Delhi Jal Board — fraud in meter reading

Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that I am a resident of yamuna vihar, Delhi-110053.I have been charged wrongly from last 7months for water bill.Delhi jal board has never mentioned meter reading in our bill although the person who come here to take reading have always noticed some reading in their notebooks manually and they noted down it wrongly and have chaeted with us.I have been complaining in Delhi Jal Board Office in our area from last 4months about this fraud but they have not taken any action yet and they always tell us a story that our meter is not working properly but in reality our meter is working properly.
I have taken some photos of the meter readers who are new to us this time(beacuse some other person used to take reading earlier) and at the same time I clicked photo of my water meter which was showing the reading, meter reader also took photo of meter with his Tablet and he told us that meter is showing reading 2160 but due to his records our last reading is 2193 and at thta time I realised that the reader who came previous month to take reading has recorded the reading by wrongly increasing it to charge higher amount and I don't know the reason of this cheating but I want justice.
I want refund of the amount which I have been paying from last 8 months due to fraud reading.Now as the previous reading on readers record shows 2193 and our meter is still showing 2160, I want that we should be charged until the reading reaches 2193 in reality.
Also 1month ago we were not present at our residence So how it could be possible that our meter reading increases.And the bill is showing units consumed but not showing the reading.
I request you to save us from this cheating and help us in getting refund of overcharged amount.
I am attaching the picture of last three bills in which there is no reading and only units are mentioned.I am also attching the picture of meter reader alongwith our meter as on the date of last meter reading(i.e. 25th August 2018)

As only one person is residing the water consumption is so very less n the bill generated is very high as per the norms and NOT on Actual basis as no checking of water meter has been done so far may be door locked. Pls call before coming on my no.in DJB. Kindly recheck n send a fresh Actual Bill.Sending the pic of reading of water meter.

I have not received any response from DJB yet.We can't pay the bill amount which is being charged unduely and also we are not in a situation to afford these fraud bills.Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
