I am not getting free water that delhi govt provides from delhi jal board

Water connection k no. [protected]

Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we found a bill dated 15-may 2021 amounting to Rs.1576/- (for the period from 25-FEB-21 to 15 May 2021 with 66 units consumption) due for payment on 1Jun 2021.

The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked).and the current date meter reading is[protected]. The status of Reading is shocking to me as we have 3 persons always present in premises.

Nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity.

I am writing this letter to request you to investigate the water bill of K. No. [protected]. I have received the water bill of Rs. 2, 550/- for 34 days (Units 28) which is very high as per past records. My average bill comes between 400 to 600 every month. I have paid last month bill amounting to Rs. 542 for 50 days.

Further, a late fee of Rs. 127.50 has been charged by your goodself which is not fair as I have paid it before due date i.e. 6th June through Paytm. Please waive off the same. Please see my past records wherein I have paid all the bills on time.

Furthermore, this is to inform you that no one has come to take the meter reading from last 5-6 months which is not good. Please ask the concerned person to take the meter reading every month.

Hence, I request you to please look into the issue and get my bill rectified.

I am a resident of Gali no. 9, Multani Dhandha, Pahar Ganj, Delhi-110055.
This is to bring into your notice that we have been struggling to lead our lives without/minimal water supply in our area since 3-4 months now.
The situation is making our daily life full of struggle around collecting even small portion of water.
Currently, since previous Wednesday day i.e. 30.06.2021, the water supply is almost nil.
I have seen some work happening in the area regarding water supply pipelines however that is considerable for future benefits.
In as of scenario, we are in complete shortage of water even for daily consumption such as toilet, bathing, cleaning, kitchen usage etc.

I request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis and arrange an interim solution for the problem.
A water tank on daily basis would bring major help.

we ae not getting reading / meter status in our djb water meter bills

from last 6 months

My self Sunil kumar, resident of area- Dr. ambedkar nagar, block no- 5, Dakshin puri extn., New Delhi- 110062, (SOUTH DELHI).

(Under Deoli Vidhansabha Ward -74S), the MLA at this area is Mr. Prakash Jarwal ji. We the residents of this area are struggling from long time for the water supply from last 2 months in this Corona pandemic and hot summer. Water supply is completely stopped and not reaching to our pipeline of 40 to 60 houses which is creating a huge problem in our area.

This is to inform that there is no proper water supply in C block Pocket 11 Jasola vihar since 2 weeks of time. getting a bucket of water in 20-25 minutes which is half mixed with sewer water. Kindly get it the issue solved at the earliest...

Dear Sir, We have apply for the new connection on 28 Dec 2020 and till now we are struggling for connection installation . Every time they are giving false commitment and we are struggling with the water requirement .
Request you to kindly help in this matter urgently .

Water supply isn't available at my place on days when water supplies are given.

Please be informed that Water Main Supply Pipe passsing through in front of Property No.A-68 disconnected since Regularization of Water Connection against Connection No.[protected] in October 2020. Further a message was received for getting bored within 15 days against the above KNo.([protected]) for the connection installed at A-68 UGF Front Side Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. The residents immediately contacted the concerned officer and apprised about the above problem which was in the knowledge of the concerned officer. It was given to understand that the Tender is floated for laying the new pipeline and the same shall be done very soon.But it is a matter of great regret that neither the pipeline laid down nor the boring was facilitated by DJB officials till date. The above stated facts are also in the knowledge of Mr. Pawan Sharma Meter Reader, he also tendered the same explanation & even conveyed that tender is allotted to a contractor for laying the pipeline but nothing has been done till date.

I am further shocked to note that a bill of Rs.3928/- is shown outstanding against the abvoe KNO by Delhi Jal Board as on 5th July 2021.

You would agree and appreciate that a consumer is entitled to have a functioning connection once he has paid the dues for regularization of connection & the Delhi Jal Board can not escape from its responsibility.

In view of the above, I approach you to direct the concerned officials to lay down the water pipe line in front of A-68 Mohan Garden and reversal of the bill for Rs.3928/- raised wrongfully.

Yesterday my water meter got stolen from my home. Plz provide new one as soon as possible

Dear Concern,

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in Street No - 79, 80, 81, 82 Swatantra Nagar Part 3, Narela Delhi. As responsible citizen, have informed many times to local officers and authorities regarding the same, no action has been taken by Jal board Delhi till date.

You are requested to apply strict action and also ensure water wastage, such connection has no checks, keep running till the time water supply remains there. on So please disconnect and take the action against all, whomsoever to have unauthorized and illegal water connection.

It has come to our notice that ILLEGAL BOOSTER PUMP has been connected to the main Delhi JAL board line at adress "C46 A, Housing society NDSE 1, South extn part 1, New Delhi 110049. Strict action must be taken to disconnect the booster pump to restore the water pressure of the locality. Appropriate penalty shall be imposed as per the rules of the Delhi Jal Board.

Water Logging is taking place as water sevage system is not working. Rain water is getting collected and mosquito birth is taking place outside 11/23 East Patel Nagar outside Avantika Hotel

This is to inform you that Our Meter was stolen on 22.12.2020 and I had lodged a FIR to Delhi Police. A copy of FIR is attached for your reference. I have already requested to DJB for installation of a new meter. But no action has been taken at your end. Kindly permit me to install a new meter or I request you to install a new meter from your end.

Dear sir I Lived in Kiran garden Uttam Nagar gali no 17 we face dirty water problem from many days whenever water is clean there is a smell of dirty water in it please do the need full

Water not coming properly and whenever coming it is dirty water.
Only half residents of the Gali are receiving supply of water. Whenever water is coming it is dirty all the time and most of the time there is no suuply of water. near by areas are receiving proper supply . The shortage of water supply is mainly in this gali.
Kindly do the needful in the matter at the earliest.
