Sir,
I am trying to get my new KNO number from the DJB site using my old 2012
water connection number... but i am unable to find it. After filling the necessary details from the old bill it prompts "KNO does not exist for the
provided details or consumer details might have been transferred to different zone. I have visited many times nearby DJB office but they didn't provide any details.

The details are:-
1.) ZRO(S)-I
2.)MR. NO: 131098
3.)Water Connection number: 69653

Last nine days water not coming in my gali so please check and confirm the status.

This is regarding installation of new meter.( Installed 25 Step). K.no- [protected]. I am sorry to say meter is not still updated and receiving bills according to old meter.
I request djb pl. update new meter

mahaveer enclave.palam. we face dirty water totally contanimted sewage water intailly almost 2 hours after supply that comes after a day .as routine..
