I have a 30 sq yards small house in north east delhi, my address is, house no. E-468, street no. 11, subhash vihar, north ghonda delhi 110053.
I have deposited below mentioned amt to zro { ne } seelampur delhi.
Amt deposited for receipt no. Amt . Deposit dt.
Development charge 594088 2602 2/6/2011
Road cutting & etc 678088 { 652 a-9 } 1110 7/7/2012
Sewar charges ncr no. 8755 7504 7/7/2012
But till the time i have not received my water consumption bill,
Meter reader are visiting on regular basis to capture meter reading but when we asked them to produce water bill then they have not answer with them,
Then i have visited dated on 14/08/2015 to zro { ne } yamuna vihar office & met to concern officer then he told to me they need " k no. " to generate the bill but k no. Is not mentioned in all my deposit receipt as this k no. Was to be mentioned on all deposit receipt at the time of amount deposited to cashier at zro office,
I have submitted a set of xerox copy of all deposit receipt alongwith my application to dispatch babu dated on 14/08/15, he issued me a " daak diary no. 5628 / 14-08-16 " & asked me to come again after 15 days,
I had visited again & again many times every after 15 days to zro office but they had not generated my water consumption bill till the time, , , ,
Now again i have submitted a set of xerox copy of all deposit receipt alongwith my application to dispatch babu dated on 21/03/16, he issued me a " daak diary no. 2037 / 21-03-16 " & asked me to come again after 15 days,
Meter reading visited at my house & again asked to produce deposit receipts and again told to us that ' bina k no. Ke kuchh nahin hoga ''
Plz look in to it & instruct to concern officer to generate & share my water consumption bills to me on priority, ,
