Water connection (K no.[protected])

I am user of water connection (K no. [protected]) at house no. C-2/98, vijay enclave, new delhi.

Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we found a bill dated 27-feb-2019 amounting to rs.1468/- (For the period from 13-dec-2018 to 26-feb-2019 with service charge - consumption between 20-30 kl) due for payment on 16-mar-2019.

The consumption has been averaged and reading/meter status has been shown as mloc (Meter locked). The status of reading is shocking to me as we have 2 persons always present in premises.

Previous meter reading 1170 units - till 13-dec-2018. You can see the reading in attached meter bill.

Recently i checked my meter and reading showing 1199 units for below months:
14-dec-2018 to 13-jan-2019 - 1 month
14-jan-2019 to 13-feb-2019 - 1 month
14-feb-2019 to 26-feb-2019 - 12 days
Round off 2.5 months: 1199 subtract 1170 = 29 units

Please see the attached with current meter reading till date: 27-feb-2019 and water bill as well.

Kindly look into this matter and generate new bill along without any charges.
