as this is causing undue harassment to me and my family. Also request you to rectify the bills at the earliest.

                                  Bill no.[protected] with kno [protected] is totally wrong. It shows bill of 17777/- for 831 readings. Also in history is shows 16345/- for 32 units for 545 days time period.
                                  Is this can be defined. Still nobody came for the readings.
