I am akhil jain resident of 138 {rani jhansi street} old gupta colony, delhi 110009. My street side sewers are blocked and overflow with dirty water and its giving foul smell and mosquitoes. I request u to please get the sewers cleared as soon as possible.

    I am from Balbir Nagar extension Gali no 8 (Naala Paar) near Durga Mandir.

    D-67 A Gali no 8 Balbir Nagar extension Shahdara (Naala Paar).

    From last 3 days we all are getting Sewer water mixed in the water supply. Its so bad in smell and de coloured no body can use this water at all. Its so hazardous to health of people during this epidemic situation.

    Can you please look into it on the priority.

          Correction of area code in water bill

          Dear sir,
          undersign made complaint so many times that our area code in our water bill was incorrect, please change our area code.
          in water bill there is area code A-82 mention but our area code is A-34. i am requesting you that please change area code in our water bill.

              Dear Sir,

              It is to inform that i am the owner of flat 182, DDA SFS Flats Pkt 6 site 3 Nasirpur Dwarka Sector 1A New Delhi 110045 and my K No is [protected].

              It has come to my notice from the recent bill that no meter reading is printed in the bill and" MLOC' is stated in meter status column which is incorrect status.

              I want to submit that my meter is in working condition and is not covered or locked to note the reading. The bill generated without noting the actual reading is an incorrect practice and shouldn't be adapted.

              For your convenience I am attaching actual reading and past reading clicked on 19 May 2021 & 10 Dec 2020 respectively.

              In view of the above, I kindly request you to accept my plea to review my bill and send actual bill based on my submitted photos. You may also cross check the meter reading whenever your technical person visit to my location for reading.

                Dear Sir,

                The bill for the above KNO [protected] is being received by us on Adhoc basis since the last one year. No meter reading has been done and the bill is being generated based on adhoc consumption of the tenant who was using the premises upto Jan 2020. Since then there is no tenant in the said premises and the water consumption is negligible. But still the bill is being generated on adhoc reading.

                You are kindly requested to send someone for scheduled meter reading so that the latest bill can be generated on the basis of actual water consumption at the concerned location.

                  For my current month water bill with K NO. [protected] from 17 Feb 2021 to 23 May 2021, there is no meter reading availabe on the bill and also it is showing as /NS meter status on the bill. The bill i recieved is of Rs. 1954 of 95 units. I dont know even the current reading is not shown on the bill so how can the bill is generated. Please look into this matter and resolve it asap. There should not be any bill of the same. I am attaching the bill copy for your reference.

                    Up to the end of year 2019, i was always getting my water bills amounting to ZERO. From Feb. 2020 to March 2021 I was out of India. During this period i was getting very huge amounts of bills. Even my last last bill which i received a few days back is
                    of Rs 3151/- . ( the bill does not show either the water consumption or no. of days, only gives amount)
                    i have already paid all bills except the last one,

                      My DJB water connection K NO as enclosed below has incorrect bill. My previous months bill are 0 and even more unit consumed in previous months but in my current bill unit consumed are less than the previous months even than I got higher bill amount in both meters.

                        This month water bill is incorrect they send bill through sms and amount is very high because no one come to get reading on water meter. Please correct the amount on bill and first get reading on water meter.

                          My djb mseva app not working. For initial registration it does send OTP to my registered no.

                          My KNO no.is[protected].my water consumption for March-May 2021 is 36 units for 62 days .Govt is subsidising 40 units for 2 months.So I should be charged Nil amount while you have sent a bill for Rs 607.pl rectify the error at your level and send me nil demand

                            My average consumption is 18-25 unit per month since many years with bill average amount between Rs300-500 but this time bill shows as usage of 228 units with a bill in five figures.

                              My KNO [protected], LAJPAT NAGAR 3, NEW DELHI 110024 urgently pls help us with this issue of so high amount of 27000 RS bill of just 2 months. This is incorrect as no meter reading taken, also our past records indicate our average billing of 1000 rs. We are middle class family & cannot pay such wrong bills, only 2 people residing then how can we consume so much water?
