I live in palam colony gali no 41 sadh nagar-2. Half of the street not getting water for past 15 days almost. Builders having so many connections for single house like 20 tanks 20 motors they have for filling the water in one house and connection in half of the street level up partially simply it is a connection of power and money. Due to this we the people living inside half of the street suffers a lot. Please do something because we buy the water for drinking as well as for the domestic uses like bathing and toilets purpose. I hope you will do something on this matter.

There's a family in my locality, and i am noticing them since 2-3 months, that they waste lot of water regularly just by keep opening taps and they forget to close it. I even said them that why don't you close after the usage, they used to argue me that that's their house and their water, they'll do whatever they want to!
It's my humble request to take an action against them as soon as possible!

We have not been getting regular water supply for so many days and after repeated complaints also nothing has happened. Very disappointed at the way complaints are being handled. Many complaints were made and some change in water pipes was made but even that has not helped at all. Please look urgently into the matter.

Sir, a sum of rs.4228 in excess is credited with delhi jal board since may 2016.
I, being a senior and old person, am in need of money to meet my medical emergencies.

I fall under free water charges category.

I have never been a defaulter in payment of any sort of dues as and when asked for such utility service like water, electricity phones etc. Hope you understand me.

Request you to please refund the excess amount back to me

Hi team,

There are several families who have not been getting water to their home for 2 days since delhi jal board labourers broke the water connection pipeline while replacing old main water pineline.

I tried to register my complaint on 1916 as well but this number is either engaged or there is no one to receive the call.

I have also wriiten an email to jal board but no response is received yet in any form from them.

We are almost drained of water and hardly have any water even to drink now.

We cannot survive without water and i believe this does not need any further explanation.

Would request to check and connect the pipelines again properly as soon as possible.

I live in hiran kudna village. The water supply of this area is not regular it made one time in two days and for a short time. The water supply not made continuously from last four to five days. The people facing problem for arranging for drinking water.

We are writing to inform you that we are residents of kishan garh vasant kunj, new delhi and have been facing acute shortage of water for the last six months.in fact every member of our area is disturbed on account o[censored]navailability of water supply which is the basic need of every human being. There is no proper timings and duration of the supply. Everyone has to bring water from a filter plant installed at a distance...

No (No) water has been supplied by sonia vihar, jal board, in my building since last 05 months inspite of repeated reminders/request. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Sir/madam i am sk dutta a senior citizen residing at delhi (Mahipalpur) for last 30 years and i have an authorized connection of water supply from delhi jal board since 1998. Now, for last 10 days i am not getting water supply from djb and facing acute shortage. I have no other source but to depend on djb for water. I have made numerous complaints.

I am shocked to receive your water supply bill no.[protected] dt. 22 aug, 2019 for rs. 2727 yesterday for the water consumption of 78 units. For the period 20 july 2019 to 21 aug, 2019, which appears to be based on arbitrary reading and not at actual (Consumption for 32 days and 78 units consumed, how is this possible?).
In this connection, i would like to state that in this single flat only 2 friends are residing, and also my friend was not here at that time so how water consumption to the tuned up of 78 units which i don't know. Within 1 months is impossible. You can look at my previous bills of few years and you yourselves will find the present bill is next to impossible.
I therefore urge your good office to depute some of your officer to examine the reality and check the meter reading in my presence and accordingly raise your revised bill. Till such time i am keeping your bill is abeyance and not making any payment pending your inspection. Needless to mention that on such delay no penalities or late surcharge will be to my account. I hope justice will be done. I look forward to your earliest communication.

In molarband (110044), there is no timing of supply, sometime we receive water in 2 to 3 days. Most of tap water supply come in midnight which is totally wrong. Now tell me who is is ready position to get 2am, 3am midnight to fill water. This shows that your employees do not want to supply water in our area... When you do not have water for 3days. Think what will ne situation.. Rest in gali 68 n 72 n more people using groundwater as commercial use... Plz provide water daily n stop commercial use

In sarita vihar block k there is a school named blossoms school. I am a visitor here and since last one hour i can see the peon is wasting liters and liters of water washing road plants etc... I tried to stop him but he kept on wasting water till i started taking a video of him. Please approach the rwa and the school authority to sensitise them and the staff.

हमारे क्षेत्र न्यु अशोक नगर नियर mcd primary school के आसपास के क्षेत्र मे विगत 3-4 माह मे पानी की सप्लाई बहुत ही कम आ रहा है।सुबह मे केवल 30-40 मिनट और शाम के वक्त तो सप्लाई केवल 10-15 मिनट के लिए ही आता है।पानी के किल्लत के वजह से हमलोग बहुत परेशान रहते है।पानी की कमी के कारण कई बार बच्चे स्कूल भी नहीं जा पाते है और पानी की किल्लत के वजह से हम अपने रोजमर्रा के कार्य भी नहीं कर पाते है। आपसे समस्या के अतिशिघ्र समाधान की अपेक्षा है।

Our neighbor is washing his vehicle through water pipe while he cleaning his vehicle with a cloth the pipe is in running condition and water is getting wasted and is flowing to the sewer. The amount of water which he used to clean his bike that can be used to clean 2 cars or can used to drink water for 2~3 days. Videos are attach for your rederence.

My name is nadeem. I am living in kabir nagar, shahdara. I want to make a complaint against delhi jal board officers because water is not coming from last five days in my area. We are facing problem due to no water supply. From last few months water was coming only 1 hour at midnight but from last five days even 1 hour supply is cut. You think, how can we manage without single drop of water. Please think about my complaint and take action as soon as possible

Sewer blockage
Dear sir/ma'am,

Me is resident of 65a east laxmi market street no. 03 next sai baba mandir priyadarshni vihar delhi 110092 ; facing a lot of problems due to blockage in gutter in my residence.

Therefore, it is highly requested to make arrangement to remove the blockage of sewer as earliest possible so that any problem due to dirty water of sewer may be avoided.
