Delhi Jal Board — bill status incorrect/wrong | |
I received the message that i need to make a payment of rs 4602 (Previous bill amount including) for my water bill. I downloaded the bill and found that incorrect meter status is updated in the bill. My k no is [protected]. First of all, my previous bill amount was 2840 rs. Bill shown 3/9/19 to 25/10/19 (52 days units 3) bill amount nil, 25/10/19 to 27/12/19 (63 days units 0) bill amount nil and 27/12/19 to 3/3/2020 (67 days units 98) bill amount 2840. How is it possible? It is clearly proved that meter reader not come for taking meter reading in between both above said period. He came on 3/3/2020 and take total reading since september 2019. This is totally a matter of negligence/lack of service. This negligence produced a heavy bill. Who is responsible for that kind of negligent work. The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as 975/ok whereas mine meter is working fine and i checked the reading myself. It is also proving the above said facts. We are two members only and we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working in good condition and i have attached the meter reading pic also. Mine previous meter reading was 914 on 3-march-2020 and today the reading is at 943 on 27-april-2020. I am regularly pay my bill when bill has come. Now the bill has come to rs.4602 (Previous bill amount including) which is completely unjustified. I am attaching the meter reading screenshot. Really don't know why so much heavy bill is being charged against k no. [protected]. I am really very disappointed with such unnecessarily bill from delhi jal board, however, upto 20 kl water is free on monthly based, being such type of subsidy this doesn't make sense the heavy bill is charged. Now, my complete bill be revised carefully. It is further request to you that generate a new bill against k. No. [protected] and my matter may kindly be resolve at kindness action please. Thank you. My water connection KNO No.is [protected]. Every time I am being received water bill without actual Meter reading. Today the actual meter reading is (00103) units, while I, have been received and paid bills for (28.02.2020 to 20.06.2020 = 25, 20.06.2020 to 29.09.2020 = 84, 29.09.2020 to 27.11.2020 = 49, and 27.11.2020 to 18.01.2021 = 43, ) i.e. total 201 units. Please adjust the over claimed Units in future bill.
