The water supplied in krishna nagar area, delhi (110051) is too dirty from last 3 -4 days. People are getting ill. Kindly ensure pure supply of water.

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to kindly inform you that the actual meter reading on 31st July 2021 of my water meter bearing no 2321709 (K.No-[protected]) is 114, whereas Delhi Jal Board has generated a bill on 31st July 2021 which shows reading of 846. There is a huge difference in the actual meter reading and the meter reading shown by Delhi Jal Board in the water bill. I am attaching the photos of actual meter reading and water bill generated by Delhi Jal Board for your reference.

Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest, get the meter reading corrected in Delhi Jal Board's records and send me a revised bill with correct meter reading and revenue so that I can pay the bill accordingly.

I am a resident of 47-D. Pocket-F, Mayur Vihar Phase-2. I am having DJB connection with kno [protected]. I recently moved into my new home after buying it Novembe. Since then, the meter reading is not being taken from my meter from past 8 months and bill on average policy basis is being sent since past through 8-9 months. My consumption is hardly around 15kl per month still I am receiving huge bills. Few months ago, the person from DJB to take water reading came but he said the meter was faulty. I tried reaching out to the ZRO-East I spoc Mr. Ravi Kumar Gupta under whose purview my area falls to address the same issue. He's not only rude but also on leaves most of the times as per him . Hence kindly waive off the charges from bill and provide bill for actual consumption. I need to make the payment so that I can apply for my water meter mutation as in the presence o[censored]npaid dues, I am unable to make a request for mutation but I will only pay once I my bills are corrected.

Sir from last 8 day their is no water supply in my home, its very difficult to do household chors without water, water is essential for every mint of life

Getting contaminated Water supply for last 3 months in vijay enclave besides repeated complaints to delhi jal board helpline (1916) no corrective action taken yet kindly resolve the issue

This is regarding the issue of contaminated water supply in our locality by DJB. I am a resident of Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. Contaminated foul water which smells and looks like sewage water is being supplied in our locality since three months. I have lodged complaint at DJB's online grievance number but there was no response from their side. I even complained about this issue at local MLA's house but he was of no help to us. Kindly send our plea to the concerned authority so that the issue is resolved ASAP. We have become totally dependent upon groundwater to sustain our life.

Sir I have received a Bill of Rs 4252 for last billing done in July 2021. Normally the bill amount is zero. Apparently meter reading taken is incorrect. Kindly help to resolve this issue on priority

It's 5:24 am i get up early to fir water but water colour is yellow and very smelly

Latest bill generated by Delhi jal board is bogus for the period of 14 may to 25 july 2021. Even though I sent the meter reading. They generated the bill as MLOC for Rs 1514. My KNO is [protected]. Also my home was locked for 1 month . I had sent my meter reading to the person that came for meter reading on his watsapp. Even after that they marked the meter reading as MLOC. This is wrong with the customer.

Sir We are facing dirty water supply issue in our area from last 15 days and complaint several times to DJB department but nobody came to reslove this issue till now so I request you to please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I hv logged the complain online and on mail to Mr Ishwar he just provided mob no. Of JE mr chetan Gupta and ZE mr Vijay pal they both are not picking the call.
Our family is getting sick by using this dirty water. These kind of services are not acceptable.kindly look into this matter.

My connection no: [protected] was started from 29th September 2020 with water meter only. I didn’t install water motor. Due to covid situation I went to my hometown. Cleaning the siwer and make the new siwer

Gali Jatav Mata mandir, Roshanara Road is facing the problem of water logging due to garbage in the sever to block the way of flow of water of sever/rain causing chocking. It may be very harmful for the people of the area in the pandemic period. Therefore, it is requested to arrange to clear the severs of the area and save the life of the people in this pandemic period. Take action at the earliest.

Sir,
I am residence of FF-40, NEAR TRICONA PARK, LAXMINAGAR. For past 3-4 days, water supply of this area is pathetic. Its smells like "GUTTER WATER" and some times it looks like that also. Its colour is also yellow.
Kindly take my complaint on serious mode and take action on it and solve the problem. Water is basic necessity of every person and its fundamental rights of each person to get fresh and clean water.
Please take action on the problem.

Water Bill is raised is wrong to total reading consumed 38 for 02 months kindly investigate revert with reason .my neighbor meter reading 39 amount shows nil My bill also should be Nil amount.

I have raised the complaint on 15th Jul status shows resolved there is no reason mentioned it neither I was contacted any mode by email or telephone.

Hi Delhi Jal Board,

I would like to report that i have received excessive water bill of 24, 000 rs.
The bill is from January 9 to July. I live in a family of just two members (me and wife) and we have only limited use for water. We live in a 2BHK at mahavir enclave part 3, block -E. We dont even live here for the entire month. In one month, we usually, stay out for a week.

When the meter reading person came here to check meter reading, even he mentioned that the bill is excessive and i even raised a complaint with BMC and the agent on the call confirmed that 20 units are free and even then the bill is of 24000 which is excessive and BMC raised a complaint theirselves for fast meter reading.
Can someone please help me correct the bill so that i can get my motor and water meter reading checked as well.
