My bill is much higher side.bills shows the amount much then the actual consumption.Bill is generated on the average basis not on consumption basis.The actual units are totally different from the billing units+image attached).We are wisely used the water so that it is curved under the 20k l pm.Surprisingly our bills are much higher in winters as compared to summer season.It is surprising and shows that bills are generated on average basis.It was 2269 rs only in hot season of June and 40000 Rs in winters.Request you to kindly recheck and revise the bill so that I can pay the same

As per the bill it shows the unit-7299 but our meter shows the reading 3106.Why is the variation in both these units.So I am not be able to generate as per my self billing

Also since I got the msg of 40000 rs bill I regularly checked my meter and reading showing the consumption of 12 units only in two months.
Kindly update in your record and revise the bill and request you to kindly refund the amount which is paid erroneously.
I attached all images of app, current meter and of two months ago also

    Since Last 6 months, i have started getting bills for DJB, my water consumption is very low (2 people), In Sept '20 & Oct '20 i have paid bills, now its started regularly without any base.

    Again this month received a bill (Amount as 1407).
    No Meter reading is available and status shown as MLOC.

    Also showing arrear amount Rs.508/- (But no bills received).

    No one come down for meter reading, my wife is always at home

      I am living at Gali Number 3 military Road Punjabi Basti Anand Parvat and I am not getting any water supply from last 5 days and so is the whole locality .
      we are trying to look up in this matter but no one is answering us on the phone.
      I feel very annoyed and very disturbed because it's been a week and no water supply has been restored in our locality.

      Can someone at least let us know when it will be restored.

        Sub: stoppage of water supply in our area
        I am resident of khera garhi.Delhi-110082. And on behalf of all people residing here i would like to tell you that there is no water supply in our area from past 3 days. We are facing extreme problem due to this .
        Its a request to restart water supply in our area ASAP.

          I am neetu banderwal and this is behalf from me and people living in my area. I live in Bapa Nagar, new delhi-11005. There is no water supply in my area from past 3 days and this had been done without informing us due to this we have no storage of water left. I am angry and disappointed too because of this. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            Myself Rajni Arora, resident of c 221 third floor, Vikaspuri new delhi - 110018. Jal board .Our water meter has been stolen by thieves. Our water motor is also lost by theft. Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.

                This is to inform you that I am resident of F-394 Madi our colony near pashim Vihar fire station we are facing the problem of overflowing drain and sewer problem in front of my house the road is full of dirty water from last of 10 days and it is very smelling and mosquito and other health disease spread

                  When the construction of our street road was done and electrical wires are installed underground in the street the sewer pot hols was
                  broken by your worker. Due to this our building sewer line is blocked and no waste of our building is passing in the main hole.I am enclosing a picture of same which is self explanatory.This work is done by us out of our self for which you are liable to pay .You can visit on site today and also see the actual position.The expenses which is done by me will be recovered from you.

                    It is to bring to your kind notice that we are residents of rameshwar nagar gali no 5 Delhi 110033 would like to bring to your kind notice that our main sewer has been blocked from last 2 months due to which we are facing lots of problems. The local resident face foul smell and problem of water logging and this leads to breeding of mosquitoes in our block and that will for sure lead to serious health threat to localities i.e. Dengue, Malaria and Chikungunya. our life has become horrible because of this massive smell from sewer water. We had already complained to je and seniors no proper response given

                    I, Brig Sunil Arya, is resident of Road 8, House 19 Ground Floor, Punjabi Bagh Extension and have over flowing and Blocked sewerage Line, in the service lane, behind our house. This is a chronic problem and needs attention urgently and also at the highest level to resolve the issue once for all for health and safe living.

                      Dear MCD department.
                      I am living mangol puri block L house number 332 . I want to do complaint regarding water leakage from ground in house number 332 and 333 in block L Mangol puri new Delhi .
                      Before this complaint I had done same complaint for the same reason.
                      For this water leakage my home surface goes down day by day. And owner of house no 333 not agreeing to do anything for this . Because he is living another place . He has given the house for rent and he not Care about house .

                      Kindly help me to resolve this issue . And help me to safe my home. Please help

                          My bill (Kno [protected]) Was generated on wrong/ assumed basis average meter reading, my actual reading is 945 as on 28/01/2021 before that actual reasing wasa 575 on 10/07/2019 if i will assumed on montly consumption upto 20 kn per month on the average basis my reading should be as per below calculation which is with in exeption limit.
                          10/07/2019 to 10/12/2019 = 575 + (20*5) = 675
                          10/12/2019 to 10/12/2020 = 675 +(20*12)=915
                          10/01/2021 to 915+20 = 935
                          on date 28/01/2021 reading was 945, which is in exempt limit.

                          Hmara pani bil bhut hi high aaya hai jbki pani ka connection hmne ek family ke liye liya tha 1-1-2019 ko liya tha aur hmari family me 5 family member hai, only ek water tank hai hmare ghr me only 500 leter ka aur aaj[protected] tk ki reading only 162 hai yani ke monthly 20 se bhi km, jisme na to aapka koi staff meter reding check krne ke liye aata hai na hi koi bil dene ke liye pta nhi kaisi service hai delhi jal board ki, aur bill ki behav pr gernet kr dete ho,
                          Last hmne 17-aug- 2020 ko 2140 bil ka bhugtan kiya tha jabki wo bhi nhi bnte the hmara pani ka kho khas high use nhi hai aur is bar to hd hi ho gyi Bill no[protected] me 21923 ka bil aaya hai kaise posibl hai itne bdi mistake wo bhi august 2019 se jan -2020 tk jabki hmara total meter unit 162 hi hai hmari taraf se last bill amount bhi extra hi bhra gya hai

                          Mai meret ki image attached kr rhi hu case ko achhe se study kre aur mera water bill nill kre aur last payment bhi jo ki thi wo bhi refund kre aapke staff se itni bdi glti ho kaise rhi hai???

                            In our area construction of sewar is going on and the sewar water is gone I. Water pipeline. I have raised so many complaint about this issue at 1533 & 1916 both department are blaming each other and nno one is attending the complaint. The construction os sewar line also very bad they are using cheap material and not doing fixing of pipes properly.

                              I m residing at Nanakpura...Many times I called customer care about water supply but I never got any satisfactory answers ...they couldn't solve my problem...There is no any message alert system in Delhi Jal Borad according to customer care ... Pl start message alert system so we could get alert if there is an irregular water supply

                                In our jal board premises there are two dogs who are very dangerous.
                                it is sometimes very difficult to go outside and talk with someone. any time dog may attack from behind. We had tried many times to take these dogs outside the premises but they return after sometime.
                                Recently these dogs has bitten one man man who has visited our office. it is very scary for all o[censored]s to go outside since these dogs sometimes bark as if it is going to pounce upon us.
                                pls take the needful action so as to make our premises fearless.

                                  Water is not coming into the pipeline of our ground-floor flat. All other surrounding lines are giving water.
                                  We had got the meter and motor checked thoroughly. And after that, we opened the pipeline that is coming from mainline from where our motor was connected.. From there its seen that no water is coming, even at the time when water is released by Delhi Jal Board. There seems to be some fault in the valve that was installed by the Jal Board in the mainline. Kindly check it as on as possible, rather immediately. We are in acute difficulty with no water at all.
