Good morning. I am vijay kumar. I am living in shiv vihar, karala, delhi-110081, north west. My complaint about bad and worst smell of water supply in the area where no one act on this work. Do complaints many times and result is zero. The govt. Jobs employee didn't care about for people and not doing right act. I might complaints many times but they said that labour is not available and talking rudely as they want to fight. People faces many serious diseases by bad water supply. I request you that please take some strict action about whole the matter and give condolences to all this locality citizen's.

No.[protected] for the period from 20.8.19-17.10.19 for rs.3778/- in this regard i would like to inform you that for more than 10 years the said building remain closed. So, just let me know how this amount come?

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

महोदय इस प्रकार है की हमारे घर के पास रोड के नीचे से पानी निकल रहा है जिस से आस पास के घरो को नुकसान हो रहा है .सो महोदय इस प्रकार है की हमारे घर के पास मैन लाइन आ रही है जो हमारे घर के पास खत्म हो रही है. महोदय यहा से पहले भी एक पानी निकला था और कमपलेनट करने पर सही कर के गये थे. सो महोदय मुझे आज भी पूरण विसवाश की है कि आज भी ठीक हो जाएगा.

Water supply in area Dashrath Puri New Delhi-110045 is very contaminated with very bad smell and dirty since last one Week which is unbearable to use.
The smell is so bad that it cant be used for cooking purpose.
Water is coming like as if it is untreated water smelling very bad with dirt particles.

Hi, i'm a resident of indra vihar. There are houses near me that waste water as if they own a personalised water fall. I request you to approach the residents of house no. 26 and 27 so that they may understand what are the consequences of wasting water, especially in this time of water shortage. I suggest, you kindly withdraw water supply for them to learn a lesson and know how people in areas without water survive, thanks to these uneducated people who consume all of it. Today, for instance, their water has been running for 2.5 hours and they have not switched off their tank, so you can very well imagine how much water has been wasted in just one day. And this is a regular with them.

In our Society i. s. B-3, Triveni Apartments SEWER is overflowing, daily we have to flush out the sewer water from our society. Please resolve this problem permanently
Problem is that outside sewer is overflowing and the sewer is again being Chowk near Dallupura entrance

Landmark is Dharamshila Hospital

Hello
I stay on rent in d 35 a 2nd floor vijay nagar single story
So far nobody has come to take the readings of meter from april i guess and in april he came after 3 years
In april we inquired about the bill and it was around 45000, now i came to know about that delhi government will waive off part of bill amount so for the same i inquired and i was told that bill amount is 70747
Now no-one has come to take reading of the meter, nor any bill had given me meanwhile, but they have arbitrararily increased the amount like anything.
Please look into the meter and provide me detail what amount i am supposed to pay after the deduction.

1. The water supply is inconsistent, since last 1 week.
2. The water is stinking so badly that it is not suitable for drinking at all.

Water supply in yamuna vihar c-7 block is too dirty to drink and even unbearable to smell.
I have submitted a complaint earlier about 3 days ago but no action has been taken yet.
We are suffering this problem since last 2 months we are not able to even cook food from this water it is too dirty to be used in household purposes.

Kindly solve this issue we are even having problem from availability of drinking water.

They are using water as car washing workshop any they waste huge quantity of water
As i know that u are controlling the misuse of water also cunducting the campain to stop these illegal drilling

Can you please generate bill for the below K NO [protected] with the rebate scheme.

1916 is useless help line : when you press 2 for bill they cancel the call

when you press 1 for complaints they say we can't register the complaint you need to call 2

Why have you created a useless helpline

In my neighbourhood there is a family who is wasting too much water daily. It has been more than a week now i m literally maintaining the record of their timings, they start the motor to pump the water in upper tank and forget to switch off... The water over flows then for 20-30 minutes after that and this process runs after every 2-3 hours in a day!!!... At times they don’t switch it off in night!!! Please take strict action against them... Here in our country some people are facing water crisis and they dont even care about this...
I really hope that you will take some strict action against them!!!

दिल्ली के जहांगीर पूरी में C ब्लॉक में (C ६४१ से ७१५ वाली गली) पिछले १० दिनों से गंदा पानी की सप्लाई हो रही DJB प्रशासन में कंप्लेंट करने पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होती। १९१६ नंबर में कंप्लेंट लिख लेते है और आश्वाशन दे देते है। 17 अक्टूबर को कंप्लेंट किया था और उन्होंने कहा था कि कंप्लेंट रेफरेंस sms पर भेज देंगे लेकिन आज तक नहीं आया और ना ही आज तक कारवाही नहीं हुई। ये कंप्लेंट कब तक कार्यवाही होगी बताए। धन्यवाद

We had sewer line changed in our lane in model town z block - z-1/6 and the contractor has left a heap of waste on my wall. It's been a month and there is no resolve to the situation. We have had word with the djb local office numerous times however the waste is still there and accumulating more. It is creating pollution as the dirt keeps flying around and is with just sitting there unecesaarily.

Summer sever continue on and lacs of litters water overflow and waste water from 2-3 months. Some labour living there and we told him/ her several times by no body listen. Kindly look into the matter on on priority basis without any delay. Because this is our liability to take step to save water.

That is a sarkari bor from which everyone gets water supply but that man takes that sarkari bor as a personal property. He takes monthly fee by pressurizing everyone and give water supply once in 2 months.

It is to bring to your notice that there is a frequent breakdown/ joint leakage in 18 inch feeder line emanating from anand parbat/than singh nagar water booster effecting water supply to nearby residents. Water being most essential commodity & it is eluding the residents quite frequently & hence be the top priority of any government. Hence we request humbly to get this problem.
The concerned department engineers [mr. Mondal & others] do not feel this as top priority & hence we are left with no other option to make this as formal complaint.

It is requested to get this done at the earliest possible time frame.

I rarely used delhi jal board water. nd for this bill bill has been generated and its shows MLOC. even no one came for meter reading.
bill has been generated for Rs. 1110
