    Delhi jal board service I want to tell you that the message that come to us on 8 jan 2020 was that we do not have to make any payment we do not have to pay any bill. In delhi jal board which is our register number [protected] again on 24th april 2020, a message came again that we have to pay so much bill, on what basis is this bill billed?579

        Really don't know why so much heavy bill is being charged against k. No. [protected], whereas only two members are living. I am really very disappointed with such unnecessarily bill from delhi jal board, however, upto 20 kl water is free on monthly based, being such type of subsidy this doesn't make sense the heavy bill is charged.

        It is very request to you that generate a new bill against the k no. [protected] and my matter may kindly be resolve at kindness action please.

          My parents father mr lackshman dass kaisth aged 76 years and mother aged 65 years stay at rz 32 raghu nagar, pankha road, kapoor lane, gali number 2, new delhi 110045. My father is a heart patient and has ten medicines everyday. There is acute shortage of water problem.
          Since past seven days there is no supply of water and not even one drop of water to drink. There is hotel behind our house, a swimming pool in the area which takes away water. My father has not slept for past seven nights and day waiting for water to come.
          In this period of covid 19 it is even more infact next to impossible to get water from anywhere else. Last year also i had sent multiple complaints regarding this issue of water problem. Kindly ensure that water is supplied immediately to end the agony. Despite repeated humble requests there has been no response. I pay the water bill regularly and expect supply regularly. Have not posted on twitter as of now, if it still remains unheard will be forced to post on twitter as we are fed up of waiting for water.
          I do not have anything else to say except request to release water in rz 32 raghunagar pankha road kapoor lane new delhi 110045.

            Hello sir,
            I am mishrilal kushwaha living gali no-29 in new ashok nagar delhi 110096, we are facing inadequate water supply from almost last one month (March 2020) in this area. I have complained already regarding these issues, but they have not solved water supply issues. Even i also contact to are "je" they have also not any solution because they are not aware of the exact reason. When i contact the upper-level officer in this area, they directly answer we can't do any things. You area water supply problem issues only solve by you je, we have not any solution. I am very disappointed because of all this. It has never happened before.

            I request to our chief minister mr. Arvind kejriwal and also to delhi jal board department to kindly provide adequate water supply in new ashok nagar area as before. We will also recommend all djb staff you all should meet your responsibilities.

              delhi jal board wrong status shown in bill

              Hi delhi jal board,

              Area code: a-4/ashok vihar
              Old wcn: 1252

              Today i received the message that i need to make a payment of rs 718 for my water bill. I downloaded the bill and found that incorrect meter status is updated in the bill.

              The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as ns (No status) wherein mine meter...

              I have got the new meter installed on 12.03.2020 and you have kindly waived off the arrears as per policy. Now i have received bill from the date of my installation of new meter to 13.04.2020 and the meter status has been shown as "stopped". The bill has been raised on the basis of 25 kl per month and the said bill is for 32 days and consumption shown as 27 kl and whereas new meter is ok and in working condition. It seems that the bill has been raised without noting the reading and is based on previous status of "stopped".in your system the "stopped" status has not been removed. Kindly look into this and withdraw the above bill.

              Today I have received bill wherein again meter status has been shown as STOPPED. It appears that reading has been taken without visiting the premises and is based on old status of stopped meter. Kindly take actual reading and withdraw the bill as nowadays my consumption is zero due to locked premises since March 25, 2020.

                  Water is coming black in colour with very foul smell having yellow fecal particles in it, not suitable for even washing hands. We are not able bath, continue our daily routine and forced to buy drinking water from market.

                  I called all the Helpline numbers of Delhi Jal Board but nobody responded. Its been 5 days we cant even cook meal and we are at high risk of get infected with disease like typhoid. I am attaching one image of water supplied. Please help.

                  Its been 10 days. Problem not resolved yet. I am attaching an image of water that came today. Its literally sewage water. We are suffering physical, mental and financial trauma with our health at risk of typhoid and diarrhea. Please help to resolve issue.

                      Dear sir - KNO ;-[protected] :pho : [protected] . y request you to kindly check and help to waived my billing amount . i has been raised the request thru letter fir dal jal board office . to increase my bill monthly cycle . its a mistake you employee person he is changing my new meter and same haven't updated in your record . for same time. i have personally visited to janak puri dal jal board branch for increasing my bill amount .then your staff was checking and saying its a fault of my executive he was not updated your new meter records thats why your bill has been increase . STAFF was asking sir please raise the request thru application. then i was asking okay i have raise the written request and same has been submitted to your branch . staff was saying sir we are checking the same and waived off the whole amount of you and also adjust your amount in futhure bill . still now my bill was not waived and is not resolve the complaint yet .. bill has high pental and extend for month basis .. please check and resolve the queries and waivedd my amount .

                              To. Chief engineer delhi jal board burari sant nagar burari north delhi. Dear sir/m.. Sub-dirty water supply in sant nagar b-block gali no.110/101,. — . Requested sir we all are very trouble for water because supply in our area after one day no regular. Afterthat gutter smelled, black water supply. Why? It for supply of diseases? I registered many complaints but not solved problem. Pl. Do needful immediately. Otherwise we will give dharna at yr office? Drinking water purchased by us from 2-3years, you are showing giving free water? This supply water for only washing but now dirty. This supply for spread corona virus? Do needful. Thank you. H. S.                                 It is very sadly to bring to the notice of the competent authorities that since last 2 nights, no water supply had been received at raghu nagar of west delhi even in the present scenario where the hon’bke prime minister has urged to maintain absolute hygeine to avoid undue risks in the current situation. Looking at the grim situation faced by the residents of raghu nagar of west delhi and nation at large, it is kindly requested that the concerned officers/officials be advised to not stop the water supply for no reason.
                                2. It is further to say that some residents in our locality have shown disappointment to the extend that they have submitted that they will soon approach pmo through e-mails and other social mediums if the situation doesn’t change.
                                3. Kindly do the needful in this case and ensure regular supply of water in future please for which we would be thankful.

                                  The below letter is sent to ceo delhi jal board but from last 8 days no action has been taken by the department for water supply which is mixed with sewer line, residents of beriwala bagh are forced to purchase water from local market.

                                  Delhi jal board is not taking action against contaminated water which
                                  Is mixed with sewer line, the first complaint is given to the
                                  Department on dated 30th march but all in vein.

                                      There has been water overflowing from Overhead tank in DDA Market of Patparganj area in front of St Andrews Scots Sr Secondary School and Vidisha Apartments. The association has been requested a number of times to look into the matter of water wastage with no results. Please look into the matter.
