Delhi Jal Board — bill related complaints

2) the bill is generated from 12-jun 2018 to 21- jun 2019.
3) the bill amount is 9951 & if the bill is paid after the due date it will amount to rs. 10448
4) the bill is provisionally assessed on average.
5) i have already filled multiple complaints regarding the meter but nobody is actually bothered.
