I complained on the 1916 helpline about overflowing sewage and mosquitos in the water in front of our house (complaint ID: DJB[protected] on 12th Aug 2022. But no action was taken till today date 18th Aug 2022 and I called & message the allotted person JE Hans Raj Meena but no response from his side (the phone is always "busy").
Then I called 1916 again on 18th Aug 2022 and they said my complaint was already resolved according to their portal/record.
They created a new complaint for the same issue on 18th Aug 2022 and the same JE is allotted to me and he is not working. The sewage water is smelling bad and lots of mosquito there causing illness and jaundice. Was this information helpful? |
