    I am one of the residents of rohini. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from the past two weeks, which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from the sewer. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.
    We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

      Today i also sent mail on [protected]@gmail.com. I don't understand why meyer reading is not taken on monthly basis. Some times reading is taken monthly and sometimes even after 2 months. I have seen whenever reading is taken after one or two months djb raise bills with excess units to enable djb to raise bills to consumers. My family uses the water within subscribed limits of 20 kl of water per month i. E. Why they don't raise bills to us. This time they unnecessarily raised bill of rs.924/-. I didn't use water more than limits set to us hence bill raised is wrong and not paying so.
      Pls see to it on urgent basis.

        The motor is on from more than 3-4 hrs due to which a lot of water has been wasted we have tried to contact the owner and the caretaker but the caretaker doesn't listen to us. This same thing happens 2-3 time in a week they start the motor but forget to switch it off. Please do something for this as a lot of water is wasted on a daily basis and now a days a lot of people in many cities faces water crisis.

          This is to inform you that my house with kno. [protected] is vacant from so long so therefore water is being not used. Still The bill of Rs. 10141 is sent which is against the rules and very disappointing. I don’t know why these types of things happen by delhi govt only. Please look into the matter and take proper action against it.
          I have posted this complaint on email, your Fb page and your complaint no.. Don’t escalate and take immediate action against it.

              I would like to bring to your sincere attention that residents of namberdar estate, taimoor nagar, new friends colony, waste thousands of litres of water in washing their trucks, streets and what not.

              This is extremely painful to watch first thing every morning, especially when half the country is facing severe water crisis with chennai being the most recently effected state.

              Kindly take immediate remedial measures to stop this nonsensical use of water.

                Huge water wastage in Pochanpur area. My neighbour is wasting the water on daily basis. Mostly his water tank keeps overflowing and keeps wasting the water. This occurrence is on daily basis.

                We have informed the person to stop the wastage of water. Despite that the wastage continues.
                They are wasting 1 hr. Daily. They have not taken any action at their end.

                Please take appropriate action to stop the wastage.

                  I am writing this mail regarding illegal water bore well i my locality. Have tried to log complaint on phone with delhi jal board also but nothing happened and could not find there mail id to further register.

                  Here in my village more and more bore well are coming as mentioned in national newspaper times of india kapashera is having the deepest water level.

                  Persons are also supplying water privately to houses through pipes which are going above overhead from one electric pole to another.

                  Please do the needful, if you are not the correct department then please forward this complaint the concerned department.

                  It nowadays consist of sewage water with it . Gutter smell and mud water is supplied to our rooms .
                  I want to convey you that some shopkeepers use water without paying the bill for commercial use and also water overflows out of the illegal connection of water. I want you to take strict action as soon as possible.

                    In west delhi's vikaspuri area, a house near corporation bank in j block does water wastage daily.

                    To clean your cars, half bucket water can be used but they tend to use water pipe which results in water wastage daily.

                    We have seen how chennai is struggling everyday with no or very little water resources left and we very well know delhi stands very near to what chennai is facing today.

                    Let's not make our future generations beg for the necessities.

                    Please take some action and stop this water wastage.

                    There are sewer blockage in Kinari bazar, Chandni Chowk, Delhi -6. Complaints had been made on 1916 dated 6-5-2019 complaint no.[protected], and dated 9-5-2019 complaint no.[protected]. They took action on complaint but it is still not clear. Please get the job done correctly as water is overflowing.

                      Complaint is against following points : -
                      1. Meter against this connection installed in nov 18 but till march 19 unmetered bills were received by us & paid as well.
                      2.in april 19, meter was updated in system in bak date e. G. Nov 18.
                      & generate a bill after manupulation with zero value (Bill no.[protected]. Bill showing -1770 amount.
                      3.in june, a fresh metered bill was generated from nov 18- june 19 with complete reading & complete amount. (Bill no.[protected]

                      Need a clarification for : -
                      1. From nov 18-march 19 - unmetered bill was received, if meter was installed in nov 18 as records.
                      If it was unmetered till april, why fresh bill was generated from nov 18- june 19. I[censored]pdated in april with zero value, bill should be only for two months may & june.

                        2) the bill is generated from 12-jun 2018 to 21- jun 2019.
                        3) the bill amount is 9951 & if the bill is paid after the due date it will amount to rs. 10448
                        4) the bill is provisionally assessed on average.
                        5) i have already filled multiple complaints regarding the meter but nobody is actually bothered....

                        I live in netaji nagar, new delhi which is getting demolished under the redevelopment project of the government. We have more than 25 vacant houses is our locality where water is wasting unnecessarily in the morning as well as in the evening. It has been getting wasted from last 1 month and still no action has been taken. Liters of water has already got wasted and it is continuing to get wasted.

                              This is to inform you that on 3rd week of october. 2018, i received a water bill (Id.[protected] with a hand note written in back of the bill "pl change your water meter. Contact -[protected]". On going through the bill i noticed pmr/stataus:/stp.
                              I immediately checked my meter which is perfectly o. K. And in running condition.

                              Thereafter i monitored my water meter reading with a frequency of 5- 6 days and observed and found the increase reading in consumption unit, which itself self explained to support my above claim. Secondly ever since liberal subsidy on water consumption announced for delhi residents by chief minister of delhi. I am one of the lucky beneficiaries to receive nil amt bill due to my water consumption units falls below the standard unit consumption free for all.

                              Once i myself satisfied that my water meter is operating fine & running normal. I decided to contact the person (Water reader) on his mobile no as provided on the back of the water bill. We discussed the issue with gaurav rajput (Meter reader). He replied that he is a newly posted to our area and while taking charge & records from previous water meter reader he found our meter is marked as "stp" however he has asked us to send 2-3 images of water meter so that he could help me after discussion with his boss. My repeated call made to him seems to be in vain.

                              In view of the above you are requested to depute your inspector to check my meter. Which is running and issue me water bill on the basis of water reading and billed me after taking into consideration subsidy allowed by delhi govt on domestic water consumption.
                              Some of the water meter mages of different dates are attached in support of my claim that my water meter is running.

                                  I am very disheartened to see the ill behavior of team and DJB Nangloi. I have received a exaggerated bill of Rs. 80k approx. whereas
                                  1. We have placed the request last year for meter testing and so do testing happened and meter found faulty but there was no action taken till date.
                                  2. Further there was no break up given to me till date on bills generated.
                                  3. During complaint of meter testing last year i had paid Rs. 6200/- as an security deposit since that time bill amount was nearly Rs. 22k and your team instructed to pay atleast 25% amount of generated bill so i did.
                                  4. i request to generate bills as keeping my previous readings in consideration and generate fresh bill and kindly replace the faulty meter so that this problem does not occur in future.

                                    I’ve seen it end number of times!! Thousands of litres of water overflows late night from our locality’s water supply unit that is Delhi Jal Board Water Tank Old Rajinder Nagar and multiple times I’ve tried to stop it with the help of my friends and even police but despite end number of tries it happens again and again.
                                    The person in charge when I scold him says the water supply overflows and it’s not his fault but everytime he’s drunk sleeping inside and we have to literally bang the gates and shout maybe a hundred times to wake him up and stop the water flow. I was so shocked when I called our area police station and the cops that came refused to help me and said “overflow hone do pani hum kya kar sakte hai ye humara concern nahi hai” I requested them to leave immediately from there. This all happened last night only ie 21/6/19 morning 3-4am. Now I want a permanent solution for this problem and I want a proper enquiry on this matter such wastage cannot be accepted!!                                       I am a resident of kasturba nagar new Delhi central govt accommodation of H-407, New Delhi.
                                      Here there is a vacant quarters opposite and Earth floor and also vacant in left, right Side of my quarter.Earth ground of quarters in front of H-413, H-415 are also vacante.
                                      A huge amount of water is getting wastage of from the kasturba nagar jal board tanker everyday.
                                      So kindly give a quick and propriate solution so can water wastage save.
                                      Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
