D-110018, mobile-[protected],, mai rhta hu mere yha pani ki problem 2 month se hai maine last complaint apke portal pr ki to hmre yha vidhayak ne bola ki pani ki line daal rhi h 10 din mai pani aa jyenga din mai 3 tanker aynge 3 to nhi jo ek adha aata h wo tym or nhi aata hume tanker nhi hmri pipe line mai pani chahiye or jab yha ki line abhi kch saal phle dali h to changes kis chiz ka apk es harrasment se hme hmre family ko bahut prblm uthani pad rhi h even hmri colony mai bhi ap log kya kr rhe h kya nhi hme nhi pta pr 2 month se pani ka prblm ek bada issue h ap ese with in few days mai resolve kre mai twitter pr complaint kr chuka hu delhi jal board mai bhi even es portal pr 2nd time kr rha hu please help.

    Hello there!

    I am a resident of
    Rz – 158 b block arjun park
    Najafgarh, new delhi - 110043

    We are facing water problem since last 2nd june. Even after we visited at local board office. Official conveyed that there is no man power for repairing pipe line.
    Water is a basic and important need of daily life and in now days during corona pandemic summer its importance is more.

    I also complained on 8th june on najafgarh nws but it’s don’t give any response & this is complaint no of that day - 156819

      Respected sir/madam,
      I am a resident of janta flats, nand nagriand would like to draw your attention towards the poor quality of water and its irregular supply. The water comes at any time of the day sometimedms in the morning sometimes in the midnight. When the water comes it is either muddy or has very foul sewer like smell. We, the people of janta flats are really worried and are facing problems to get drinking water in these extreme summers.
      So, i request you to kindly take some immediate steps like providing clean water and fixing water
      Supply hours as early as possible.

        Sir my name is praveen kumar. I have apply for new water connection from delhi jal board on 5 march 2020 and my k. No [protected] but due to lockdown in country connection bill not generated till 20 may then on 23 may bill of rs 4973 generated.
        I have submit bill on 31 may and have msg from delhi jal board that connection should be done in 15 days but till now no connection should be done, also i have submit a complaint in delhi jal board but no action should be taken. I have very much problem without water.
        Please kindly look into this matter.

          We have received an inflated bill message from DJB of Rs. 16083, when our average consumption is only 50-55 units every 2 months in summers. There is not so much water supply either. We cannot use 266 units in just two months at 4.15 units per day, when water supply is only for 45 minutes in the morning and in the evening. you are requested to please rectify the bill. We have never got a bill for more than Rs. 1500 for 2 months cycle.

          Thiis the bill of Rs. 16083 downloaded from the DJB website. KIndly rectify the same, as it is faulty. I have never received a bill for more then Rs. 1500. Kindly do the needfull and oblige.

          Sir, We have received another inflated bill of Rs. 16002 for K.No. [protected]. Please understand that the meter has gone faulty, that is why it is showing this reading.

          Sir, how can a family of just four people (two adults and two children), use so much of water
          in the mentioned period ? Please understand. The billing belongs to the lockdown period, so
          no guests have not come either. There is not so much of water supply either; only in the morning
          and evening.

          Sir, further kindly

          1) Kindly get our meter changed urgently, as it has gone faulty.
          2) Kindly give us a bill according to our previous average billing before the lockdown period.

          This is with reference to our previous emails.

          After observing the water meter for over 1 week, we have observed that the meter starts 15-20 minutes early before actual water supply starts, and keeps on moving for 15-20 minutes after the water supply stops. It is
          also moving fast. Last reading recorded was 2797, and it has already moved to 2826 today evening 7:55p.m., that is 29 units in just 1 week or so, otherwise we will get another steep bill.

          So, kindly get the meter checked urgently, since the water meter is faulty.

            Dear sir/ma'am

            I, gurmeet singh, residing at geeta colony, block 6 (Gf) back side, delhi - 110031 is again facing a problem pertaining to dirty water is received from corporations on daily basis, when we switch on motor in morning and evening, it usually come dirty on whole day basis, with full of smell and sometimes in yellowish colour.

            We are facing this problem for the last three weeks.

            I have registered my complaint on dated 15th june, 2020 to sort out these issues against, inspite o[censored]nlimited number of calls at 1916 (The customer care) but no action has been taken yet. I got a landline number from customer care for our area djb control room number which is [protected] but no response is getting even most of times phone is not receiving from there

            Sir, with due respect i urge before you to kindly take immediate steps to solve this issue as soon as possible.

              Till last month, we were getting rs "0" as my bill amount as per my consumption. Now all of a sudden, we received a bill of rs 1210/-

              Can you please explain the reason? We have to pay bill on 2nd july 2020, so i request you to kindly look into the matter urgently.

                    There is heavily contaminated water supplied by delhi jal board in karala village, delhi-110081 .
                    The water is so dirty that it is of black in color.

                        I am posting again my complaint. Last was posted on 29th may 2020. Since then no action has been taken at you end,
                        I am residence of vijay enclave and we are facing serious water shortage due to non supply of water in pipelines and no water tankers availability.
                        Submitted water complaint on this site, on 1916, reached on [protected] (Helpline no. Provided on site) he has given no.[protected] to be contact with, but no one attending call. Again called on mobile no. But that he has denied to listen my complaint and hang up phone call.
                        Today i reached to another je but he is also not answering call.

                        Such a major failure of delhi jal boards's every helpline no. As no one is seriously taking your situation.

                        "negative ratings" to these helplines.

                            I am resident of rz54/1, madhymarg, tuglakabad ext., delhi-19. Earlier we received supply of water for one hour 3.00am to 4.00am on the gap of two days, but now it is restricted to only 30 minutes (3.00am to 3.30am) and gap of two days remained. Force of supply of water is also not adequate, we are not able to fill 500 liter tank in these 30 minutes time.
                            Water is basic need for all o[censored]s, please provide adequate supply of water on daily basis.

                              We facing problem for no water supply from last one month, we have resized so many complaint on customer care and also requested to our area je mr. Shyamlal but still facing with the same problem. Generally we are getting water supply for only one hour in 3 days after that if we facing no supply problem. The sending tanker are not the salutations we request to please improve the systems and resolve this matter as soon as possible

                                Sir I am resident of 17/11 Ashok Nagar, West Delhi. We have no water supply for 2 days. We didn't face any water related problems in last two years but after the rescheduling of water supply we hardly get any timely supply of water. Kindly look into the matter urgently and open our water supply.

                                  Problem there are many illegal water connection in the area, and water keeps flowing for no reason at all creating water logging scenarios on the roads closer on the supply line.
                                  Because these people dont even use taps on the supply line.

                                  Desirable resolution: it should be monitored and corrected so that no water is wasted.

                                    I would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill of wrong water consumption and also our meter is not working. I have changed my meter 3 times and every time a very big amount of water bill came to me. I live in palam and all my neighbors get a very less bill amount and many times get 0 amount as bill. I live in a flat and our water consumption is very low as only 2 members live here. My details are as follow. This is to bring to your kind notice that bill that has been sent to us for Bill Amount -11059 . I had gone to Delhi jal board office my previous, however, we received always the bill of wrong water consumption after that we deposited all excessive bill regret, I had made many complaint against the bill of wrong water consumption for the same. But no one has shown interest to take even. My complaint number 5355 dated 29 Dec 2018, meter reading 0027871.
                                    Therefore, it is clear enough the meter reading is absolutely and need to be rectified immediately. Thanking you

                                      I am a resident of a-2 block janakpuri, delhi.
                                      There are certain godowns in front of my house in asalatpur and daily from 5 a. M. Water starts to flow off from one of their tanks and it continues to waste for about 2 to 2.5 hours daily.
                                      It is sheer wastage of water in such an enormous quantity.
                                      Please take action as soon as possible because when i contacted your customer care service they gave me the phone no. Of sh vinay kumar who is the appointed je for our area. That person never answers to calls and texts. So already a lot of time has been wasted kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
