    Sir /madam

    what are the status of complaints launched here on this platform,

    Sir we are residents of F block Vishnu Garden, their is a major issue of no water supply in our area, and if in any how it comes its to contaminated and unfit for use, for that past 3 years we are complaining to JE of our area,

    dating 1st complaint[protected]
    2nd complaint[protected] diary number 5/3 EE west 1
    3rd complaint through your helpline complaint number[protected]

    JE Prem Nath Mishra without taking any action he closes our complaint we called 19123 to reopen our complaint and after 3 weeks no action has been taken on such issue,

      I m residents of B blockTara Nagar kakrola New Delhi 110078. There is no water supply Since Friday. Water is basic necessities . What should we do. We don't have water to drink even.

        This is to inform that 22 block in west Patel Nagar is suffering from shortage of water supply more than thrice in a week. Even, water supply is also not clean sometimes water is in black colour. Kindly resolve this issue .

                निवेदन यह है कि मैं मुकेश पुत्र श्री राजबीर सिंह रेवलिया गॉव टाटेसर का निवासी हूँ, मेरे घर पर दिल्ली जलबोर्ड का कनेक्शन लगा हुआ है। श्रीमान जी हमारे घर पर लगभग एक महीने से पानी नहीं आ रहा है जिसकी शिकायत हमने कई बार पानी पंप मास्टर (जॉन्टी गॉव) से की लेकिन उन्होंने ये कह कर इंकार कर दिया कि जब पीछे से ही पानी नहीं आ रहा तो मैं क्या करू। श्रीमानजी टाटेसर गॉव की पानी की लाइन 3-4 भागो में बाटी हुई है। पंप मास्टर साहब हमारी पानी की लाइन में पानी थोड़ी देर के लिए ही छोड़ते है और पानी जब तक हमारे घर तक पहुँचता है या कई बार तो पहुँचता भी नहीं है इससे पहले तो पंप मास्टर साहब पानी की लाइन ही बदल देते है जिसके कारण हमें पानी नहीं मिल पता है। जबकि श्रीमानजी टाटेसर गॉव की बाकि लाइनों में पानी 5-6 घंटे तक चलता रहता है और पानी का बहाव नालियों में बहता रहता है जबकि हमें पानी मिलता भी नहीं। श्रीमान जी मैं और मेरे पडोसी एक दिन पानी की शिकायत लेकर पंप मास्टर साहब के पास गए हुए थे तभी एक आदमी आकर बोलता है कि साहब कुछ ठंडा या गरम लाउ क्या, गर्मी बहुत है आप पानी खोल दो। श्रीमानजी हमें तो लगता है कि पंप मास्टर साहब पानी उसी का पानी खोलते है जो उसको ठंडा या गरम देते है। अगर ऐसा नहीं है तो पंप मास्टर साहब ऐसा क्यों करते है कि गॉव की एक लाइन को छोड़ कर बाकि सभी लाइनों में पानी 5-6 घंटे तक चलता रहता है और हमारी वाली लाइन में एक घंटा भी नहीं चलता। मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है की गॉव की सभी लाइनों में पानी बराबर बराबर दिया जाये ताकि सभी घरो को पानी प्राप्त हो सके।

                  This month i.e July I received my water bill of 155 units which amount to Rs 8770. But this is totally wrong units collected by meter reader. As our previous Bills our total consumption of around 25 to 30 units in my every bill but this time is much more than previous bills.                   Dear Sir,

                  I had already mailed as a complaint. My water bill is being sent wrong time and again. Sometimes 600 thousand rupees and sometimes 2 or 3 thousand rupees. Now again a bill of Rs 5738 has been sent. I am sending the photo of my meter by attaching it. This will give you an idea that my water bill is being sent wrongly. Complaints have been made many times. On complaining, the bill is reduced to zero. Do I have to mail or file a complaint every time I get a water bill? I got my meter installed myself. Due to which the government employee who comes to note our meter readings. He got angry. Why didn't we take the meter from them. He writes wrong note all the time that the gate was locked. Due to which the meter reading could not be taken. The gate remains open from morning till 10 in the night and the water meter is also in the garage. The meter reading person neither rings the bell nor ever called us. You have to get so much attention that one should get that meter reading person done with power. Even the water bill of all o[censored]s close to it comes to zero. Why is our bill sent wrong? Please check it and zero our bill. We live in the house only husband and wife. We do not spend so much water that the water bill should be sent to 5 thousand or 6 thousand rupees. Why is the bill being sent to us? Please check it.

                      Thank you very much for providing tanker to our street.
                      But problem still remains same.
                      Earlier we received water supply 1 days in 2 days. But now supply has stopped from Last 5 days.

                      Pls resolve water supply problem.
                      Also sewage systems not started in Budh vihar area due to this lot of mosquito and fly can be seen everywhere.

                          Hi
                          I reside in south Delhi D Block B.H Camp, Kalkaji, Govindpuri for the last one month there is severe water crisis in our area as the water comes only at on night after 2AM and just because the water pressure is completely Zero so the water in the tap last for 10 minutes only. It's become very painful as in every single day we need to keep ourselves awake from 2AM - 5 AM in a hope that water will come back in the tap. We can't expect these things in a city like south.
                          Need you help at the earliest as THIS IS NOT HUMNITY.

                                में ठाकुर मुनी देवी, उम्र-70 साल, जिला- धनवाद, राज्य- झारखंड, भारतवर्ष का मूल निवासी हूँ।

                                मेरा बेटा *मिथुन कुo महतो* धनबाद नगर निगम में पानी कनेक्शन लेने के लिए दिनांक 16.05.2018 को नगर निगम में ₹ 4130= राशि भुगतान किया था, परंतु अभी तक मेरे घर में पानी नहीं मिला हैं। उसके पश्चात मैं बहुत बार नगर निगम के चक्कर लगा रही हु, नगर निगम प्रधान जी एवम पानी विभाग में कार्यरत अधिकारी मुझे सिर्फ अस्वासन देकर कहते हैं, बहुत ज़ल्द मुझे पानी दिया जायेगा। *तीन साल* हो गए हैं, मुझे अभी तक पानी नहीं दिया गया हैं। मैंने यह शिकायत धनबाद नगर निगम, डी.सी साहब, नगर आयुक्त, सभी को की थी, परंतु अभी तक मेरा समाधान नही हुआ।
                                में एक बृद्ध-विधवा महिला हु, मुझे पानी भरने के लिए बहुत दूर तक जाना पड़ता हैं, अब 70 साल की उम्र में मुझसे चला भी नही जाता। में बहुत परेशान और हताश हो गयी हु।

                                पैसा देते समय मुझे जो भी रशीद/पर्चा दिया गया हैं उन दस्तावेज़ का कॉपी संलग्न करके साथ दे रही हूँ।

                                    Good afternoon sir. We have not water supply for the last two months. we are totally dependent on the Water Scam mafia. We are living at F/2, 682-B near Shiv Durga Mandir Sangam Vihar Delhi-110080. Earlier water supply was regular nowadays junior engineer is also nor serious to reach the water.
                                    Requested to you kindly give them the order to supply. Some of the consumers are using a buffer to restrict the water supply to go ahead. You must take an action who is using a buffer. Our MLA is Dinesh Mohania. He is never serious to reach water for every consumer as well as Prakash Jarwal who is very serious to reach water for every consumer of his constituency.
