Dear sir/ma'am,

Myself shri bhagwan, resident of house no-316, near rawat general store, neb sarai, saket (110068). My water meter jal board no is:- k. No[protected] put on 11th march 2020. Our water meter & water motor has been stolen by thieves in downstairs. Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.
This complaint is for saket police station, new delhi.

    Water is leaked at road from 2 or 3 points. At front of the house the sewer water is collected through which the people face so many problems. Please take a strict action as soon as possible.

      I, Priyank Rajput, tenant at resident of, Sai bhawan, H-46D, Gali No.4, Near sanjay paark, Shakarpur, New delhi-110092, having water bill (KNO No.[protected]) issue. i don't know how but i am getting higher water bills of our water usage. You can review our earlier bills with the recent bill you can find that the billing is done much on higher side.

          Water bill is more

          Sir i requesting you. because my water bill is more. july 22/7/2020 i paid my bill 1196 amount and know this month September i got another bill and this bill amount is 1096. so sir i want to know about this what is the reason behind it. i can't pay this bill. either you have to give me reason or forgive my water bill....

          Hi,

          Water connection (K no.[protected])

          The meter connection status is showing mloc and landowner has just sent a bill dated from 30-july-2019 to 09-sept-2020 which amounts to a huge amount of rs. 8122.

          We have just shifted here in end of may 2020 and its been only 4 months almost, so we are confused how can this huge bill can come when our average usage is around 400rs only.

          The landowner is refusing to pay it since it says the reading is bogus since it shows mloc status.

          The consumption has been averaged and reading/meter status has been shown as mloc (Meter locked). The status of reading is shocking to me as we have been here for just 4 months.

          Nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as mloc which seems to be a bogus activity.

          Desirable resolution - corrected bill of the given water connection (K no.[protected]) dated from 30-may 2020 to 9-sept 2020 and with ok reading status and also specifying if there was any due (If any) before 30 may 2020.

          Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible since the surcharge been increasing.

            This is for information & correction of wrong reading punched in my Water bill . According to the bill given by DJB the reading on the meter dated 18.09.20202 - 58 Unit . But Actually the meter reading on dated is showing only --18 Units .

            As called to call center, the y said it will auto corrected in the mont of SEP -20 Bill but not corrected ..

            Kindly arrange to rectify the problem and send the correct reading bill on my Email ID .the photo of the reading is attached for your ref, please .

                Sewage is constantly overflowing (From last 3-4 months) from sewer line/manhole in service lane behind g-79 saket, new delhi. Complaining to local je has made no difference at all as normal refrain is to get the sewer connection pipes leading to sewer cemented around pipe. But the consistent problem of sewer overflowing is not being addressed.
                Sewage is also leaking into basement walls of g-79. We got the djb water lines checked for leakage. There is no leakage. Djb water dept dug up to check supply water pipes. There seems to be no leakage and sewage is now filling up in pits dug-up by water dept to check leakage. No one is paying any attention to our complaints. It is a matter of time before this sewage contaminates even the regular water supply, as water supply lines are submerged in sewage overflow 24x7. Kindly address our problem and save us from harassment of seeing sewage day in and day out. It has become a health hazard.

                    I am a resident of b-164, tagore garden extension. For the past few weeks the residents of this area is receiving dirty sewage water. It stinks and is not suitable for washing purposes, let alone drinking. My children have already had bowel issues. This is really inconvenient for us residents and i kindly request you to resolve this issue at the soonest.

                            On 19 july 2018, water meter was fixed for d-25 iind floor, krishna park, devil road, khanpur, new delhi 110062
                            Since then for 25 months, no meter reading was taken on the excuse of non-availability of staff in delhi jal board for taking water meter readings. The water bill was given on an avg. Reading for 25 months. It was told that it would be compensated and adjusted with actual reading keeping in mind free 20 kilolitres/month as provided by delhi gov.
                            We are given a bill of rs. 15, 000 on much insistence when we asked to regularize the water bill as per the actual readings. Though as on date too our total consumption is 480 litres against 500 litres as provided free by delhi govt, djb is not willing to correct the bill. After many phone calls and repetitive rounds to the office.
                            We keep a tight check on our monthly consumption and always keep it under 20 kl per month as we have paucity of money and try to save it. Our water bill should be nil as per delhi govt. And should be made accordingly.
                            Kindly, look into this account and get the needful done.
                            Djb saket office staff on the first hand bluffed us and now after trapping us in their net is trying to loot money from us through wrong means. First, by giving false assurances and giving arbitrary and ambiguous readings, then blackmailing us by giving such a heavy bill. And, now they are looking for under the carpet money to prepare the correct bill.

                            When no one comes for meter reading, then how will we avail the relaxation of 20 kl? Please take this into consideration.
                            Meter installed: 19 july 2018
                            Meter reading: 11 feb. 2019 – 49 units (7 months) they showed just 49 units against actual consumption of 130 units.

                            26 nov 2019 – 98 units (16 months). They showed just 98 units on the bill against 317 units.
                            We use water judiciously and keep our usage under 20kl.
                            But after many calls, the bill was made on 3rd sep. 2020
                            3rd sep.[protected]meter units
                            Now, under with no substantial cause, rs. 15000 rupees are trying to be seized.
                            Kindly, make our bill as per the delhi gov. Relaxation, which turns out to be nil.
                            Please help me, i am a senior citizen and an ex-serviceman’s widow. It is very unfair and cruel on these treacherous people of djb saket office to attempt forgery and loot money from me.

                              It is a matter of deep concern / importance that how illegal dying units are workingin residential areas and are polluting these places and depriving the basic right of human being to live in an clean environment & causing irreversible damage to the mother nature . With such efficient organizations NGT, THE CENTRAL POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD, DELHI POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD, DELHI JAL BOARD, MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS each of them turned blind eyes to these rampant violation across the city.
                              What these units are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no individual has the right to violate the law as by opening illegal unit in the residential areas and why no action is being taken from any department as so many violations are done concerning each of them.
                              When there are clearly worded/mentioned laws, no action has been taken . It is a mandatory provision under u/s 25/26 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 that no person without the previous consent of the DPCC shall Establish or take any steps to establish any industry, operation or process or any treatment and disposal system an extension or addition thereto, which is likely to discharge sewage or trade effluent into a stream or well or sewer or on land.
                              ANNEXURE III of master plan mention PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
                              PROHIBITED / NEGATIVE LIST OF INDUSTRIES
                              Industries manufacturing the following shall be prohibited within National Capital Territory of Delhi.
                              • Serial no 29 clearly mentions. Dye & dye intermediates
                              • Guideline 46 says . Hazardous waste processing viz. hospital/medical/industrial waste
                              • Para 15.5 says PERMISSIBLE AND NON-PERMISSIBLE USES Any trade or activity involving any kind of obnoxious, hazardous, inflammable, non-compatible and polluting substance or process shall not be permitted.
                              Right from the start some of the violations are as under
                              1. Illegal use of domestic LPG connection
                              2. Illegal use of portable and ground water
                              3. Illegal drainage of chemical waste water in sewer and common drainage system
                              4. Polluting the surrounding atmosphere with toxic air
                              5. NOC not obtained from fire department
                              6. No license of any sort to operate
                              7. No ISI equipments to operate
                              8. No chimney or air filter for toxic gases to release
                              Now coming to the point,
                              I am a resident of Block AF Shalimar Bagh North West Delhi. I would request you to keep my identity confidential/ anonymous for security reasons and act suo moto on the complaint . Now coming to the problem, in this residential area one such unit located at AF 16 a Shalimar Bagh Delhi 88, front portion is being used as a Dying unit for many years . Working from 11 am to 7 pm, they approximately use water twice daily amounting some 1000 liters 6 or sometimes 7 days a week. This illegal unit consequences are well aware to all, but it possess a very serious hazardous effect specially on senior citizens and children and patients surrounding the unit.
                              All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by
                              putting yourself in our place and take immediate remedial action against this unauthorized unit.
                              Take this complaint as collective effort from the residents suffering the ordeal day and night.
                              Hoping the concerned departments will act in this regard soon.
                              kindly keep all the details regarding identification of this complaint

                                Respected sir/madam

                                I am one of the resident of gali no 1, dharamshala marg raj nagar 2 palam colony which comes under the palam. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from sewer. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.
                                We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

                                  I have submitted complaint letters about incorrect water bill for k. No [protected], first on 7th december 2019 and then again on 03 jan 2020, but never got any reply or action on my complaints. No official ever visited my building to check the water meter in last 5 years. I have never received either a hard copy or a soft copy of the bill at my residence - h4/87, upper ground floor, bengali colony, mahavir enclave, delhi 110045.

                                  I just received a text message that my bill is inr 14, 983 with a disconnection prompt. However, this bill is completely incorrect. The delhi jal board is sending me bills without checking my water meter. I checked online and downloaded a soft copy of my bill today[protected] and it says meter reading as on 8th sep 2020 is 985. Which is not right. As today on 16th september 2020 my water meter shows 00884.

                                  Since last 1 year we rarely get the water supply. The water is only available for like 2 times a week. And from last 4 months we get water supply only 2-3 time a month. So there is no way my water bill can be so high.

                                  Therefore, i request you to please take my matter into consideration and resolve this problem. I am also attaching image of my water meter so that you can check the meter reading and compare it with the bill generated. Also attaching the soft copy of the bill that i downloaded from delhi jal board website.

                                    My name is Hirdesh Kumar, and resident adress is C 21 Jawahar park, khanpur 110080.
                                    We are facing much trouble of water supply in Jawahar park khanpur area. We don't have even a single bottle water in our home. How to bath, how to use washroom. We are facing water supply issue in are street specially since 8-10 days . We having double load of manpower and electricity wasting only on checking that water supply is coming or not, 3-4 hours our moters are running for water. Electricity bill is also increasing in this situation. As already know that in these corona period people are not getting their salaries, in this case how Delhi people will survive here in this location. We are requesting you to please take suitable action against the supply insufficient water supply in our area. We are in problem. Supply always comes arround 3am in morning and we are waiting daily for water and starting our moter but after 2-3 hours running moters, their was no water supply coming for us in complete street.all people wants to complaint regarding the water supply..

                                      I am one of the resident of rishi nagar, rani bagh which comes under the shakurpur area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from sewer. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.
                                      We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities
