The water connection has been closed for more than10 years . 0 bill is always coming . But in March it come for 1500 . So please resolve this matter as we are not using that water

Badarpur street no 40-d main last 2 weeks se paani nahi aa raha hai jis kaaran hume bahut problem ho rahi hai

We r suffering from non supply of water in west delhi ..tagore garden...they r not supplying water from last one week...it is very difficult to manage life without water...plz do the needful as soon as possible..

My block sewerd are overflowing because of which my toilet pots are chocked.

The bill is for a period of 3 months. The average consumption of water per month comes to 15KL only. Less than 20 KL is exempted from any charge. Kindly correct the bill accordingly.

After hearing from you the bill will be cleared as the case may be.
I would bring to your notice that the bill states that the meter is locked. But given that new meter have been put in place which has censor reading facility. Hence as mentioned in Invoice stating 'meter locked' does not have any meaning.

Kindly look into this issue as well.

Sir there is no water supply in west Patel naGar area from last 2 days . Situation become very difficult we don't have water for drinking do something sir.

We are facing a problem from last 7 to 8 days in whole area .there is no water drop in our colony, plzzzz solve the problem immidiately

There is a lot of irregularitity in water supply at nebsarai locality. We have never received sms alert regarding water crisis. Other households in our locality are getting water supply for 3 hours daily. I have already complained earlier but the water supply never restored. We are suffering for the last 2 weeks.Today, I have talked to mr ashok, mr devasish and mr sandeep as well. We are dependent on water tankers. Please address our grievances as soon as possible.

Quality of water supply is worst from 6-7 days, we can't even wash our hands from it.

At the north west Delhi, Ashok Vihar ph-3, 110052 from 8th april, 2021 our water supply has stopped. The motor in our house do not have proper running water due to which we are facing lots of problems. We are buying water for our daily activities. It has been few days and water shortage is still there. Requesting your immediate action.

I lived in Rama park road near sai Mandir Mohan garden uttam nagar area. My problem is regarding the water supply timing. Water supply timing is 11:30am to 1oclock pm. I is not possible for working person. My request is plz change the supply timing to early morning ya evening. Plz do the consernt....

mera naam Rajat hai, main L-1491, Mangol puri main rehta hu. Mera K.No. [protected], mera Meter No. 2012A2040217 hai. Mera December main 21, 350 Rs ka Bill Aaya, us time mere meters ki reading 603 thi but mera bill main meter reading likh ke nhi aayi. main DJB Sultan puri main Pradeep (M.R) se milla. usne kaha main aapka bill 0 karwa dunga badle main 8, 000 rs legenge. maine usko 22nd december ko paise (8000 Rs) de diye. Fir Pradeep ne 26 December ko mujhe office me bulake 839.11 rs ka bill de diya aur kehne laga ki itna aur pay karna hoga, yeh kam nhi ho raha. Aap 839.11 rs ka bill pay kar do uske baad aapka bill hamesha 0 rs aayega. toh maine uske kehne pe 12th jan ko 839.11 rs ka bill pay kar diya. Ab 21st march 2021 ko 1584 rs ka fir fir bill aa gya jab ki mere meter ki reading 614 hai. main DJB me Fir pradeep se mila usko reading ke baare me bataya toh usne pata kiya mera purana bill usne 714 reading ka bana rakha hai. mujhe samajh nhi aa raha mangol puri me sabka bill 0 rs aa raha hai sirf mera hi kyu bill bana rahe hai. jabki main itna water use bhi nhi karta hu. iska kya solution hai. mera sath fraud kia jaa jaa raha hai. please mere is problem ko solve kia jaye.
otherwise i will contact to higher authorities and water supply ombudsman and consumer court.

Water supply is not coming last five days

I want to tell that we are getting dirty smell water from last many days. This water issue is from last 3 months.On and off water gets stinking and it has led to serious stomach issues in my family. Kindly resolve it on priority. Why are u not able to provide clean water?

Please provide proper water supply for daily use purpose in Mahindra Park, Gali No. 28 and due to this issue we are facing lots of problems like dirty smelly water incorporation water line and some times no water supply in the area please see to it as soon as possible.

Water is comming only for 5-10 min. only in the morning 5 am

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am one of the resident of WZ-32/6G, Sant Garh Colony, which comes under the a Tilak Nagar Zone. Our Gali No-3, is suffering from highly dirty and smelly (Contaminated - Gutter) water supply from past more than one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose too, No one can even think of drinking it at all. It smells like it comes directly from the Gutter/Nala.

We are continuous calling the Delhi Jal Board Contact Numbers on alternate days but even though we are still facing the same problem. Please help us in this matter since its becoming a serious issue now and due to this we are facing the health (stomach infection) issues in the family.

We hope that our Delhi Government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES.

kindly look at this issue on high priority and resolve it.

Please provide proper water supply for daily use purpose in subhash nagar 5 block and due to this issue we are facing lots of problems like dirty smelly water in corporation water line and some times no water supply in the area please see to it as soon as possible and i want this complaint to be resolve by 11am today 9 april 2021 otherwise i will take this complaint to high level because i am fedup with such water issues
