Dear Sir/Madam,
Delhi Jal Bord,

I stay in《C-55 Nanhey Park Gali no.12 Bindapur Matiala Road Uttam Nagar New Delhi 110059.》From the last One Month in this gali sewer has been choked and sewer water is overflow.
Some of gentleman has give complaint for this and worker also come but this work not been done. I request you to please look at this matter because due to this we are facing lots of trouble, and also a Big risk of Mosquitoes Bite.

    Delhi Jal Bord,

    I stay in Gali No. 11, Prithvi Park, Tilak nagar, Delhi. From the last one week in this gali sewer has been choked and sewer water is overflow.
    Some of gentleman has give complaint for this and worker also come but this work not been done. I request you to please look at this matter because due to this we are facing lots of trouble, and also a risk of Dengue.

      I have replaced old water meter to new one and submitted to your office number 6490 dated 12.12.2019 but no meter reading was done from your side from March 2020 to Aug 26 2020 . Now a bill of Rs 4370 is shown . I have consumed 207 units only from Dec 2019 to Nov 2020. You are requested to make a revised bill from March 2020 onwards

        I am resident of rohini sector 11. The water that is supplied is dirty and smells of gutter. So many times we have complained, the DJB staff visits and leaves without resolving the issue. We have been using this dirty water since so many months, making us ill . I request Delhi Jal Board, to send someone who is responsible and solves this problem. The staff that visits, takes no accountability of the dirty water that is being supplied in our home, which is an absolutely unbelievable response fron the officers of DJB. We request DJB to take appropriate and speedy action about the same. Clean water in each home is your responsibility and we have been suffering from so long because of some irresponsible DJB staff that is least bothered.

          Sir, there is no water supply at 181 2nd floor jagriti enclave new delhi 110092 since 2 days. 1st floor of the building received water supply today morning. I dont have my KNo. Kindly provide me with the details. Also i dont get a hard copy of the bill. I can be reached at [protected] Amrita. Kindly look into the same and help. I have a 5 year old child who is getting cranky as he wants to go to the washroom but is not using since its dirty. Please look into it asap

            I am resident of Paryavaran complex, Ignou Road, South Delhi. Since last one week tap water is coming very dirty and pungent smelling causing stomach infections as it is used in washing utensils and also skin iritation as it is used in bathing and washing clothes.

            I request you to resolve this issue as early as possible as it is making life difficult in delhi.

                    Unnecessary water bill on stuck meter which need to replace

                    Dear Sir,

                    Our K No. is [protected] which has been stucked since January, which is informed to the person who takes water reading, he told me you have no need to complain I will send the person (mulla JI) who will replace the meter but didn't. Please replace it.

                      Water Supply timings increases day by day, and no water supply today, what you are doing CM sahab, this how your Delhi Jal Board is working. I think you don't know the situation of Indian homes without water, Delhi jal board kindly check and resolve the matter.

                      Worst services of Delhi jal board, water timings were 6 - 8:30 am and evening 6 -7pm but actual water supply timings is late night 1 am which was increasing day by day.

                          Current bill shows Meter status MLOC, why is it so?
                          Also we have not consumed water from last few months, still there are a lot of consumption charges and all which are not justified.
                          Units mentioned are 164, which is not correct.

                          If you see our units consumed in last bills, its only 18, 46, 14...etc

                          Kindly, do the calculations of bill again.

I don't know why your officials are not taking common man problems on serious note. We make complaints to JJE, their seniors but no solution. Sir PZ take actions coz during this pandemic situation it is not possible to face so much stress. PZ look into this matter. Log ko itna bhi stress mat do ki woh pareshan ho kar koi galat madam le.

                                    My DJB K. No. [protected] for domestic connection, I am habitual of paying water bills in time without any delay, but DJB does not provide its bills in time and then charging late Fees which is discretionary and arbitrary. DJB always providing/sending message on my mobile [protected] after four months and charging late fees on the bill of previous two months and never send hard copy bill in time to my home, however I am download on my computer and pay the same with late fee. Kindly do the needful with DJB to send the bill in time to home address and also requested to instruct to adjust all late fees amount in my future bill.

                                      I am surprised to get Rs. 8803 water bill for August only. What a shame for Arvind Kejriwal who got vote from us for free electricity and water.

                                      I got inflated bill for K no : [protected], address DG-2, VIKAS PURI for Rs. 8803. Consumption charges Rs. 650 only rest are sewage charges as well Total Consumption Charges.

                                      Why we voted for such a disgusting party : AAP who always lie. I am not going to pay it and will take it to consumer court for fake lies.

                                      Prompt action should be taken by DJB else I will file case in consumer court for mental torture and harrasment for Rs. 50 lacs.
