Respected sir,

I am the resident of 676/1-2, devli village, new delhi (Devli assembly). The sewerage line at the front of my and nearby houses, is blocked very badly and the sewage water is flowing outside on the road and in the houses also.
Due to bad smell & waterlogging it is very difficult to live in the house and could not walk on the roads. Therefore, requested that the concerned staff may kindly be deputed to connect the sewerage and remove the water logging asap.
It’s really smelling bad and it has become hard for us to cross it, all neighbours and nearby people suffering from diseases. Whole sewerage water enter in rooms and foul smell is everywhere.
Please do the needful asap. We are facing it from last 6 months.

Do something or let me know the way who would listen my complain as no one is listening

    I have received a bill for rupees 2224/- towards water consumption payable by 16.03.2020.in this connection i would like to bring to your kind notice that i have been receiving excess bill for the last one year which is very unreasnable and for the one year there are only two faimily members, who are using ground water (Summer seawer) only. I have paid the last bill of 1716/- on january 2020. I enclose herewith copies of such bills and request you to kindly have the billing verified based on previos bill.
    I therefore, request that this excess billing may please be reworked and billing raised on eavrage consumption of water based on previos consumption for a period of one year. You are also requested to change/replace water meter, if meter is not working properly.

      I am the resident of a h. No. L2a/84, mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi-59
      Many time of my gali sewer is overflow & blocked, i lodge complaints many times during 3 month but no action taken by them. All around it round the clock and creating very unhealthy enviroment and as you are well aware that now a days so many disease are spreading and swine flu on top endangering life and health of all people living in the vicinity awaiting prompt action, it really gives a very bad smell & its very harmful for small kids as these causes very harmful disease.

      Would request you to please take strict action against it.

          Receiving contaminated (Sewer like water) in our locality that is sector 11 pocket 3 dwarka since 8th march 2020. It smells like sewage and tastes worse.
          We are forced to buy bisleri cans from shops which is uneconomical and unreasonable.
          On holi, when all shops were closed we couldnt find drinking water anywhere.

          As it has been overa week, kindly resolve the matter asap as me and my family are at risk of serious health issues.

            With all due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill against water consumption raised to me. My details are as follow.
            This is to bring to your kind notice that k no. [protected] dated 05/03/2020 for bill amount 17152/- has been raised to us. I am unnecessarily over charged for the water consumption. From the govt guide lines 20kl of water is free of cost. And we are 3 members in the family and we don’t use that much of water. You can send your official to check the meter readings also to confirm that we haven’t used that much of water that we are charged off.

            If any arrears please explain me in detailed, because i have already paid 7ooo rs in the month of january 2020.

            So kindly request to you resolve my issue and i hope the bill charged would be cancelled.

              With all due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill against water consumption raised to me. My details are as follow. Residence wz-609, raj nagar-1, palam colony, new delhi-110077, zone / mr code: sw1/326/metered area code: a-21/ kakrola more old wcn: 14509 new kno. [protected]. This is to bring to your kind notice that bill no.[protected] dated 18/02/2020 for bill amount 6931/- with meter reading 618/ ok has been raised to us. I am unnecessarily charged for the water consumption. I have my owned water meter against my residence.. From the govt guide lines 20kl of water is free of cost. And we are 5 members in the family and we don’t use that much of water. You can send your official to check the meter readings also to confirm that we haven’t used that much of water that we are charged off.
              However, we have always received excess bill against our water consumption there after we deposited all excessive bill till december 2019. Therefore, it is clear enough the meter reading is absolutely wrong and need to be rectified immediately.
              So kindly request to you resolve my issue and i hope the bill charged would be cancelled.

              I had complaint on 13th March 2020 but still not getting any positive response from department. my bill amount increased month by month but no one help us.

                Dear team,

                This is in reference to my complaint no[protected] with djb. I am a resident of rajbeer colony, kondli mayur vihar phase 3 delhi 110096 from past 1 month we are experienced very bad quality of water which is dark and smelly. The complaint has been lodged around 20 days ago and still no action has been taken from them. I have called them many times but i got the same answer that "your complaint will be resolved in 24hrs" but nothing happened so far, and now there are heights of irresponsibility and neglegence. So i have taken this step to lodged a complaint as we are suffering a lot. I want resolution of this problem as soon as possible. Kindly look into the matter.

                    This complaint is regarding Delhi Jal board Chattarpur where complete road from Nanda Hospital to Suman chowk is clay carved and blocked for sewer work, but the work was in progressed till election and after that no work has been resumed and due to rain water logging started which might cause severe diseases, also people make accidents. Please do some necessary action ASAP.

                    There is still no progress and I think government is waiting for any tragedy news from here.
                    I know lockdown is going on but please look after this issue. We are waiting for a long time for this road to open, after rain this issue arises again.

                      Since 1st march 2020, muddy and smelly water similar to gutter water is coming in our taps.

                      By drinking this bad water i got sick and started vomiting and lose motions on 2nd march 2020. I suffered with this stomach cramps past over one week and were compelled to purchase and drink expensive mineral water from market since than.

                      You are requested to kindly look into this bad water problem to sort it out to avoid spread water borne diseases among residents of maujpur, east delhi locality.

                        I am resident of house no. 122/ pocket 4, second floor, sector 21, rohini, new delhi.

                        People residing on our first floor wastes lot of water. Over a past few months it has become regular. Their tank is also leaking regularly which is totally damaging our terrace area and house as well. After several warnings they are not ready to fix it. And, infact denies for the same. She keeps switch on the water motor 24*7 leading to excessive wastage of water. Even our neighbours tell us that your terrace gets full of water time to time. I request you to take immediate action.

                          This is to inform you that i am a resident of pocket-22 sector-24 rohini and the my concern over here is that the water quality form past few days is really very bad. It smells very pathetic and we cant even drink that water after filtration.

                          Kindly note that the supply is also got reduced. We are getting water supply on alternate day basis and for just few hours which is quite tough for the livelihood.

                          I request the delhi jal board to please look into this matter as soon as possible as this highly bad supply of water can cause many infections and diseases and the precautions to that should be the highest priority of everyone.

                            There is regular & continous droppage of water intentionally & delibrately from the second floor flat no r 27e of r block lane 5, dilshad garden, delhi 95. Because of which we residents of 1st floor flat no r 27 c are suffering since oct 2019 as we live just below. There is a huge seapage in our flat and we also fear danger of electric current shocks and fatique/ failure of roof reinforcements may lead to roof collapse. And the most important thing is that lot of water is being wasted specially when there is lot of hue and cry regarding wastage of scarce precious water. So many questions are being asked to the cm of delhi regarding the same and here are the persons without caring to save water, intentionally wasting the scrace available resources of potable water besides causing harrassment and mental torture to us unnecessarily. Isn't it tantamount to abusing the national cause of "save water save future of india"?
                            As concrete evidence of the wrong attitude of the residents of r 27 e, r block, dilshad garden we are uploading pictures/ videos/ cc tv footages taken from our floor for reference. We hope stern action will be taken against the residents of flat no r 27 e and defaulters are booked/ penalised heavily by the delhi jal board/ delhi government.

                            Now we are finally forced to write on this aap ke sunwai and really hope that we will be heard of and some serious action will be taken by the department immediately.

                              I am unnecessarily charged for the water. I have my water metre set ul in my house. From the govt guildlines 200000 litres of water is free of cost. And i have a family of 4 members and we dont use that much of water. Sp i knidly request to resolve my issue and ask for a fast resolve and i hope the bill charged would be cancelled. You can send your official to check the metre readings also to confirm that we haven’t used that of water that we are charged of. Hoping for a quick response

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                This has reference to my delhi jal board meter installed at my residence of 45 sq yards for a nuclear family of three members. A couple of days i met the concerned peoples of djb, janakpuri in connection with non-receipt of the water bill for the past one year and moreover water meter has not turned up for taking the reading, not in my house, but in the entire lane. I checked on my system about the bill, on 27 th january and was learned that a heavy demand against my meter has been raised by your department and i am being charged so heavily and excessively for rs.3998.00 for no fault of mine. On my request you have deputed meter reader, prem kumar of janakpuri djb office, to take down the reading. I am with heavy heart, saddened and annoyed to bring to your notice, the prem kumar who visited told me that my water meter is not in the working mode and i will make a bill of rs.400.00 please make the application regarding default water meter and hand over to me and get the water meter replaced., submit the copy of bill and test report of new water meter to be purchased or give me rs.2000.00 so that i will get your meter changed and passed so that you may avail rebate under the govt of india delhi jal board scheme. I trusted the water meter and gave a written application to him stating that my water meter is default. I may inform you that after he left i clicked the reading of my meter and was surprised and shocked to find that he had come to my place with mala fide intention to cheat me, my water meter is absolutely and perfectly in working condition the only problem was that we have not received a bill for the last one year and no water meter reader has visited us for the past one year for taking down reading. I met mrs. Jain officer concerned in janakpuri delhi jal board office and submitted my written complaint against the excessive and wrong water bill and erring employee and took a copy of my complaint duly received by the clerk of the djb despatch department. The concerned officer also informed me to get the water meter replaced immediately and submit the water meter purchased bill and test certificate. I got the meter replaced and handed over the documents to the officer concerned. Mrs. Jain informed me that you will get the latest water bill with rebate less than the above bill within a few days. Today i checked my delhi jal board water bill on my system dated 28/02/2020 and found that in the current meter status default meter has been mentioned and a bill amounting to rs.4084 has been made without any rebate. Therefore you are requested to kindly look into the matter. An action against the erring employee and the concerned officer for getting my water meter replaced which was already working. It is once again requested that the rectified new water bill with the rebate is to be sent to me. Please do the needful at the earliest. I may also inform you that i am a senior citizen and having no source of income.

                                  Sir, on[protected], i submitted a complaint dated[protected] in your consumer forum as under but no response has been received from east delhi municipal corporation. Kindly send a reminder to them and kindly refund the amount of rs.904/- immediately. Kindly also give the email address and phone number of of the east delhi municipal corporation property tax. The letter dated[protected] is reproduced as under:-

                                  Sir, my son shri mohan joshi made payment of rs.904.42 (For property tax of rs.894/-) for the year 2019-20) property tax on[protected] by his state bank credit card no.[protected] but he did not get any message from the property tax website in his mobile phone in this regard.
                                  The details of the transaction on 1-6-2019 is as follows :-
                                  Merchant reference number : 268623
                                  Transaction number : 38018626
                                  Transaction id : 1248278
                                  Transaction amount : 804.00
                                  Transaction error : pending

                                  So, he again made payment of rs.904.42 on[protected]For property tax of rs.894/- for the year 2019-20. This time he got a message of payment made in his mobile phone. He has thus made double payment of rs.904.42 for property tax for the property tax of rs.894/- for the year 2019-20. It is, therefore, requested to please refund the amount of rs.894/- to my son mohan joshi’s s. B. Account no.[protected] of state bank of india, b block, dilshad garden, delhi-110095 branch who had made payment two times on my behalf.

                                  Dear mr mohan joshi,
                                  This is with reference to the transaction at above mentioned on your sbi card credit card number [protected].
                                  We are unable to provide credit for the said transaction since the transaction is beyond the stipulated time frame. We, therefore request you to approach the merchant directly to claim this credit and clear the outstanding amount due towards your sbi card account. We are closing the above mentioned dispute at our end.

                                  The website of municipal corporation of east delhi shows the status of the grievance as "pending". So many months' time has elapsed. So, it it requested to kindly take up this matter with the municipal corporation of east delhi at the earliest and please take frequent follow ups till this grievance petition is resolved.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am a resident of vishwas park, uttam nagar delhi - 59. We applied for water connection with djb on 03.05.2019 with all the required documents but even after almost 10 months we are struggling with regular visits to zo to get the status which shows the same as "sent to zro for field inspection and file sanction".
                                    Even grievance was also filed on 09.01.2020 and was updated by a reputed officer that our file is sent to ho and matter will be resolved in 15 days and complaint was closed. But after 2 months status is still the same as earlier.
                                    Please help us resolving our issue as early as possible because life without water connection is very difficult.
