Delhi Jal Board — Incorrect bill has been imposed

Dear team,

This is to draw your attention towards an incorrect water bill of Rs. 1043 imposed on us for the period of last month. I.e january 2022. it la been more than 6 years we are using somer sewer water only as there is no water supply in our street..
I also tried calling the authority but there was no response.

That is the reason I am reaching out here to convey and seeking for help
