      Dear sir/ma'am
      I am from wazirabad Street number 9 area here we all the peoples are suffering from water issue.

      The water is coming through DJB supply line is very dirty and stench is very high. Provided water is not for drinking water this is like sewer water..And facing the issue since 4 to 5 months. I request you to kindly look into the matter we are very disturbed with this issue and facing the problem we don't have water for drinking nor to wash the clothes.

        I am the resident of B 107 25 yards Raghubir Nagar, Near Hanuman mandir New Delhi. This is to inform you that the sewer is totally blocked which is outside of my house and because of that toilet and kitchen are overflowing with dirty water.           Respected Sir,
          I registered a complaint on 17th November 2021 and my written complaint no. is 2737.It was written to revise the bill. As this application clearly mentions that a wrong reading was taken for the bill. In Corona period no reading was taken however an amount of ₹8763 has been mentioned in the bill. My new kno. no. is [protected]. The Application which I registered hasn't been answered yet and neither has the bill been revised.The staff of Yamuna Vihara, Delhi Jal Board does not co-operate. So I request you to answer the application as soon as possible. I also request you to kindly revise my bill so that I can pay the right amount of money.

            Hello,
            I live in dwarka mor location. the water supply timings here is 4am or 5am in the morning only for an hour once in a whole day, and the water supply is dirty every 3rd day. I filed many complaints the to DJB but the condition is remains same. My mother get up 4 am in the morning she have a health condition but she have to get up 4 am in the morning because of the supply. people around me got heath issues because of the dirty water supply. nobody taking actions on this problem. I talked to the delhi jal board manager of my area, he yelled at me on phone and told me nothing gonna change do whatever you can do. I need to ask why supply is dirty every other day and why the water supply timings are not changing in my area it can be 2 times in a whole day. but nothing is changing. condition is same. people around me using Summer sebel and having ground water for their needs. action should be taken

              I want to lodge a complaint regarding the wastage of water from the water supply motor of my neighbour as there is no proper fitting of pipes connection being done. I have told my neighbour so many times to repair that leakage of water from the pipe joints but he never respond and the water keep on flowing from the motor during supply hours ( at 1200pm to 1300 pm and in night also).This is the wastage of our natural resource and it also disobeyed the "swach bharat abhiyan" scheme run by our estimed government as it creates muddy as well as unhygienic environment in front of our house. Kindly take necessary action against this.

                    There is some issue with the meter reading of Meter No: [protected]. The Last Correct Meter reading of Meter No: M[protected] was taken for billing cycle 8 Sep 2020 to 25 Feb 2021. Reading for that Cycle was 185 units. For The Billing Period of 25 Feb 2021 to 12 May 2021. The reading was wrongly recorded of 24 units of 76 days. For The Billing Period of 12 May 2021 to 26 June 2021. The reading was wrongly recorded of 94 units of 45 days. And For the Billing Period of 26 June to 2 Sep 2021. The reading was recorded of 55 units of 68 days. Current reading is 2271 units on 13 Dec 2021. For the period of 25 Feb 2021 to 13 Dec 2021. We consumed 252 units in 292 days. Kindly reconcile and revise the Bill of 252 units for 292 days. I have attached the current image of the meter reading and our current bill. Please take the needful action.

                          I have applied a connection on 15th July, 2021 vide Diary No. 421 of 2021 but there is no connection have been install on the property.

                          I have applied the connection for F-14, GROUND FLOOR, MAJNU KA TILLA, CIVIL LINES, DELHI -110054.

                          But Board verbally replied that there are some dues on the First Floor Consumer. they have not pay bills till now..

                          Now I want to Know that my Floor is separate. I have purchased it and I have submitted all documents required by the Board.

                          If the First Floor consumer have not pay the dues then the Board should must have to take action against them.

                          I am the separate consumer of Ground Floor. I am only concern with Ground Floor I will be totally responsible to Ground Floor.

                          This is my Humble request that please install my water connection at my Ground Floor..

                            I am a resident of Flat no-141 & 142, Capital Appartment, Sector-1A, Nasirpur, Dwarka, New Delhi I am having DJB connection with kno-[protected] & [protected].Both the flats are vacant since 1st Nov 2020 to till date. My consumption is zero but still I am receiving huge bills. We have already informed DJB representative Mr.Deepak, Sector 5, Dwarka office over phone severeal times but still receiving huge amount bills.Hence kindly waive off the charges from bill and provide bill for actual consumption.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am writing this letter to request you to look into the water bill for K.No. [protected] (bill name: Shri. M.P garg. We received a water bill of Rs. 22018 for the duration of the last 4 months (120 days) on 11/11/2021. My average water consumption in a family of only three people was only 5-10 units per month from march 2021- june 2021 our bill was Rs360.
                                We did not increase our consumption and some errors must have been made during the calculation of the bill. Therefore, I request you to look into the issue and send me the updated bill.

                                  Continuously we are receiving dirty smelly water like sewage water.. many persons children are getting illl.. This is very harmfull for all the society..pls. resolve the issue asap.Many complaints raised from our society. We can't drink this water can't bath can't do anything. With this .. but no clean water supplied .. People became helpless and using this water in every work and for drink getting illl..pls. help us ..

                                    I just want to inform you that our area at Sindu farm road gali no 7, mithapur ext there is no water pipeline and we are forced to order paid water tank on daily basis for daily water uses.
