I am writing this letter to request you to investigate the water bill No.[protected] dated 03.09.2021 of K. No. [[protected]]. (Copy attached) I have received the water bill of Rs. 1352/- for 61 days (Units 54) which is very high due to following reasons:
1. As per past records.
2. My very small family usage.
3. 750 Liters water tank, not empty daily, we need to fill that tank in 2-3 days.
4. Although we are not at home for a few days too, hence no water usage.

Further, the meter reading shows in bill is also not satisfied, (please see the attached image of my meter).

You are most respectfully requested to please ask the concerned person to take the meter reading carefully and calculate.

Hence, I request you to please look into the issue and get my bill rectified.

    We are resident of D block (Flat No.94 to 166), Pocket-3, DDA Flats Bindapur, New Delhi-110059. The sewer of the areas are overflowing for the last four days. But nobody turned up to attend to it.

      We are resident of D block (Flat No.94 to 166). The sewer of the areas are overflowing for the last four days. But nobody turned up to attend to it.

      Please attend urgently as the streets are stinking with foul smell.

        As per complaint Number [protected],
        Consumer has registered his complaint on 23-7-21 for wrong bill but no action has been taken yet .
        As per the consumer details none of meter reader visited during the month of May to July and bill was generated automatically with 20 units. consumer wants please consolidate his bill dated 11 March 21 to 14 September 21 .
        meter reading on 14 September 21 is 184.
        please update his bill as soon as possible.
        As last complaint as has not been resolved by your side. Delaying in resolving problems will harm consumer Monetary benefits.
        please consider it.

          Sir we have been wrongly charged with the late payment charges amounting Rs.887.87 (of the previous bill cycle), but we had made the payment before due date.
          we have already complained about the same in the DJB office PASCHIM VIHAR, but nothing has been done till yet.
          kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

              Dear sir I hereby inform you that I am not able to use water due to some pipeline issue and reading of my bill is not taken from more than two years and the bill is coming.

                We are MOHAMMAD AKHTAR & other residents, a resident of RZ-2002/25-26, Tughlakabad Extn, New Delhi - 110019. We beg to draw your attention towards a new problem which are being faced by the residents of GALI No.26, Tughlakabad Extn area. The problem which are being faced is the late/irregualr water supply with an interval of 4-5days. From this, all residents are in pain.

                  Hello sir,
                  I am resident of khizrabad new friends colony in my lane sewerage water is standing and leaking since last week other colony people are going to complaint they come twice or thrice but still situation is same it's shameful to say your staff is not informed when they will resolved the problem we are suffering.

                    We have been complaining for sewer blockage for past 1 month-

                    I am resident of 117 omvihar phase 2 uttam nagar west and here sewer is blocked for the whole block it smells bad, had mosquitoes and flies piling up and during rainy days it's a pool of dirt. We are concerned for our health and well being. We tried to reach DJB Je Chetan Gupta- never picks up phone and they resolve the problem just by sitting in their office. I have received message twice that our problem is resolved when it's the same situation outside my home. No one from DJB is ready to solve the problem!

                        I am a resident of North Delhi-Adarsh Nagar area. For the past 2 months we have been getting supply water mixed with sewage water. The water smells extremely bad and looks dirty. It is highly disgusting and unhygienic that such water is getting introduced in our pipelines. The water is not fit for any purpose let alone drinking. This issue needs to be looked into urgently otherwise it will lead to a large number of health fatalities.

                          I'm resident of E Block Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri Constituency . Since last 1 month we are getting foul water supply in our area & after registering complain multiple time we are getting message after 3 days every time that complaint has been resolved but still water is coming with sewerage smell .

                            House no C-5/36 yamuna vihar wasting Litres and Litres of water when there water tank overflows, there is no alarm system installed and no one care to turn the motor off.

                            A huge amount of water is getting wasted every morning.

                              Hi, my name is Manoj Kumar Sharma and my KNO number is "[protected]". I just received my August month bill of amount Rs.990 which is unacceptable. In the bill, current and previous meter readings are not shown and the meter status is MLOC. No DJB official came to my doorstep to take readings either. This is clearly the case of fraud.

                              I request you to solve this issue at the earliest otherwise I will lodge a case against head officials at ZRO Kakrola.
