Dear sir/madam,

My self ravinder kaur, resident of house 107/77 east azad nagar, 4 floor, near mcd primary school delhi-110051. K. No-[protected]. Our water meter has been stolen by thieves in our parking downstairs while we were upstairs kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.
This complaint is for krishna nagar police station, new delhi.

Sewer blocks in BE 377 GALI NO 8 HARI NAGAR NEW DELHI since last 3 days now sewer water back in the house this is a serious health issues as corona viruses people stay in home please send some one to clean it it's very urgent please save our lives 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Dear sir/mam,

This is regarding my bill amount i paid my last bill on 30 nov 2018 and amount was 23 rupees next bill was generated 11, 773 on 6th march 2019 which is totally wrong in my family only 4 people. Kindly cross check reading nd meter can't afford this bill now my bill is approx 21k.
If for 4 month bill was 23 rupees suddenly it's not possible that bill can be directly 11, 773

Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality house no. S-2/189, 2nd floor, old mahavir nagar, new-delhi-110018. This messy water is so dirty that it smells really bad. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

Now i am furnishing here of messy water images with time and location for take a necessary action.

Keeping above my views, i request to you that kindly solve my above said problem as soon as possible.

Greetings of the day!!
We are residing in f - block, sham nagar, tilak nagar, new delhi-110018. From past 6 months, water supply in our colony is highly dirty & smelly which is not even suitable for washing & cleaning purposes. No one can even think of drinking it. It smells sewer. We are buying water cane bottles on daily basis for homely use which is very expensive for us. Please help us in this matter and do the needful immediately as it become a serious issue for us. Hope you better understand our situation... And as you know that water is must for living.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that reading person in our area did not take proper reading or not visit to area and he send the reading on assumption on that manner so that bill comes to zero instead of sending correct reading resulting when he visit after a long period like 6 months or 1 year and take correct reading. It becomes very much higher reading and bill become higher.in my case my k no. No.[protected], on 5.12.2018 my reading was 70 and in 13.05.2019 was 145. Now djb has send me a bill of 3926 of reading 310 on 19.02.2020 while my today reading on 19.03.2020 is 327. It is submitted that my today reading i. E. 327 should be counted from 05.12.2018 that was 70 and make a proper bill which will come to zero. And take a strict action against reading person in our area.

Or bhot ganda bhi jisse bimaari ho rhi hai logo ko aapse request hai plzzz ise thik kraade jald se jald ... Already our city is effected from corona virus ... Please do asap ...

Respected sir,

I am the resident of 676/1-2, devli village, new delhi (Devli assembly). The sewerage line at the front of my and nearby houses, is blocked very badly and the sewage water is flowing outside on the road and in the houses also.
Due to bad smell & waterlogging it is very difficult to live in the house and could not walk on the roads. Therefore, requested that the concerned staff may kindly be deputed to connect the sewerage and remove the water logging asap.
It’s really smelling bad and it has become hard for us to cross it, all neighbours and nearby people suffering from diseases. Whole sewerage water enter in rooms and foul smell is everywhere.
Please do the needful asap. We are facing it from last 6 months.

Do something or let me know the way who would listen my complain as no one is listening

I have received a bill for rupees 2224/- towards water consumption payable by 16.03.2020.in this connection i would like to bring to your kind notice that i have been receiving excess bill for the last one year which is very unreasnable and for the one year there are only two faimily members, who are using ground water (Summer seawer) only. I have paid the last bill of 1716/- on january 2020. I enclose herewith copies of such bills and request you to kindly have the billing verified based on previos bill.
I therefore, request that this excess billing may please be reworked and billing raised on eavrage consumption of water based on previos consumption for a period of one year. You are also requested to change/replace water meter, if meter is not working properly.

Dear sir,
I am the resident of a h. No. L2a/84, mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi-59
Many time of my gali sewer is overflow & blocked, i lodge complaints many times during 3 month but no action taken by them. All around it round the clock and creating very unhealthy enviroment and as you are well aware that now a days so many disease are spreading and swine flu on top endangering life and health of all people living in the vicinity awaiting prompt action, it really gives a very bad smell & its very harmful for small kids as these causes very harmful disease.

Would request you to please take strict action against it.

My house is constructed of basement ground and first floor and for that iam using just one water connection which i took after paying heavy amount to delhi jal board and continuously paying monthly bill above rs 2000 as a good citizen of delhi.
Now just next to my plot a building having 12 flats constructed in illegal way in hurry as from...

Receiving contaminated (Sewer like water) in our locality that is sector 11 pocket 3 dwarka since 8th march 2020. It smells like sewage and tastes worse.
We are forced to buy bisleri cans from shops which is uneconomical and unreasonable.
On holi, when all shops were closed we couldnt find drinking water anywhere.

As it has been overa week, kindly resolve the matter asap as me and my family are at risk of serious health issues.

With all due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill against water consumption raised to me. My details are as follow.
This is to bring to your kind notice that k no. [protected] dated 05/03/2020 for bill amount 17152/- has been raised to us. I am unnecessarily over charged for the water consumption. From the govt guide lines 20kl of water is free of cost. And we are 3 members in the family and we don’t use that much of water. You can send your official to check the meter readings also to confirm that we haven’t used that much of water that we are charged off.

If any arrears please explain me in detailed, because i have already paid 7ooo rs in the month of january 2020.

So kindly request to you resolve my issue and i hope the bill charged would be cancelled.

This is to bring to your kind notice that bill no.[protected] dated 18/02/2020 for bill amount 6931/- with meter reading 618/ ok has been raised to us. I am unnecessarily charged for the water consumption. I have my owned water meter against my residence.. From the govt guide lines 20kl of water is free of cost. And we are 5 members in the family and we don’t use that much of water. You can send your official to check the meter readings also to confirm that we haven’t used that much of water that we are charged off.
However, we have always received excess bill against our water consumption there after we deposited all excessive bill till december 2019. Therefore, it is clear enough the meter reading is absolutely wrong and need to be rectified immediately.
So kindly request to you resolve my issue and i hope the bill charged would be cancelled.

This is in reference to my complaint no[protected] with djb. I am a resident of rajbeer colony, kondli mayur vihar phase 3 delhi 110096 from past 1 month we are experienced very bad quality of water which is dark and smelly. The complaint has been lodged around 20 days ago and still no action has been taken from them. I have called them many times but i got the same answer that "your complaint will be resolved in 24hrs" but nothing happened so far, and now there are heights of irresponsibility and neglegence. So i have taken this step to lodged a complaint as we are suffering a lot. I want resolution of this problem as soon as possible. Kindly look into the matter.
