Sir, for this kno. [protected], the last payment of rupees 1852 was paid on 6 august 2018. The next bill[protected] of bill date 20 nov 2018 is showing arrears of rupees 9186.52 and total bill amount is rupees 13200. The previous are also showing arears, even though we have made the full payment. Such mistake is occuring in last few bills and not being corrected. We approached the office in person twice without getting any solution. Pls look into the matter. And provide the corrected bill as soon as possible. Thanks
