Delhi Jal Board — complaint against high bills

Hi sir/madam

In my property located near filmistan cinema we have a major water bill issue going on.

With none living in the house the bills have once shoot up to rs.7378

I had gone to the office of djb and they refuse to make any adjustments saying that the bill is as per consumption.

The house is merely a one room sized with 3-4 taps in it. I dont know whether it is possible to have a consumption of 274 units.
