Please note that my self Vikram Singh we are racing a lots of problem from last 30 days there is NO water in our area Shivpuri Gali No. 4, west sagarpur, and if vyang chance water come, its was so dirty that we cant explain. You are requested to please look into this and do the needful.

    Hi All,

    This is to bring your notice that I have applied for new water connection and I have already submitted payment for the connection. However there is no response from the Delhi Jal Board for the last 3 months.

    I have requested it several times but haven’t received any response. (show your actual problem and situation). I would kindly request you to please send some workmen to establish a water connection...

    Water pipe line in Street no 13 of Shanti Mohalla Gandhi Nagar Delhi 31 is bursted due to which many kiloleters of water goes waste in morning and evening. Also this infects the water supply to houses.. please look into the matter so that we can save every drop of priceless water.. My contact number is [protected].

      Daily water supply is not available since last four days (i.e. 08/03/2021) in D-Block, Raj Nagar II, Sector 8, Dwarka, New Delhi. It is requested you to please rectify the problem as you know that the summers are coming and without water all residents of mentioned area are facing many problems in daily basis.

        Hi Team Jal Board,

        This is to bring to your kind notice that we are using only 300-400 litre of water everyday which becomes 9, 000 to 12, 000 litre per month and yet Jal Board has again billed us with bill of ₹ 1, 047 whereas there is an allowed limit o[censored]pto 20, 000 litre of water per month which is free as per Delhi Govt.

        Would request to fix the billing and reverse this entire amount of ₹ 1, 047.

          From more than four months water supply is very scanty in our area. There is no life without water. There is no response from any employee of Delhi Jal Board after calling them almost everyday...either they will not pick up the phone or will say work is in progress and by tomorrow supply will be normal. But there is no improvement during all these months. How will one survive without this basic necessity...I would request Ms. Rajkumari Dhillon to look into this as our area comes under her.

            The Delhi Jal Board has not updated the meter reading and sending bills every month with RDDT status. We are currently out of town and I expect the meter reading to be stable and not increasing.
            DJB needs to take the actual reading and send the bill. The current outstanding amount is more than Rs12000.

              Dear Concern,

              There is excess reading of our water meter having KNO : [protected], earlier it was changed since then we are facing such issue and the current outstanding amount is 13000 approx, which I am not able to pay,

              So kindly please provide necessary rebate on meter.

                Sir since last 12 years sec-24, rohini, delhi is facing acute water crises.
                When DDA had been providing poor water supply, people were hopeful that DJB takeover would rectify the situation. Butnot. What DJB is providing, an erratic water supply on alternate days with very low pressure. Some residents gets water while others not.

                I sincerely request DJB and the delhi govt. In particular to at least provide basic amenity of water or privatise water supply just as electricity supply which is providing brilliant servive

                          I am the resident of WZ 139/4 New Mahabir Nagar, New Delhi- 110018. Water supply in the area is not being made since yesterday i.e. 03. 03. 2021. I tried for the whole day to contact the Delhi Jalboard Janak Puir Office. No one has picked the phone. By when the supply will be started. Is there any big problem. Please let us know.

                              I am complaining second time for the wrong water bill and when I complained first time then I didn't get any response as well as correction in water bill. Now, the DJB sent me a again wrong bill with exceeding Rs. 7000/- amount in water bill. It's due date is to pay 15/3/2021 So, I am complaining here again to solve this problem as I will not pay wrong water bill.

                                  Hi my consumer number is -[protected] .i have an issue of my water billing .we are not using water as the bill we are getting from last two months, infect during covid no one was living there its our separate property but we get the bill rs 527 in December month no one took a single reading from my house i do not know how the bill is generated and again the same problem in January we get 1945rs water bill .kindly tell me how this bill is generated .please square off my water bill amount as soon as possible.
