It is submitted that since last 1 month water supply is not upto the mark in C-2 Block Lodhi Colony, New Delhi. Even after waking up at 4 am and using motor there is no water availability on water pipelines. It is requested to solve the problem as soon as possible as the summer vacation is high and water is required

    में ठाकुर मुनी देवी, उम्र-70 साल, जिला- धनवाद, राज्य- झारखंड, भारतवर्ष का मूल निवासी हूँ।

    मेरा बेटा *मिथुन कुo महतो* धनबाद नगर निगम में पानी कनेक्शन लेने के लिए दिनांक 16.05.2018 को नगर निगम में ₹ 4130= राशि भुगतान किया था, परंतु अभी तक मेरे घर में पानी नहीं मिला हैं। उसके पश्चात मैं बहुत बार नगर निगम के चक्कर लगा रही हु, नगर निगम प्रधान जी एवम पानी विभाग में कार्यरत अधिकारी मुझे सिर्फ अस्वासन देकर कहते हैं, बहुत ज़ल्द मुझे पानी दिया जायेगा। *तीन साल* हो गए हैं, मुझे अभी तक पानी नहीं दिया गया हैं। मैंने यह शिकायत धनबाद नगर निगम, डी.सी साहब, नगर आयुक्त, सभी को की थी, परंतु अभी तक मेरा समाधान नही हुआ।
    में एक बृद्ध-विधवा महिला हु, मुझे पानी भरने के लिए बहुत दूर तक जाना पड़ता हैं, अब 70 साल की उम्र में मुझसे चला भी नही जाता। में बहुत परेशान और हताश हो गयी हु।

    पैसा देते समय मुझे जो भी रशीद/पर्चा दिया गया हैं उन दस्तावेज़ का कॉपी संलग्न करके साथ दे रही हूँ।

    *अतः* आपसे निवेदन हैं, ज़ल्द मेरे घर मैं नगर निगम द्वारा सप्लाई पानी मुझे प्रदान करने की कृपया करें।

      For a long time we are troubled by the supply of water. Water comes for a while in the morning and for that also we have to install pipes in two taps. Please resolve it asap.

        Good afternoon sir. We have not water supply for the last two months. we are totally dependent on the Water Scam mafia. We are living at F/2, 682-B near Shiv Durga Mandir Sangam Vihar Delhi-110080. Earlier water supply was regular nowadays junior engineer is also nor serious to reach the water.
        Requested to you kindly give them the order to supply. Some of the consumers are using a buffer to restrict the water supply to go ahead. You must take an action who is using a buffer. Our MLA is Dinesh Mohania. He is never serious to reach water for every consumer as well as Prakash Jarwal who is very serious to reach water for every consumer of his constituency.

          Sir, i have received water bill with the amount of 7000 aprox earlier than i have raise complaint that this amount is more then we use water as we have 500Litre tank in our house and now i have received a bill of 9000 amount please look into this matter

              What's the problem? why is the water not coming There is no water coming since last 1 month. Ask whomever says there is a problem in the pipeline So why not even the pipeline?Is this someone who listens to us? There is salt water in Sumersible which is not even worth doing.It is not a matter of so much heat that the public is being harassed by the lack of water.Has woken up to be above 1 month.This is my first and last complaint, after this I will not say anything and will not complain.
              Just solve this problem and the supply of water is on, it is your and our benefit.

                Terrible services by DJB. We haven't got a regular clean water supply from 5th March. Today is 9th July and for the last 20 days, there's again no water supply. Doesn't this look horrific to you? Do you know how much we have spent on getting the drinking water from the shops? Are you aware of the 2nd wave of corona in April-May or the upcoming waves? Have you thought about how we would have managed without water those days and now as well. DOESN'T THIS LOOK INHUMANE TO YOU?
                I keep on opening the complaints regarding no water supply or contaminated water supply but after few days I will get an SMS that area JE has confirmed the water supply issue has been resolved. But in actual no action has been taken by him. I keep on calling him or WhatsApp him about the situation. I just don't understand, why he get my complaints closed without confirming with me if the water supply was restored or not. Do you have no responsibility towards the general public? There's no supply issue in Central Delhi, Parliament areas, and Ministers Villas. All the pain and struggle is for the public. People from these areas waste water on washing their cars, lawns, back yard, etc and the public is dying for even drinking water. It's such a SHAME that the govt has failed in delivering the basic necessity to the people of the national capital.

                  Dear sir, This is regarding wrong water bill. My K NO is[protected] Cat 1. Domestic type. Ower is a small family of 2 senior citizens and only 500 litre water tank with no electric motor. The history of previous unit of water consumed is 15 to 18 units per month. After installation of new water meter by jal board our consumption became 10 times approximate 686 units in 4 month which is unbelievable as my water consumption remain same. I request you to kindly go through my problem in priority basis and do the needful to rectify the bill and change my faulty water meter .                       I am currently in USA, since 4th May, 2021.
                      Regret to inform you that in Bill No[protected] dated 23rd June, 2021, I have been charged INR 2050.10 for the period 13 - May -21 to 23 - June - 21 (for 53 KL Water Consumption ).
                      Since only one caretaker stays in my flat for past more than 2 months, there is hardly any usage of water during the billing period and as such, the question of high water consumption does not arise. There seems some technical/commercial error in the above bill or it pertains to some other consumer. Please look into the matter on URGENT basis and revert. You may please depute your representative to check, verify the meter readings and send me the revised (correct) bill.

                                  The water supply in west patel nagar 28 block is very very poor, and erractic. Almost 2 months now, lodging complaints every single day, but no resolution to this long standing issue. For last 2 days there in supply at all.

During covid no one had come to take meter readings and give bill on their own.but now they give huge amount of bill for just 19 days. Wrong readings had been taken which results in high bill amount. You can check in our bill history there is no such high water consumption.
