My name is Vishvesh Moghia.

I am a resident of DDA flats Mansarovar park. SHAHDARA delhi 110032

My Delhi Jal Board KNO is [protected]

My water consumption is per day 3-4 Buckets of 20litre.

But my DJB bill are comming like Rs[protected] or Rs 7000/-

I do not know why they are trying to loot us.

My meter is placed at a normal location where any meter reading can be done easily.

But in Every bill it is mentioned as Meter Locked

Why does not the official meter reading person take the readings?

I can not pay that much water bill when Delhi Govt is giving 20k litres for free.

I am not using even 5k litres per month

Please look into my problem.

    I have received bill of amount 1736. My meter reading as on 35 units as on 01.07.2020. The bill which i have received on 30.06.2020 is for 63 units.

    As i visited jal board office (Karola mor najafgarh) i was told that your bill will be for zero amount.
    But since then i am receiving messages to deposit 1736.

    Kindly note - my connection is new which was installed on 04.3.2020

      I would like to inform that the water meter installed on my connection k. No. [protected] has been stolen from the ground floor, while i live on the 1st floor, 18a, ghafoor nagar, okhla, new delhi 110025. It is therefore requested to install a new meter on the same.

        This is to inform you that our neighbour's sewer line is leaking for more than a year now. Its a builder flat and we have informed the owner about the same but no action has been taken from him. Instead he says ' do whatever you can' we also informed the building members but even they are not bothered about it. The sewer is leaking and its containing the surrounding people might get sick of it. Would request you to please take action as soon as possible.

          My self punita nautiyal, resident of 1020 type 3 sector 3 rk puram new delhi k no-[protected], meter was installed in my house on 14 oct2019, which has reading 121.12, when in the month of nov 19, meter reader came he noted wrong reading which was 296.00, but the actual reading was 125.23 bill has generated by this this wrong reading 296 and intial reading 228 reading, i went to jal board office and lodge my complain showed my meter reading which was 129.03 on 2/12/2019, but matter not solved, i paid the bill of 1628.00on 20 june 20. But again i got the bill of rs 3453.00 my present meter reading is 303.98, so why i am getting bill, as i am consuming less than 20k, why i am getting the bull, pl look in to the matter,

            Respected sir/madam

            I am one of the resident of mandawali which comes under the east delhi. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past six months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
            We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              This is for your kind attention that, I have received a wrong water bill with out meter reading (RDDT showing in Reading/Meter Status). I am a domestic user and having KNO: [protected] (Name: SH KAPIL ARORA) in Pandav Nagar, East New Delhi. I am a tenant here and staying in a 1RK Room and also my uses of water is below as per the Delhi goverment free water supply i.e approx 700lt per Day or 20KL per month(If I am not wrong). but the unit price i got like 37, 62 etc. for example in the month of 20th Dec 2019 to 3rd March 2020, my unit is 62 which is unbelievable. And also in the latest bill the unit is 91 for 109 days without meter reading(RDDT showing in Reading/Meter Status).

              So, its a kind request to please look into the issues and please provide any resolution for the same.

                I would like to attention to you towards the new kno n. [protected] bill no.[protected] as excess bill amount.
                I want to inform you that in my area i. E. Shiv ram park, sewerage service has not been started despite that in above said bill sewerage charges, service charges accordingly other charges has been added in bill amount and another thing is that the current meter reading date and previous meter reading date is 15/04/2020 and 14/04/2020 only one day bill amount is 3845/-.

                I humble request to you please rectify the bill amount and make it genuine.

                    I live in mandi extension, padam dham colony in narela delhi. There is a shortage of water from the last 30 days but we were cooperating with the board but now it is the hype of the problem. From last 3 days, there has been no water supply in our area.
                    Secondly, if there is supply then there is no fixed time. We should try again and again from 3 am to 11 pm at night. This is pandemic time where we are supposed to wash our hands again and again but how can we do it if we don't have the water.
                    I request the concerned authority to look into the matter. Kindly supply water on the fixed time or in ample amount so that we can live with ease.

When i start the motor in evening every day we can see that it's a sewerage water. Very dirty very smelly water. So plz i have a request to resolve my problem.

                          My concern is over here last few months i have received bill with extra amount which is over as consumable amount now i have received 7100 rs of amount i and my wife both are working and my electric bill is also coming very less according to water bill.

                                Hi sir,

                                I would like to register my grievance of k. No. [protected] & [protected] which belongs to my parents (Late nain singh rawat and smt sama devi).

                                We are receiving inappropriate bills from the last couple of years, i had raised so many complaints through different-different tools but got no satisfactory response.

                                The problem is that the department is generating this bill on the basis of default water consumption from very long time and when i raised this they are telling if you will pay the bill amount it will automatically deduct when they will generate bill with the correct meter reading instead of default water consumption.

                                I also raised the concern, how they will deduct my extra paid bill amount through the upcoming bill cycle. As per djb, they are bound to provide 20k ltr to domestic consumers, and in our area, we have the alternate day water supply means water comes after a gap of the day. So, in this situation how anyone can consume more than 20k which is free from the delhi govt.in addition to this, in my neighborhood, no one is receiving any water bill, they are under 20k. So, how djb is generating water bill continuously for us which has become more than 20000 rupees for both the meter.

                                So, sir please have a look at this issue personally and try to resolve it asap. I am expecting the correction on bills which should reflect the correct consumption details excluding areas.

                                Please have a look and suggest how to proceed further, i will be obliged to you.

                                  As received bill. My bill id, kno ; [[protected]]

                                  Why this charges applied, as freewater supply of 20000 litres, 20 kilolitres to every household.

                                  If you check your record as attached. My bill (Bill id:[protected] for date 30 apr 19 to 06 jul 19, reading mentioned is 194. How this much reading can be generated. It is totally impractical.
                                  As you can see previous reading which are far less than this reading. Due to this wrong reading wrong bill has been generated with consecutive wrong reading and i am unable to avail 100% rebate.
                                  Also no one visit to take reading.

                                  Secondly as all other reading are less than 20. How this 194 reading can be generated and as promised by delhi cm. Bill will be waived off but still i hv got such bill which i can not afford to pay now.

                                  Kindly help me and resolve this issue as soon possible.

                                  Kindly update in your record and generate new bill along without any charges.

                                    Wrong bill sent due to wrong reading.

                                    Dear sir/ madam,

                                    My water bill with reference bill id:[protected] from 30 apr 19 to 6 jun 19.

                                    Reading taken is incorrect i. E 194 very high as compared to previous reading and it is not practical. Wrong reading might have been taken due to manual noting of reading during inspection. And due to this wrong reading total final bill generated is very high based on wrong reading calculation which is quite impractical.br...

Their main pipe of water supply is broken and they know it but they just ignore it. They say “chalta hai, paani hee toh hai” but water is our future, without water there is nothing.                                       I am a resident of f 5/239 rohini sec 16 delhi 110089.
                                      I've been here from the last 5 yrs and always have had water issues. But recently it has become unbearably worst. We get supply only after 2am that too with low pressure. 1hp motor can't fill the tank even in 3 hrs. Some houses are suffering and other neighborhood houses have no issue at all. Please someone come and fix the issue.
