    Again, Today we did not receive water. We have been struggling for water for many years, we think of getting water whole day. we waste our time every day for water. Request you to please get the water available in A-Block Pradhan Encleave, Gali number 2, Burari Delhi -110034.

      Dear sir,

      i am a consumer of delhi jal board
      i am consume water in a month approx 4000 ltr.
      My consumer no. Is [protected] smt. Mamta w/o rajesh kumar
      we are first billed by dept. 06.11.2020 as assumption basis in covid-19 time, when no meter reader come to take reading
      and now they make average bill acordingly

      but in actual we are not using so much water

      now we are request to correct bill dues amount

      as per arvind kajrival jee in delhi 20000 ltr water free in a month and i used approx 4000 ltr in a month then why we are billed

      please update and clear my all dues

        Dear sir/ madam,

        My name is Anita Lumba and my K.NO. [protected]. I have received huge amount of water bill receipt on 10/06/2021 and Billed amount showing Rs.2457. I have only using 500L water tank for storing water. One day i have only 1 time storing water for our use. In this pandamic situation this type of bill will not affordable. My today's water meter reading is 0107070. So i will humbly requesting you to please waive off my bill amount and help us in this condition.

          My bill generated wrong on average basis but meter is working and his actual reading is 68 as on 27/05/2021 kindly check it. also so many times I complaint but issue doesn't resolve please correct the reading I also attached the meter photo and please correct my bill as soon as possible KNO -[protected]

            Respected sir/ Madam humble request you Water bill of our house is getting too much due to wrong reading during the pandemic. As you aware that there was lockdown in delhi since last two months and suddenly when it opens today a representative came from DJB and show us the bill which was pending in April. Please suggest how it could be possible when no one came in the lockdown and our bill was due. Therefor our request you to please look into this and provide us the solution at the earliest.

              Hi Sir,

              Water connection (Kno - [protected])

              The meter reading status is showing mloc & rddt and Bill amount is Rs. 3371/-

              The status of reading is shocking to me as we have a water consumption for this KNO is somewhere around 5 units in a month and the units mentioned on the bill is ‘73’ for Mar – May’2021 and 63 units for Oct – Dec’2020. (You can check previous months water consumption units for your reference under the same KNO)

              The person who come to take reading is bit irresponsible to write down the exact number o[censored]nits in his diary and the status is showing mloc & rddt which seems to be a bogus activity.

              Desirable Resolution – Correction of bill amount for the given water connection (kno - [protected]) with ok reading status and wave off entire bill amount as it is wrongly charged and should be zero as per government free unit scheme.

              Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as it is a kind of mentally harassment.

              Can I please have any update on same as it is not resolved yet but they still closed it.

              I did not get any confirmation or resolution that it is resolved now and they will send a new bill with Nil amount.

                I had called many times on toll free number of delhi jal board, but they always they we don't know because we are not in that department . And no one pick up the calls many time.

                  My self Jagdish Arora a senior citizen resident of 33 Harmony apt DDA flats Pocket 1 sector 4 dwarka getting very less quantity of water from the last two months. You know during pandemic period it's not possible for us to go here and there to get water. Kindly arrange to supply the sufficient water for our daily needs.

                    Dear Delhi Jal borad Department,

                    We have been facing the issue of water scarcity for last 3 years in A-Block Suraj Vihar. If I talked about present month, almost daily basis we struggled a lot almost every day for getting water.
                    The points below to be considered.
                    1. Timing of water is not fixed, We wake up at 11:30 pm in the night alternate day, some times it comes at 11:30, some times 01 AM, Some times 01:35 AM some times it does not come at all.
                    2. Most of the times pressure of water is very low.
                    3. When Water comes, it comes for the shorter period ( 60 Min)
                    4. The water is coming on alternate basis. It is veey difficult for us.

                    I, therefore, Request you to look into the matter asap.

                        L was paid my djb bill of Rs. 947.00 for 58 kw unit .After that djb send bill of Rs. 4025 .00 for 127 kw units my previous bill no.[protected] of Rs 947.00 and latest bill no.[protected]. djb not less amount and units which was l was paid . kindly correction in my bill and send correct bill so that l can pay the bill .

                          Complaing for No Supply of water in Street No. 4, 6 & 9, Roshan Vihar, Karawal Nagar, Delhi-110094, I want to draw you king attention toward no supply of Delhi Jal Board water in my Area"Roshan Vihar, Karawal Nagar, Delhi-110094", we are not getting proper supply of water for last 4 months. The Residents of this area facing acute scarcity of water, the pressue of the water is to low that it fill only 2-3, bucket's of water at a time, due to the water shortage problem the family members of the house go to office without bath and it takes one weeks. There is a proper supply of water in other streets of the Roshan Vihar Cololy.Due to no supply of water we are compelled to purchase the water from outside so that we can survive and cook food. We are also using the bore well water that is not fit to drink. On the behalf of the locality. I request you to take immediate action to ensure the proper supply of water in our area.I have also complaint on dated 12.04.2021 but problem still as it is.

                                Faulty meter reading and bill raised

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that we have 3 water connections at
                                8/18, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi - 8 & 3/24, East Patel Nagar, New delhi
                                with Kno as follows:
                                1. [protected] - meter status RDDT
                                2. [protected] - meter status STP
                                3. [protected] - meter status RDDT

                                Even though these meters are functional, infact the one for K no [protected] was replaced recently...

                                i am resident of Motiakhan dda flats. there is no sufficient water for more than 1 month. earlier water is coming every alternative day with lowest pressure. but last 2 days there is no water supply. Is there is water shortage in our area? or this is created by some persons ?

                                last night at 11 pm water was supplied without informing most of the residents. For whom the water was distributed without informing all?

                                please see to this. water is our necessity.

                                    With reference to the above-said subject, I hereby submit my complaint about the overcharged bill of the water I am M S Pritam Singh Madan Lal my K NO:-[protected] bill No[protected] Address: C-65 Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 bill amount is 24, 947/- the month of May 2021.

                                    I shall be very grateful to you if you investigate this and resolve if some sort of complication is exacerbating my water consumption charges. I have also checked all the pipelines to make sure no leakage at my end. I have also checked the recent data on water billing. Grounding on the older rates, it is nearly impossible for the water bill to be this high.

                                      Hi Sir/Mam,

                                      Due to ongoing pandemic, noone came to take meter readings from past few months.

                                      Last meter was taken in Feb'21 which was 1401 & the bill amount was 0.

                                      The latest meter reading was taken on 8th June which was 1474, but also raised a bill for 753 which should be zero.

                                      Kindly rectify the bill amount in your records.
