Due to corona virus our house is close form 31 may and bill come 3100 from 6-5-20 to 6-7-20 which is too much for 1 month . We live only two person there no much water is used by us . It is our rent house we are students from other state .and this bill is too much .
Please take strict action

    Sir i am a senior citizen and resident of property no 62, flat no g-1, (South side), masjid moth, behind uday park market, new delhi-110049 and have applied online on delhi jal board website for allottment of water connection vide arn no.[protected] dated 18/06/2020 but after completion of mandatory period of 15 days no confirmation has been received from delhi jal board regarding approval of allottment of water connection nor any intimation for deposit of charges/fee, if any so far. It is requested that the concerned department may be advised to expedite it. Regards

        I had paid the bill amount of Rs. 82 in bill dated 20.03.2020. later I got a bill dated 14 April 20 during the lockdown period for Rs 354.17 which I had deposited on 14 May 20. I had given a complaint for bill provided in Lockdown period when no reading could be taken. Now I hv got a bill from 20.03.20 to 30.07.20 amounting to Rs 1864 where the amount of Rs 354.17 was adjusted. In my earlier complaint I had asked that the meter reader must take the reading in our presence so that he can not manipulate the readings but this time also he entered the house in our absence and took the readings. now the bills of april 20 is missing and readings hv been shown from march 20 to july 30. I need all the bills from January to April 20 and want to know why the amount 354.17 which was deposited on May 14 20 has been adjusted now. Why the readings were not shown after that. The amount of sewerage and other services was also taken by adjusting in April/May Bill. Please send separate bill from April 2020 to July 30 and not from March 20 to July 30 and provide a copy of the bill of April/May for necessary action at my end.

          I had applied for new connection in feb Β²010, and meter fitted in march 2020, and my bill was calculated in april 2020 without taking any meter reading due to covid 19 crises, for rupees 919/- which is wrong calculated as my bill should be 0 as per consumption of water
          And no bill still sent to me or mail or through massage, on checking on line
          I get the bill today and shocked, then i take pictures of meter
          Bill issued by your office, totally wrong
          Hence it is therefore requested kindly look into the matter and bill may be corrected and intimate to me through my mail [protected]@gmail.com to know the matter and also add my mob no [protected] also in my bill account pleasi shall be highly appreciated for your act of kindness please

            Dear Sir/Madam (at Delhi Jal Board, East Delhi)

            This is to inform you that we are repeatedly being sent wrong bills for our K. No. [protected] in the name of Ashoka Trivedi.

            For example in the latest bill dated June 22, the Previous Meter Reading (dated April 14) is shown as 660. This is totally false, as the meter reading even today (July 6th) is only 659.94 (Pls. see photo of attached meter reading with today's date. Still, we had paid previous bills in good faith, thinking that DJB will adjust the money

            But now again, on top of this false previous reading, the latest bill claims a consumption of 63 KL, i.e according to DJB our current meter reading should be at least 660 + 63 = 723 Units.
            But as a matter of fact, even today our meter reading is only 659.94 as noted above.

            You are requested therefore to use the actual meter reading, as we cant keep on paying wrong, over-inflated bills.
            Kindly adjust all wrong previous bills, refund any extra money collected from us, and send us a corrected, updated bill only

              My neighbour is wasting water daily almost 1/2 times in 24 hour from last 2 months.
              Despite of many times inform him about dnt waste water he is wasting almost 500 lit of water everyday and kindly take some action on urgent basis. Attaching pictures in attachments

                I am a retired employee of delhi government and a resident of flat no 21 b, delhi development authority flats, sector 7, pocket 2, dwarka. The flat belongs to late sh kailash nath sil, my brother in law. On 15th march, 2020 i observed one person installing new water meters in our campus. The person took rs 2500/- by cash towards the cost of the water meter and told me to collect the receipt and the water bills from sector 5,, delhi jal board office from one deepak. The plumber took away the dusty old meter. My neighbor collected an unsigned 'warranty card' for the meter with a serial no 191808. On 30th june, i visited the delhi jal board office at sector 5 to collect the water bill. The demand is for rs 33, 859.00. On phone, sh deepak had informed me that they had taken an unreasonable arbitrary consumption of 25 kilolitres per month. This flat remains locked for about six months a year. My last payment was made to dda on 6-5-2016. The bill printed on[protected] does not record the old meter reading. On 1-7-2020, the reading of the new meter installed on[protected] was 00032397. Thus my consumption was 32.397 kilolitres. Kindly issue a revised water bill and direct the sector 5 office to give me the receipt of rs 2500.00 that was taken against the dashmesh meter with maximum retail price of rs 2275. From the bill, i understood that it is a private meter installed by delhi jal board.

                  I am a resident of India staying in 110008. From the past 2 months we are facing the problem of water supply in our area, earlier water supply timings were 4:30 Am to 5:30 am

                  Since past 2 months now the water starts coming at 4:30 am and goes off by 5:00, then again starts at 6 am and comes only for 15 minutes.

                  From the past 1 week now water comes at 4:45 am and goes off by 5:05 am. I request you atleast give us a 1.5 hour water supply daily so that atleast our tanks could get full.

                    My name is Vishvesh Moghia.

                    I am a resident of DDA flats Mansarovar park. SHAHDARA delhi 110032

                    My Delhi Jal Board KNO is [protected]

                    My water consumption is per day 3-4 Buckets of 20litre.

                    But my DJB bill are comming like Rs[protected] or Rs 7000/-

                    I do not know why they are trying to loot us.

                    My meter is placed at a normal location where any meter reading can be done easily.

                    But in Every bill it is mentioned as Meter Locked

                    Why does not the official meter reading person take the readings?

                    I can not pay that much water bill when Delhi Govt is giving 20k litres for free.

                    I am not using even 5k litres per month

                    Please look into my problem.

                      I have received bill of amount 1736. My meter reading as on 35 units as on 01.07.2020. The bill which i have received on 30.06.2020 is for 63 units.

                      As i visited jal board office (Karola mor najafgarh) i was told that your bill will be for zero amount.
                      But since then i am receiving messages to deposit 1736.

                      Kindly note - my connection is new which was installed on 04.3.2020

                          This is to inform you that our neighbour's sewer line is leaking for more than a year now. Its a builder flat and we have informed the owner about the same but no action has been taken from him. Instead he says ' do whatever you can' we also informed the building members but even they are not bothered about it. The sewer is leaking and its containing the surrounding people might get sick of it. Would request you to please take action as soon as possible.

                            My self punita nautiyal, resident of 1020 type 3 sector 3 rk puram new delhi k no-[protected], meter was installed in my house on 14 oct2019, which has reading 121.12, when in the month of nov 19, meter reader came he noted wrong reading which was 296.00, but the actual reading was 125.23 bill has generated by this this wrong reading 296 and intial reading 228 reading, i went to jal board office and lodge my complain showed my meter reading which was 129.03 on 2/12/2019, but matter not solved, i paid the bill of 1628.00on 20 june 20. But again i got the bill of rs 3453.00 my present meter reading is 303.98, so why i am getting bill, as i am consuming less than 20k, why i am getting the bull, pl look in to the matter,

                              Respected sir/madam

                              I am one of the resident of mandawali which comes under the east delhi. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past six months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
                              We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                This is for your kind attention that, I have received a wrong water bill with out meter reading (RDDT showing in Reading/Meter Status). I am a domestic user and having KNO: [protected] (Name: SH KAPIL ARORA) in Pandav Nagar, East New Delhi. I am a tenant here and staying in a 1RK Room and also my uses of water is below as per the Delhi goverment free water supply i.e approx 700lt per Day or 20KL per month(If I am not wrong). but the unit price i got like 37, 62 etc. for example in the month of 20th Dec 2019 to 3rd March 2020, my unit is 62 which is unbelievable. And also in the latest bill the unit is 91 for 109 days without meter reading(RDDT showing in Reading/Meter Status).

                                So, its a kind request to please look into the issues and please provide any resolution for the same.

                                  I want to inform you that in my area i. E. Shiv ram park, sewerage service has not been started despite that in above said bill sewerage charges, service charges accordingly other charges has been added in bill amount and another thing is that the current meter reading date and previous meter reading date is 15/04/2020 and 14/04/2020 only one day bill amount is 3845/-.

                                  I humble request to you please rectify the bill amount and make it genuine.

                                      I live in mandi extension, padam dham colony in narela delhi. There is a shortage of water from the last 30 days but we were cooperating with the board but now it is the hype of the problem. From last 3 days, there has been no water supply in our area.
                                      Secondly, if there is supply then there is no fixed time. We should try again and again from 3 am to 11 pm at night. This is pandemic time where we are supposed to wash our hands again and again but how can we do it if we don't have the water.
                                      I request the concerned authority to look into the matter. Kindly supply water on the fixed time or in ample amount so that we can live with ease.
