Address: B-136 LGFLAJPAT NAGAR-I, NEW DELHI 110024

The above water meter was stolen from my premises between the night of 22nd May and wee hours of 23rd May 2021. A formal FIR has been lodged with the Delhi Police vide FIR NO.SED-LN-000200 dated[protected].

Please let me know the formalities involved in installing another meter so that water is available to me.

    I have received a message regarding water bill of Rs. 8203, today, i.e.29.05.2021 against KNo. [protected]. This is to inform you that nobody came at my house for meter reading since last 3 years approximately and without any meter reading and in which basis you generated the bill. Kindly rectify the same at the earliest. So that rectified bill may be deposited accordingly.

      I have taken connection in March 21 but bill generated since May'20 it's for last 381 days.
      This is totally wrong bill generated against my KNO(केएनओ): [protected].

      Pls check and correct as soon as possible.

        Hello,
        I am resident of E-94, Om Vihar Ext, Uttam Nagar West, New Delhi.
        Since 4 days we are facing water shortage in Om Vihar area.
        Sometimes very dirty water is supplied. This is a major problem that the whole area is suffering from.
        Please take immediate action in this reference.

          It is submitted that I was allowed two new connections bearing kh no [protected] and kh no [protected] in the name of Rahul and Dharamwati in 2020. But these connection are not being used till date due to not completion of floors. I have not use these connection for water till date. Even then I have received bills of rs 4540 for each connections which are completely wrong. No meter has installed against these two connections. And no water has been used by these connections. You are kindly requested to look into this matter I m not able pay such bills.

            Water connection (K No. [protected])

            Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we found a bill dated 23-May 2021 amounting to Rs.469/- (for the period from 14-March-21 to 23th May 2021 with 13KL consumption) due for payment on 09June 2021.

            The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading is shocking to me as we have 4 Families always present in the premises.

            Nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity.

              My name is Nitin gupta lives in kirari delhi. There are water supply problem since last more than 3 months and I have complained so many times through different-2 modes but there is no solution of this problem.
              Our area JE pankaj kumar(contact no. [protected]) is not responding to it . I called him many times message him mail him etc. But he didn't do anything.
              Kindly do something as we are facing lot of problems

                    Dear Sir / Madam

                    I received the message for creating my bill through self billing facility through DJB app. Using this app I had created the bill whose details are below:

                    Bill no.[protected], dated 27.05.2021 KNo. [protected].

                    Here the billing reading which was 1789.641 had been captured as 1789641. & thus created billing for Value INR. 12, 56, 65, 937 which is a wrong billing.

                    This can be viewed from the photo of bill uploaded while self generating bill. The same is enclosed here below for quick reference.

                    I had tried to raise the grievance through DJB App but could not raise it through App. Photo of snapshot showing error is also enclosed

                        I am from Balbir Nagar extension Gali no 8 (Naala Paar) near Durga Mandir.

                        D-67 A Gali no 8 Balbir Nagar extension Shahdara (Naala Paar).

                        From last 3 days we all are getting Sewer water mixed in the water supply. Its so bad in smell and de coloured no body can use this water at all. Its so hazardous to health of people during this epidemic situation.

                                  It is to inform that i am the owner of flat 182, DDA SFS Flats Pkt 6 site 3 Nasirpur Dwarka Sector 1A New Delhi 110045 and my K No is [protected].

                                  It has come to my notice from the recent bill that no meter reading is printed in the bill and" MLOC' is stated in meter status column which is incorrect status.

                                  I want to submit that my meter is in working condition and is not covered or locked to note the reading. The bill generated without noting the actual reading is an incorrect practice and shouldn't be adapted.

                                  For your convenience I am attaching actual reading and past reading clicked on 19 May 2021 & 10 Dec 2020 respectively.

                                  In view of the above, I kindly request you to accept my plea to review my bill and send actual bill based on my submitted photos. You may also cross check the meter reading whenever your technical person visit to my location for reading.

                                    The bill for the above KNO [protected] is being received by us on Adhoc basis since the last one year. No meter reading has been done and the bill is being generated based on adhoc consumption of the tenant who was using the premises upto Jan 2020. Since then there is no tenant in the said premises and the water consumption is negligible. But still the bill is being generated on adhoc reading.

                                    You are kindly requested to send someone for scheduled meter reading so that the latest bill can be generated on the basis of actual water consumption at the concerned location.

                                      For my current month water bill with K NO. [protected] from 17 Feb 2021 to 23 May 2021, there is no meter reading availabe on the bill and also it is showing as /NS meter status on the bill. The bill i recieved is of Rs. 1954 of 95 units. I dont know even the current reading is not shown on the bill so how can the bill is generated. Please look into this matter and resolve it asap. There should not be any bill of the same. I am attaching the bill copy for your reference.
