For the Meter reading date from 30/01/18 to 19/02/19 (295 days), 67 units were consumed and deposited the amount of Rs.210 for the same.
hence no dues were outstanding at that date. There were no bills raised next 7-8 months.

Now till date meter reading is 233 units (12/08/21) and the bill amount is Rs16440 of[protected] units consumed during 30 months approx. (from 19/02/19 to 12/08/21)

I have averagely consumed 6 units per month.

There are just two members in the family. Due to covid-19, there were wrong water bills without considering the meter readings.

Kindly rectify the wrong water bills at the earliest.

    Address: Mahavir enclave Part 1, South West, New Delhi

    Contaminated (Gutter)water is coming to our place (Mahavir Enclave Part 1) since the last two weeks. Even after so many complaints nothing has been done so far. Please take urgent action as soon as possible. We are suffering taking bath and washing clothes even drinking of dirty water.

      I am a resident of JD-40A, ground floor, Hari enclave, Hari nagar, new delhi -110064
      During the heavy rain last week, I suddenly shocked to see the sewerage water at my home. It was due to sewage blockage. I checked it out through a private plumber and found that all the sewer in my row upto motherdiary are blocked with mud and sludge.
      Now you are requested to clean my connected swerage along with others too.

      YOur early action is highly appreciated.

        A new water connection for domestic use was taken against No.[protected] and I paid its first bill No.[protected] on 25/3/21 for Rs. 4160/-. No dues remained pending before the period 25/3/31. Thereafter, The ZONAL OFFICE OF NW ZONE has issued me a water bill ( No.[protected] against K.No.[protected] of Rs. 4851/- for the period from 18/1/21 to 25/7/21 with its due/last dt. as 11/8/21 which is wrong & exaggerated one. The bill should be for the period from 26/3/21 to 25/7/21. My contact No. is [protected] & email is png.[protected]@gmail.com. Kindly, sort out the matter by issuing a correct water bill enabling me( a Sr. Citizen of 74 yrs) to deposit the bill early.

          Sir I paid the bill[protected] on 13 June vide transaction No. VSBI[protected].

          the amount is still shown in the current bill due for August 2021

          Address: District court rohini delhi

          Due to the choking of DJB sewer line outside the boundary of rohini court complex since last week, there is back flow of sewer to the sewer lines of cort complex. This causing heavy seepage on the VIP judges parking and other areas. So please rectify the matter immediately.

            Property number 1041/A, Phatak Muftiwalan Near Shakti Mandir, Tiraha Behram Khan, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002 is using illegal water connection and adding a new illegal connection without any permission for road cutting and new illegal connection.

            The owner Naseemuddin and his sons Nafeesuddin and Nazeemuddin are ready to fight with anyone if someone tries to stop them for this illegal work.

            These sort of illegal connections effect the water supply of all the legal water connections in the society.

            Request you to please look into the matter

                  This is to bring to your notice Sewer of our street (Kucha Ustad Hira, Dariba, 110006) has been blocked for the last many months and there is no action from local authority. Whenever there is a rain even if it is just drizzle, 1-2 feet of dirty water gets accumulated in the street with kichad, ###, .. which residents have to cross through. The place becomes breeding place for mosquitoes and there is a risk for spreading disease like dengue, chikungunya, ..

                  Hope you to take immediate action and unblock the sewer asap before anyone gets sick. Thanks for co-operation.

                    In our area we have sewer blockage more then 2 months. We raised so many complain against it. No action has been done so far.. Worker came but did not take any action said machine required for this. On day worker came with Machine but did take any action. Even they were rude. Using abusing languange. Even so many time i raised this issue with our area JE Chetan but did not take any action. Sir conditions is very worse here. Please take necessary action ASAP

                      Hon'ble Sir,

                      I, as a Sr. Citizen, request you to submit to your kind honour as under:

                      A new water connection (Domestic) was taken against K No. [protected] on 24/3/2021 by me at my Residence : I-7/46, Second Floor, sector 16, Rohini, Delhi-89, after having done all the formalities/permission taken from the concerned DJB's office at Rohini Zone.

                      Consequently thereto, a Bill, as generated by DJB vide it's Bill No.[protected] dt. 25/3/21 against K. No.[protected](copy attached) for Rs.4160/- was paid online on 24/3/2021 as per photocopy of screenshot attached.

                      The domestic water at the above mentioned premises was consumed/utilized only by a single family. During the period of 3 months, Water Meter Reader from the above mentioned DJB'S office had never come to record the Meter reading to us earlier nor has issued any bill or sent any message prior to the present bill. All the previous dues against K. No.[protected] had been cleared on 25/3/21 but your office has sent me a fresh water bill (domestic) for the period from 17/1/21 to25/7/21 (6 months) instead of 3 months charges i.e. from 25/3/21 to 25/7/21 for an exaggerated amount of Rs. 4850/-. So, the rectified bill with required corrections may please be issued to me enabling me to relieve me mentally & financially by depositing the bill to the DJB'S office early.

                      2.That, the present bill also includes the excess period from 1st January, 2021 to 24th March, 2021 as all the dues of previous bill of Rs.4160/- as generated for New Water Connection (Domestic) was paid by me on 24/3/1021 ( Copy attached) So, this above three months period must be excluded from the present bill paid on 24/3/2021 as no dues for the above earlier is pending prior to the period 24/3/2021.

                      It is also requested to make arrangement to send proper bill as per the procedure followed bt the DJB earlier.

                      As per the procedure laid by the hon'ble CM, per month bill with concession as feasible may please be followed to save the the laymen from financial burden like me.
                      It is also informed that after a great struggle, a new connection taken and previous bill was also paid to the DJB'S office on the same day when I contacted to u over phone for the struggles faced by me at the time of new connection.

                      I hope your goodself will relieve me by taking prompt action & enabling me to deposit the fresh bill on time when regenerated/issued for the period as requested above.

                          Good morning sir,
                          i am himanshu nandi residing in E-48/b new ashok nagar.from few days more than 3/4 of household in our street are facing problematic water crisis and receiving highly contaminated water.i have already complained in djb through whatsapp, but it seems like nothing changed the problem is not from 3-4 days it has been persisting for more than months but the problem has increased in these 3, 4 days.not only this there is no fixed time in which water will come and the supply didn't last for less than an hour the supply starts at 4:45 am whereas the street next to our street seems to have proper supply upto 2 hours & also it's been like more than 1 months that we have seen a drop of water in our supply tap in evening water supply.the problem is increasing day by day the water is extremly polluted and contaminated even our water purifiers are effected by this i would expect that the problem will be solved fast as possible please try to understand.

                            Hi

                            We purchased this flat on April 7, 2021 and even prior to our purchase nobody was staying in the flat and nobody has stayed in the flat since April 7, 2021 also.

                            This flat is completely empty with no usage at all especially since April 7, 2021.

                            However, the bill that we have received is between 12 K and 13 K.

                            I want to dispute these charges since the bill should not be this much.

                                This is to kindly inform you that the actual meter reading on 31st July 2021 of my water meter bearing no 2321709 (K.No-[protected]) is 114, whereas Delhi Jal Board has generated a bill on 31st July 2021 which shows reading of 846. There is a huge difference in the actual meter reading and the meter reading shown by Delhi Jal Board in the water bill. I am attaching the photos of actual meter reading and water bill generated by Delhi Jal Board for your reference.

                                Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest, get the meter reading corrected in Delhi Jal Board's records and send me a revised bill with correct meter reading and revenue so that I can pay the bill accordingly.

                                  I am a resident of 47-D. Pocket-F, Mayur Vihar Phase-2. I am having DJB connection with kno [protected]. I recently moved into my new home after buying it Novembe. Since then, the meter reading is not being taken from my meter from past 8 months and bill on average policy basis is being sent since past through 8-9 months. My consumption is hardly around 15kl per month still I am receiving huge bills. Few months ago, the person from DJB to take water reading came but he said the meter was faulty. I tried reaching out to the ZRO-East I spoc Mr. Ravi Kumar Gupta under whose purview my area falls to address the same issue. He's not only rude but also on leaves most of the times as per him . Hence kindly waive off the charges from bill and provide bill for actual consumption. I need to make the payment so that I can apply for my water meter mutation as in the presence o[censored]npaid dues, I am unable to make a request for mutation but I will only pay once I my bills are corrected.

                                    I am having DJB connection with kno, the meter reading is not being taken from my meter since past 8 months and bill on average policy basis is being sent since past through 8-9 months. My consumption is hardly around 15kl per month still I am receiving huge bills. One time the reading guy came and said the meter is faulty. I tried contacting the ZRO East-I for DJB Mr. Ravi Kumar Gupta who is very rude and often on leaves as per him. Hence kindly waive off the charges from bill and provide bill for actual consumption.

                                      Sir, with due respect, i am preeti residence at 140 momraj mohalla ghari, east of kailash.
                                      Sir from last 8 day their is no water supply in my home, its very difficult to do household chors without water, water is essential for every mint of life
                                      So i request you to please take necessary action
