Sir My name is Dev kumar I have a complaint regarding my wrong djb bill amount it's too high generated of my current meter redding. I have already register complaint on djb customer care but didn't response me. I m feel very irritate after getting response of thier words. They updated me my water meter is not working it's show locked. but its false complete my water meter is countinues working properly n never stop or locked show

I have taken pic of my working water meter I can send u i[censored] need to check all

Pls resolve my issue n correct my water bill asap

      I am one of the resident of B2A Block which comes under the Janakpuri area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some Sewer. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
      We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.

        Sir this is to bring your kind notice that i have made a payment of rs3636 on 27th August 2020 as per the bill generated by the boardfor the KNO [protected] . But on enquiring it was found that either the meter reading was incorrect or the meter reading was missing in the consecutive bill s. However on complaining the customer care the meter reading has been updated but a loss of rs3636 has been made to me due to the fault of Delhi jal board So sir do the refund

          Sir this is to bring your kind notice that i have made a payment of rs 3636 on 27 August 2020for the KNO [protected] as per the bill generated by the board. But on enquiring it was found that either the meter reading was missing or the meter reading was incorrect on the bill generated in the consecutive bill s. However on complaing the customer care the meter reading has been updated. But a loss of rs3636 has been made to me. Sir it is requested to you to refund the amount.

            I'm a resident of BE Block Janak Puri, and the residents in this block have been facing severe issues with horribly smelly, stinky water since more than a week now. We have complained multiple times and DJB trucks even came and said the issue was resolved, but NOTHING has been resolved.

            The smell is like it is coming from dead animals or something.

            We're all afraid of our and our families' health and do not want to be hospitalized especially during these times of the pandemic..

            PLEASE HELP! We're entitled to clean, healthy water. Please listen to us and solve this horrible problem.

              I am a resident of Street No. 26/F Molarband Extension Badarpur New Delhi . Water supply line in my street has been damaged since one month. Water flows and a lot of it goes waste at the time of supply. And on top of that people have not installed valves. All that water overflows into the nearby water drain. One month has passed but no repair has been done. A complaint was previously lodged by one neighbour too.

                Dear sir, recently I seen my water bill and it's shown meter status UNMT. I do not know why this status shown on bill although no one come to check meter reading yet. I am paying the inflated bill since April, 2020 . i request your good selves to look into the matter and the mistake done by your empolyes and adjust the amount excess paid by me in susequent bill and change the status of meter bill. detail of my meter : new KNO_[[protected]] name : Shyam Lal

                        I am writing this letter to request you to look in to the water bill no.[protected], 19- Aug- 20 to 24-Oct-20 Rs.4615 .00, previously average bill was coming Rs. 0, In my family only 3 peoples are staying, kindly consider my case and resolve the issue.
                        my Mothly consumption 10-12 unit. I am surprised how the consumption can suddenly raise to high and that too in a winter season.                                 I am a resident of 905, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi 110009. My problem is the constant sewer blockage in our area. Earlier it was during monsoon that sewer water used to enter our homes and now in month of November, sewers of our lane are blocked. As a result dirty sewer water is entering our home. Recently all members of my family have recovered from CORONA . I don't want another threat due to sewage water entering our homes. We called a private sewer cleaner to clean, he said the entire lane is blocked. We have lodged a complaint to govt agency but no action has been taken . It's a constant problem . Out of Rs. 100 that we pay for water bill, almost 40percent is charged for sewage maintenance. We in Mukherjee Nagar hardly receive any services. At times even the drinking water we get in taps is adulterated with sewage water . Please help

                                      On the back side of my quarter the manhole overflows. My WC is not clear due to thrust of chocked manhole. The blocked manholes are round and common to many quarters such 23, 24, 21, 22, 19, 20, 17, 18 etc.
                                      This is the man line of the block which serve for many quarters.

                                      The work of change of new sewage pipe lines of above quarters is held up due to blockage of manhole. It is requested pl. do the needful on urgent basis to clear the manhole to enable the above work smoothly.
