Hi i am resident of h. No m304 guru harkrishan nagar, paschim vihar new delhi 110087 facing an issues of fast meter reading compare to actual consumption due to which i am getting an excessive bills. I went to near by office for complaining the same however they said to clear the due bill till date first and than they will come to resolve the same. I have already clear the due amount in fact excessive amount paid versus actual bill which they said will be adjusted in future bills. So just wanted to know till than should i continue with the fast reading machine or there will be any action on priority?

Sir-i am-65-senior citizen - r/o 66-e - pocket-4 mayur vihar-phase-1 delhi-11091- we are not getting printed bills only payment messages are coming with reading & units. Meter reader mr. Tomar who is supposed to note down meter reading did not come & take the reading, therefore, we are getting bills rs.5000 & 4000 for 2-months. Last bill was received rs. 4000 & paid by me. While checking the meter reading i found major mistake in meter reading as per bill{ 852-946 (July 05 to sep. 27} for 94 units. I used to take the reading according to me { 867-938-july to sep} for 71 units. There was extra 23 units charged by delhi jal board. People of our residents used to get a bill for rs.400 to 500 for 2-months. Our total members are 4-adults+1-kid. I told mr. Tomar several times through whatts app-m # [protected] but sorry to say he did not respond to our request-please look into the matter and take stern action against mr. Tomar

Since 3-4 days the water supply we are getting in our house in janakpuri c2a block is very smelly and unsafe to use. It looks like that it is not purified properly. This is really unfair that we cannot use that water in any way and we cannot even drink that water and neither we can use it for any other purpose. Other than smelling bad its colour is also brownish. It seems like it has some sort of dirt or mud in it. It is requested please resolve this issue as soon as possible and help us in getting water supply which is purified and safe to use and odor and smell free.

Dear sir,

I have received the water bill of rs ₹2875 for the bill period of 06.09.2019 - 31.10.19. The sum of the bill goes to ₹16, 027 from january2019. Despite of my regular follow-ups at the office of delhi jal board, janak puri there is no resolution/solution of the unauthorized bills.

My bill for the above k. No used to be always less then ₹1000 rupees after the honorable...

I live in yadav nagar delhi. The water in my area is totally crap the water is very smelly. It seems like it comes from sewage the colour of the water is black. We can't even think of washing hands in that water. Please delhi jal board review this and resolve this issue. Thousands of people are suffering from this dirty water in my area it will be helpful if you if you resolve this issue as soon as possible. My water i'd is kno [protected].

Please note that meter is private owned by me not by the djb, hence no rent would be charge. On what basis you are taking charges of meter rent every time.

Secondly service charges mention rs 285 /- for 39 days. Can you please let me know how charges work.

Current consumption is of 36 units, since units are less does not charge any payment.

However, if the monthly consumption exceeds 20, 000 litres then charges for entire supply of water will have to be paid. But here charges are less then on what basis djb bill generate.

Kindly clarify this matter to me

Dear sir,

Sub: rebate of water bill/ kno : [protected], area code : a-25/sarita vihar new delhi.

This is to inform you that i have submitted enclosed letter along with required documents on 28.10.2019 at delhi jal board, sarita vihar, new delhi. But the said letter is not acknowledged from area code a-25 sarita vihar delhi jal board.

As per location wise i am exempted water bill but i have received a huge amount bill for payment.

I request you to please consider my case and raise minimum bill.

Respected sir. Unauthorized and illegal water connection near my house. These people waste water in regular basis. House no = b11 amrita puri nilothi ranhola west delhi pin code 110041. Around eight months family of this address self connect a illegal water connection at mid night. Because nobody can see this i'm the only person that i can see this at mid night around 2 am approx. Please sir and i request to you please take action against on this. This area amrita puri under paschim vihar delhi jal board. And i request to you please hide my details... Thanks...

We have two meters bearing nos. [protected] and [protected]. Out of that the meter no. [protected] is not working since long and excessive consumption quoted in another meter bearing no. [protected]. Last bills issued for rs 3684 and 3618 on meter no. [protected] and [protected] respectively. We have only five members at home. The consumption as per bill is too high. Which may kindly be rectified and another bill issued on bill no. [protected] may kindly be removed. Also this meter may kindly be discontinued immediately.

Good morning. I am vijay kumar. I am living in shiv vihar, karala, delhi-110081, north west. My complaint about bad and worst smell of water supply in the area where no one act on this work. Do complaints many times and result is zero. The govt. Jobs employee didn't care about for people and not doing right act. I might complaints many times but they said that labour is not available and talking rudely as they want to fight. People faces many serious diseases by bad water supply. I request you that please take some strict action about whole the matter and give condolences to all this locality citizen's.

Sir, my self b. K. Puri r/o ab-100, shaimar bagh, delhi-110088 received an invoice from delhi jal board for k. No.[protected] for the period from 20.8.19-17.10.19 for rs.3778/- in this regard i would like to inform you that for more than 10 years the said building remain closed. So, just let me know how this amount come?

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

महोदय इस प्रकार है की हमारे घर के पास रोड के नीचे से पानी निकल रहा है जिस से आस पास के घरो को नुकसान हो रहा है .सो महोदय इस प्रकार है की हमारे घर के पास मैन लाइन आ रही है जो हमारे घर के पास खत्म हो रही है. महोदय यहा से पहले भी एक पानी निकला था और कमपलेनट करने पर सही कर के गये थे. सो महोदय मुझे आज भी पूरण विसवाश की है कि आज भी ठीक हो जाएगा.

Hi, i'm a resident of indra vihar. There are houses near me that waste water as if they own a personalised water fall. I request you to approach the residents of house no. 26 and 27 so that they may understand what are the consequences of wasting water, especially in this time of water shortage. I suggest, you kindly withdraw water supply for them to learn a lesson and know how people in areas without water survive, thanks to these uneducated people who consume all of it. Today, for instance, their water has been running for 2.5 hours and they have not switched off their tank, so you can very well imagine how much water has been wasted in just one day. And this is a regular with them.

I stay on rent in d 35 a 2nd floor vijay nagar single story
So far nobody has come to take the readings of meter from april i guess and in april he came after 3 years
In april we inquired about the bill and it was around 45000, now i came to know about that delhi government will waive off part of bill amount so for the same i inquired and i was told that bill amount is 70747
Now no-one has come to take reading of the meter, nor any bill had given me meanwhile, but they have arbitrararily increased the amount like anything.
Please look into the meter and provide me detail what amount i am supposed to pay after the deduction.

With due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the below mentioned complaint against “delhi jal board”.

The water supply is really pathetic.
1. The water supply is inconsistent, since last 1 week.
2. The water is stinking so badly that it is not suitable for drinking at all.

I request the concerned authority to kindly look into the matter and take an appropriate action, concerning to the resolution of this particular issue.

Water supply in yamuna vihar c-7 block is too dirty to drink and even unbearable to smell.
I have submitted a complaint earlier about 3 days ago but no action has been taken yet.
We are suffering this problem since last 2 months we are not able to even cook food from this water it is too dirty to be used in household purposes.

Kindly solve this issue we are even having problem from availability of drinking water.

There is a very big ilegal water drilling from groud as well as from djb water line in area balbir singh sandhu marg, near railway underpass, shakur basti, delhi 110034
They are using water as car washing workshop any they waste huge quantity of water
As i know that u are controlling the misuse of water also cunducting the campain to stop these illegal drilling
I request u to kindly take the action to stop...

In my neighbourhood there is a family who is wasting too much water daily. It has been more than a week now i m literally maintaining the record of their timings, they start the motor to pump the water in upper tank and forget to switch off... The water over flows then for 20-30 minutes after that and this process runs after every 2-3 hours in a day!!!... At times they don’t switch it off in night!!! Please take strict action against them... Here in our country some people are facing water crisis and they dont even care about this...
I really hope that you will take some strict action against them!!!

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in last 10 year at rzf-1/58a, mahavir enclave, gali no-1, palam, new delhi-110045 (Owner name shri raghunath prasad) (Bses meter no[protected]. I have make so many phone to inform police and delhi jal board but no action have been taken.

Sir its a request to please take a strict action against this complaint as early as possible.
