    Sir i have delhi jal board connection with CA No. [protected]

    On intimation by meter reader, i changed my Meter and informed the same to the Delhi Jal Board office Kakrola More on 05.09.2018 that i have replaced my meter on 20.08.2018. Diary No. ZRO (SW) I, 2749 dated. 05.09.2018 acknowledge the receipt. I apprised to Inspector regularly and he written on my application/bill copy that bill may pl be revised with 0 to 271 units(as on 01.06.2019). However, till date i am receiving every bill for stop meter status.

    Kindly issue me the revised meter reading bill in place of stop meter status so that i would submit the same to the delhi jal board.
    Making payment for stop reading make no sense and result in pending units unpaid. Therefore i request to kindly look into the matter and issue me units bills. Current Meter Reading 325 (as on 12.08.2019)

      Dear sir
      I am a resident of mahavir enclave part-1 (Peepalwali gali) suffering from our drinking water coming everyday mix with sewer line water. This contaminated water making afraid to use become much disceses. It's too dirty. Yesterday sunday 11/08/19 the water came very dirty smells. No one inform or complaint against this. I don't know why people are silence. We are the staff if ddu hospital. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
      Kindly inspect our area and take immediate action.

        I'm residents of palam village, masjid wali gali new delhi-110045.
        Our street's sewer is completely block.
        Sewage overflow through the main holes
        On the street and it's become the primary source of mosquito, were the public faced several problems, inspite of several complaints there is no solution.
        The mcd team comes and empty the sewer but they will go same problem is regenerat after 2, 3 days.
        I hope you will take a serious step to this serious issue as soon as possible

          Sir, from past one month the water supply in our home /area gautam vihar gali no 7 delhi 110053. Is adverse. Water has a bad smell and taste.             We (Dinesh Kumar Garg) and (Girish Mohan Garg) are residents of Dilshad Colony, Delhi 110095. Our two meters had been stolen yesterday 4 August, 2019. Request you to please acknowledge the same and allow us two new meters against the theft.
            A water boring connection (without meter) has been working in DDA market, 20 block, shop no. 103, 104, Tilak Nagar, near Pishori Gurudwara, New Delhi.

              Hi sir/madam,

              This is to inform you that we are getting dirty & smelly sewer water as drinking water from tape from last 10days in our locality: house number 606/6 tf govind puri, new delhi-110019. This water is so dirty, blackish and smells really bad. It seems some water line has merged with sewer line. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going to be that bad. This worst quality of water is causing many hazardous problems on our health and specially affecting children. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

              I am raising this concern to you as i hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. As are not even left with sufficient water to complete daily necessary tasks. It is badly effecting our daily work schedules.

                * महोदय मेने अपने घर के आस पास सभी लोगो से पता किया पानी का कनेशन तो किया नहीं जल बोर्ड ने और बिल भेज दिया, सभी लोगो ने और आपके मीटर रेडिंग ऑफिसर ने मुझे बताया की कनेशन अपने आप करवाना है, और मीटर खरीद कर लगाना होगा और फिर मीटर और कनेकशन किया हुए फोटो व request letter दिल्ली जल बोर्ड ऑफिस में जमा करवैये, तब बिल सही हो जायेगा,

                *महोदय मेने ऐसा ही किया कनेशन करके फोटो और लेटर जल बोर्ड ऑफिस में रिसिविंग करवाया दिनाक 5/7/2018 (कम्पलेंट न.२५५४९) दिल्ली जल बोर्ड अधिकारी आये रीडिंग लेकर गये, बिल सही हो जायेगा बोले अधिकारी जी, पर बिल सही नहीं हुआ, फिर रीडिंग अधिकारी आया और मेने रीडिंग अधिकारी को बताया महोदय पानी आ नहीं रहा है बिल आ जाता है, अधिकारी ने फिर से कंप्लेंट करने को कहा,

                  I am resident of block 32 in old rajinder nagar. There is no water supply for last 3-4 days. Even the water which come sometime is absolutely black and unfit for use. Complaints and visits have been made to the local area office but no result.

                  Children have to live without water and authorities are unable to attend for reasons beyond our knowledge. The condition is serious and tough. Requesting immediate attention.

                  I sonal jain, r/o k 857 kedar buildng central bank street clock tower delhi 110007 wants to complain for a blocked sewer in our lane. The sewer is completely blocked and because of which dirty filthy sewage water is flowing in the entire street. The water is accumulating in the lane and mosquitoes are breeding in the dirty water. It is so difficult to even walk in the lane. There is a government school also in our lane and the risk of diseases like dengue has increased due to it. Please do something about it

                    Sewer water is overflowing in front of my home. Mcd team cleans sewer pits but the problem is not permanently rectified. One sewer line is new which is laid recently and other is an older one. Instead of closing old sewer pits, new sewer pits are activated.
                    Seeking your support in providing permanent solution for this.

                    Coz of this nuisance dirty water is clogged and hence creating trouble in entry/exit to home. My home outside is drowning in sewer water which has foul smell that we cannot easily breathe. It has become a source for mosquitoes & flies.
                    Repeated complaints also have not brought any result. Please help us as the water will soon be flowing inside the houses.

                      This is inform you that djb sewer line is blocked of road no. 3 & 4 andrews ganj new delhi-49 as confirmed by the cpwd personnel but still not get solution due to that dirty water overflowing inside of our house (Quarter no. 163 road no. 4). We are suffering this problem from last 12 days hence you are requested to please do the needful in this regard. Complaint already registered in djb under reference number is[protected] and in cpwd under complaint no. Cno.15584107.

                        My water bill generated recently against k. No. [protected]t. My water consumption is almost nil, no body is residing there. As we can consume 20kl water free as per delhi govt policy, hence bill should also be nil in this case.

                        I have received bill worth rs.265 for due date 16.08.2019 which is not justified.
                        Hence, it is requested that entire amount of rs.265 should be waived off and i should be exempted from paying the bill.

                        A quick response from you will be highly appreciated.

                        DJB sewer line blocked in Andrews Ganj due to that dirty water coming back at our house Quarter no. 163 Road no. 4 Andrews Ganj. Complaint for sewer blocked has been logged on 18.03.2019 which is still pending so please do the needful ASAP.

                        W.r.t. K No. [protected], I request you to please refund the excess amount credited in the account... Rs. 4469 is paid as excess money by me.
                        Kindly please refund me the excess amount. KIndly look into it and do the needful.
                        I am enclosing the latest water bill.

                          I, narender singh chhatwal, received water bill no.[protected] dated 23/07/2019 for rs.5314/- for kno.[protected] calculated on the basis of average reading in the name of pradeep mahna and it is mentioned in the bill that meter meter stopped but when i checked the meter, i found that the meter is properly working. Photos of meter for 3 days showing increased reading are attatched a video of the meter showing that it is working is also taken attatched. Moreover, bill is wrong even after average reading which is given below ;

Moreover, when the meter is working, average has no meaning. For kno.[protected], the reading recorded is wrong.in the bill, reading is 250 whereas in the meter reading is 174.in respect of k. No.[protected], the meter is shown as stopped and bill for rs.5287/- is received which is wrong as the bill is issued on the basis of average. As the occupants of the floor are mostly stay in yamuna nagar. I therefore request you to reissue the bills for 0 amt. For kno. [protected] &[protected] because meter reader has reported the readinss without verifying the meters. Photos are not being uploaded.

                            1. We are terribly suffering due to smelly & dirty water supply and mostly no water supply from past few months which is mixed with sewage water. This water is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose & is horrible for human consumption. Please help...

                              We do get good water at the particular set timings during the day. But, rest of the day, we get # water which is completely not understandable.

                              Our deeply request, to not send water instead of # water. Because, it makes the good water also bad water.

                              Please, please, please take this request very seriously. Request to send acknowlegdement.

                                There is a house in sant nagar, east of kailash who waste water daily. I've seeing it for last 2-3 months. Have complained to the owners but all in vain. Please look into this at the earliest. House number may be 100, sant nagar, east of kailash 110065. Everyday water flows for 2-3 hours in the morning wasting so much of such a precious resource. Please look into this at the earliest or please let me know where to take this forward.

                                  My water bill generated recently against k. No. [protected] is not correct. My water consumption is almost nil, as flat is lying vacant and no body is residing there. As we can consume 20kl water free as per delhi govt policy, hence bill should also be nil in this case.

                                  I have received bill worth rs. 693 for due date 06.08.2019, which is not justified.
                                  Hence, it is requested that entire amount of rs. 693 should be waived off and i should be exempted from paying the bill.

                                  A quick response from you will be highly appreciated.
