There is no water supply from last 1 week...and we are facing many issue regarding the water supply

Sir,
I want to say that it’s been two months now that the water supply in my area (i.e. Model Town) smells foul and causing stomach infection. We continuously ordering water from outside beside this paying bill for the water you are supplying. Please take appropriate steps in this direction.

Water mafia in Tughlaqabad extension because of them everyone is facing water problems here may I know if private bore banned in delhi how their bore are still working and they are doing loot with people. Because they people use to give bribe to the government employee of delhi jal board here.

Kindly seal there bore and resolve this issue of Tughlaqabad extension.

Water scarcity since long years whenever summer starts. No one hear the complaints. Always excuses are given by delhi jal board people. Shame on them. Pathetic and disgusting who do not understand problem. Constant water shortage but no resolution yet.

Hi, it's very disappointing to say that shame on delhigovt#jalboard# who claims for free water service but due to their pathetic water service we are suffering badly. Since long years we are facing water scarcity in summers but always complaints has been ignored badly by delhi jal board and their leading people. It's 2021 every month starting from April facing water scarcity. We made several complaints but all time delhi jal board people give rubbish excuses and always avoid the serious complaints made by people who are facing shortage of water. Very poor and pathetic service. We are living in metropolitan city ..very disgusting you people who are not listening our problems. You people are not suffering. Did you ever survive without water as we are facing been to long days like month to years. How cruel you all are. Did you forget all the duties and responsibilities towards people who all are having water shortage. Always we face this issue which is never resolved then why we had been given water lines and connection. Are these showpieces to keep in museum? It's really unbearable. Can it be resolved asap

I Jai Karan kaushik, resident of A-block Hari nagar having shortage of water supply hours or even no water supply for more than a week. This is really very bad for the summer months.

My k no. [protected] and we receive bill every 6 to 8 months which comes 0 as we have only 2 members. Now I received the bill of 1433 rs. And showing pending of December bill. However, our bil has been 0 for atlesst 4 years now after sending us bill 6 months late they are asking us to pay despite the fact we don't have usage at all and in winter it reduces more than what we use daily.

Sir/ Madam,
I did not receive any bill for above water connection no. as earlier it was sent through message on phone, after I registered a complaint on 03/12/2020 at 2.31 PM., apprising that our house 39-A, Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095 had been closed since 27/02/2020 as we are living in Canada. We have also received an email from Grievance Department, Delhi Jal Board saying that my issue will be resolved soon.

Today I have checked to see my zero bill on Delhi Jal board site, as I get zero bill in case of Electricity Bills since my house is locked. How is it possible that when my Electricity bill is zero, and we are getting Water Bill more than Rs.5000/-. It is pertinent to mention here that, my water bill was zero, even when I was in India as my water consumption was very less.

I once again request you to please rectify my water bill to zero, as house is locked since 27/02/2020. This fact can be verified from the said location. This is unnecessary harassment to deal such a situation from Canada.

There is no water supply in some pockets of T-132A-133 2nd floor T-block Vishnu Garden Extn New Delhi-110018 tagore for last 1-2 Months or there has been supply of really dirty water. When I did call local officers they had no answers too

I am the resident of Tughlakabad Extension of street no. 36. New Delhi - 110019, The water supplier of this area give the water supply to those areas who so ever give him extra money(kind of rishwat). In my area it is been more than 5 days. We are managing to survive some how without water supply. This is no the 1st time. We are tired of facing the same issue from last 2 year. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Another issue is that water supply always come in the mid night. Which disturbed the sleep. Can u make sure the supply of water in the day time.

I am a resident of preet vihar, G block area.we are not getting water supply for past so many months, either no supply or sometimes just for 10 mins.I already complaint so many times to DJB and contacted the senior officials Mr Rajesh Shah and Mr Rajeev Garg but nothing happened.We are forced to pay water bills but with no water supply.
In this hot weather how one can manage without water.

There is no timing for the Ganga water supply in my area . It is my first complaint regarding water supply timing .another time I will complaint higher authority and cc to CM sir please, take necessary action regarding this

Hello Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to request you to look into the water bill for K. No. [protected]. I received the water bill of Rs. 25585 out of which it showing 23874 arrear. Before that no one has come to take the meter reading to. My average water consumption in a family of only 2 people is not much . I am surprised how the consumption can suddenly raise to high even when the water is coming only alternative day in our area.
Delhi government has been exempted the previous bill till year 2019 and in delhi 20000 litre water is free for all.
I don't think so we two people are consuming more than 20000 liter of water in a month then how we are getting the bill, it's really hard for me to understand.
We have not increased our consumption and there must be some mistake here in calculation of bill.
Hence, I request you to please look into the issue and get my bill reduced. According to alternative water supply and our monthly water consumption no bill (zero bill) should come.
