Dear team, we have delhi jal board connection along with the meter to check the unit.

Last month we noticed that no employee from delhi jab board came to check the notice and trach the record and after the month we receive a bill of rupees 1200. I want to know how they to any consumer and they generate bills for the consumer without taking a reading from the meter.

    There is a horrible dirty foul smell in the water supply for the past one week. The same is not fit for human consumption. We are unable to even bathe in this water. It seems that sewer water has mixed with djb supply. Please get it checked immediately. The said problem is in the entire lane from m-34 to m-70 greater kailash part-i residence area, new delhi - 110048...

    We are having a issue of sewer overflow due to which our toilet seats are overflowing please resolve the issue asap. We are facing this problem from past one month kindly send the sewer problems resolving team as soon as possible.

        As our country is facing water crisis at a very big level so we all should use every drop of it judiciously. With reference to this, i want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards improper as well as illegal connections of water supply in my area.
        In my area, my neighbor, neeta arora wife of jitender paul, resident of f-46, 2nd floor sham nagar, delhi-110018 is using plenty of water without paying any single penny to delhi jal board from last 7 years. Kindly look into this matter. She is not paying her bills from last 7 years. Here are number of illegal water connections in streets as well as roads and those people don’t pay any single penny for that precious commodity water that’s why they don’t understand…

          Hi i am living in rani bagh market and the water supply in our building is very smelly it contains small particles of bricks and it is of very dirty colour. We can't even wash clothes or take bath from it. Please resolve it quickly as it effects our daily life.
          It is going from a month and one or another day water smell is same as of gutter water.
          I hope this complaint will do it's job quickly and resolve my problem.

            I am residing at 723, nehru kutiya, near ambedkar park, malka ganj, delhi-7 and would like to draw your kind attention towards the inconvenience is being faced by the residents of nehru kutiya malka ganj due to sewer blockage, which has merged into the pipeline of drinking water now and not being cleaned by the concern authorities.

            We have been complaining since last months, along with my neighbours for resolution to our area’s djb/je office. They always said that “we have given the budget to mukherjee nagar office please go there we can’t do any thing” however, neither we are getting any positive response from the delhi jal board/authorities nor attention from last 1 month for permanent solution.

            Now we have no option to cross it while sinking our feet in it due to this blockage and backflow of sewerage, which may be blockage due to narrow sewer lines.

            I am writing this letter because we are facing lot of problem in our area and so many toilets are also full just because of backflow. Atmosphere is also polluted, that’s why, i request you as well as your authorities to take appropriate action to resolve it.

            In last i would like to request to all senior authorities and department kindly give us some break out of this politics, so that we can live in healthy environment.

              Hi,

              The sewage near my home is left open. Yesterday a dog fell i to the sewage and died on d spot. The entire home area is stinking badly. I'm a mother of 2 children. My children play outside hence its very risky to keep the sewage open. Request you to help us and fix this problem asap. I have given many complaints to the local sewage person but no action been taken since 6 months.

                I live in palam colony gali no 41 sadh nagar-2. Half of the street not getting water for past 15 days almost. Builders having so many connections for single house like 20 tanks 20 motors they have for filling the water in one house and connection in half of the street level up partially simply it is a connection of power and money. Due to this we the people living inside half of the street suffers a lot. Please do something because we buy the water for drinking as well as for the domestic uses like bathing and toilets purpose. I hope you will do something on this matter.

                  There's a family in my locality, and i am noticing them since 2-3 months, that they waste lot of water regularly just by keep opening taps and they forget to close it. I even said them that why don't you close after the usage, they used to argue me that that's their house and their water, they'll do whatever they want to!
                  It's my humble request to take an action against them as soon as possible!

                      I, being a senior and old person, am in need of money to meet my medical emergencies.

                      I fall under free water charges category.

                      I have never been a defaulter in payment of any sort of dues as and when asked for such utility service like water, electricity phones etc. Hope you understand me.

                        Hi team,

                        There are several families who have not been getting water to their home for 2 days since delhi jal board labourers broke the water connection pipeline while replacing old main water pineline.

                        I tried to register my complaint on 1916 as well but this number is either engaged or there is no one to receive the call.

                        I have also wriiten an email to jal board but no response is received yet in any form from them.

                        We are almost drained of water and hardly have any water even to drink now.

                        We cannot survive without water and i believe this does not need any further explanation.

                        Would request to check and connect the pipelines again properly as soon as possible.
                        I am also attaching the video of broken pipeline i made today.

                        This is to inform that i am Rajesh sharma, I am leaving in west sagarpur, I am system adminitrator in south ex-1.
                        We are suffering from siver water suply problem, this is not a problem for me only. No any time fix for water supply. How we can leave without water please solve this problem

                            I live in hiran kudna village. The water supply of this area is not regular it made one time in two days and for a short time. The water supply not made continuously from last four to five days. The people facing problem for arranging for drinking water.
                            I request you to look into the matter seriously and take necessary step for solving that problem.

                                  I am shocked to receive your water supply bill no.[protected] dt. 22 aug, 2019 for rs. 2727 yesterday for the water consumption of 78 units. For the period 20 july 2019 to 21 aug, 2019, which appears to be based on arbitrary reading and not at actual (Consumption for 32 days and 78 units consumed, how is this possible?).
                                  In this connection, i would like to state that in this single flat only 2 friends are residing, and also my friend was not here at that time so how water consumption to the tuned up of 78 units which i don't know. Within 1 months is impossible. You can look at my previous bills of few years and you yourselves will find the present bill is next to impossible.
                                  I therefore urge your good office to depute some of your officer to examine the reality and check the meter reading in my presence and accordingly raise your revised bill. Till such time i am keeping your bill is abeyance and not making any payment pending your inspection. Needless to mention that on such delay no penalities or late surcharge will be to my account. I hope justice will be done. I look forward to your earliest communication.
