I sonal jain, r/o k 857 kedar buildng central bank street clock tower delhi 110007 wants to complain for a blocked sewer in our lane. The sewer is completely blocked and because of which dirty filthy sewage water is flowing in the entire street. The water is accumulating in the lane and mosquitoes are breeding in the dirty water. It is so difficult to even walk in the lane. There is a government school also in our lane and the risk of diseases like dengue has increased due to it. Please do something about it

    Sewer water is overflowing in front of my home. Mcd team cleans sewer pits but the problem is not permanently rectified. One sewer line is new which is laid recently and other is an older one. Instead of closing old sewer pits, new sewer pits are activated.
    Seeking your support in providing permanent solution for this.

    Coz of this nuisance dirty water is clogged and hence creating trouble in entry/exit to home. My home outside is drowning in sewer water which has foul smell that we cannot easily breathe. It has become a source for mosquitoes & flies.
    Repeated complaints also have not brought any result. Please help us as the water will soon be flowing inside the houses.

      Respected sir/madam,

      This is inform you that djb sewer line is blocked of road no. 3 & 4 andrews ganj new delhi-49 as confirmed by the cpwd personnel but still not get solution due to that dirty water overflowing inside of our house (Quarter no. 163 road no. 4). We are suffering this problem from last 12 days hence you are requested to please do the needful in this regard. Complaint already registered in djb under reference number is[protected] and in cpwd under complaint no. Cno.15584107.

        My water bill generated recently against k. No. [protected]t. My water consumption is almost nil, no body is residing there. As we can consume 20kl water free as per delhi govt policy, hence bill should also be nil in this case.

        I have received bill worth rs.265 for due date 16.08.2019 which is not justified.
        Hence, it is requested that entire amount of rs.265 should be waived off and i should be exempted from paying the bill.

        DJB sewer line blocked in Andrews Ganj due to that dirty water coming back at our house Quarter no. 163 Road no. 4 Andrews Ganj. Complaint for sewer blocked has been logged on 18.03.2019 which is still pending so please do the needful ASAP.

        This is posted by mistake actual complaint is under subject sewer line block it is also posted on 3 August 2019. Deeply regretted for in convenience but this website doesn't found delete option.
        W.r.t. K No. [protected], I request you to please refund the excess amount credited in the account... Rs. 4469 is paid as excess money by me.
        Kindly please refund me the excess amount. KIndly look into it and do the needful.
        I am enclosing the latest water bill.

          I, narender singh chhatwal, received water bill no.[protected] dated 23/07/2019 for rs.5314/- for kno.[protected] calculated on the basis of average reading in the name of pradeep mahna and it is mentioned in the bill that meter meter stopped but when i checked the meter, i found that the meter is properly working. Photos of meter for 3 days showing increased reading are attatched a video of the meter showing that it is working is also taken attatched. Moreover, bill is wrong even after average reading which is given below ;

Moreover, when the meter is working, average has no meaning. For kno.[protected], the reading recorded is wrong.in the bill, reading is 250 whereas in the meter reading is 174.in respect of k. No.[protected], the meter is shown as stopped and bill for rs.5287/- is received which is wrong as the bill is issued on the basis of average. As the occupants of the floor are mostly stay in yamuna nagar. I therefore request you to reissue the bills for 0 amt. For kno. [protected] &[protected] because meter reader has reported the readinss without verifying the meters. Photos are not being uploaded.

            I am extremely disapponted by the disgusting water supply at my residence - rz 48&49 flat no.124, part-3, jain colony, uttam nagar nw delhi-110059 and kno. [protected].

            1. We are terribly suffering due to smelly & dirty water supply and mostly no water supply from past few months which is mixed with sewage water. This water is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose & is horrible for human consumption. Please help...

              We do get good water at the particular set timings during the day. But, rest of the day, we get # water which is completely not understandable.

              Our deeply request, to not send water instead of # water. Because, it makes the good water also bad water.

                There is a house in sant nagar, east of kailash who waste water daily. I've seeing it for last 2-3 months. Have complained to the owners but all in vain. Please look into this at the earliest. House number may be 100, sant nagar, east of kailash 110065. Everyday water flows for 2-3 hours in the morning wasting so much of such a precious resource. Please look into this at the earliest or please let me know where to take this forward.

                      Billing amount is more than usual bill amount. The meter showing total reading on 31-jul-2019 is 119 total unit since meter installed dated 14/12/2014 but in current bill 82 unit charge for the period of 20-apr-2019 to 27-jul-2019 for which amount has been charged rs.2705/-. So please check the bill and previous consumption record and correct the bill.

                        Even after complaining since 2 months, our water supply issue has not been rectified. Very less water is pumped towards our house 29/ 24 old rajinder nagar.
                        Since 1 month it is very less quantity of water that is being supplied towards our building and we are struggling to meet our day to day needs.
                        Telephonic calls are not getting connected for complaining nor the toll free number for complaint redressal.

                        Please look into the issue with some responsibilty.

                          I m resident of bhajanpura, delhi -110054. Just my next to house. There is a flat based house in which i have been see everymorning the wastage of water everyday. They don’t switch off the motor therefore tank overflow everyday which cause wastage and as well as dengue causing mosquito.
                          Now at this stage where an alarming situation all over india. We cannot loose or waste water at any cost.

                            I shifted to vasant kunj (Green glade apartment) two weeks back. As each day passed, i saw spillage of water for hours from a 500ml water tank daily on the neighbors roof. I talked about the issue to my landlord but of no use. She said she tried to address the issue but the owners are indifferent and denied at the same. On enquiry found house no. 2319 is responsible, also when i went there and adressed the issue they didn't pay heed and denied.

                            I being a responsible citizen want to get your attention towards the matter. Please redress the complaint asap.

                              Getting unhygenic, foul smell, unhealthy, sewage water mix supply was given to us from past few days due to this supply of water my son is not well. My mother is also old aged women. My brother is survived from cancer this condition of drinking water or useage of water never make them to recover.
                              Request to please take care immediately. This water is used by kids and old aged persons which is not good for their surviving.

                                I am resident of guru harkishan nagar paschim vihar.in m-135 the driver they have, regularly washes their cars for hours with a regular flow of water in morning time. I request you to have a look once. Huge amount of drinking water is been wasted on regular basis. This kind of wastage of water should stop on urgent basis. Please have a look as soon as possible.

                                  Sir, my water mtr connection no. [protected]. My water motor is out of order since may. I am not using supply water since may 2019. My water bill has received in may 400 and jun 365. Total bill received 765/-. There is no change of meter reading last three months, motor is out of order, how bill 765/- has come is not under stood. I have not paid the bill still clarification is not received.

                                      Billing error bill id[protected] for k no [protected]

                                      There is a serious error in this bill as the apartment is not in use to show such consumption. Electricity bills stand proof of non consumption.

                                      Application with all details lodged with zro (Swii) vasant kunj, delhi jal board on 12/07/2019 under diary no 1925.

                                      The average monthly consumption figures appears to have gone up from 6 units in 2017 to 43 units in 2018 and then down to 14 units post march 2019.
                                      This is untenable given no one is living in the apartment. So, someone is stealing water or siphoning water if the meter is moving.

                                      I am out of station and can only make attempts remotely to connect with djb vasant kunj zro but it needs attention as my application is with them to rectify the situation and issue the correct bill. I am being levied late payment fees etc. When i am seeking correction in bill. Phone number on djb website does not work forget about ease of doing business!
