Delhi Jal Board — meter bill | |||
Hi sir/mam, I want to draw your kind attention towards my wrong bill generated (Kno [protected]). I already paid the bill on december 17, 2019 of rs 885 that i received. I regularly check the bill through online with the help of my paytm app and i paid my all bill before due date. The last bill i received rs 885 and i already paid this bill before due data. After making payment of rs 885 suddenly i got another bill of rs 3435 dated on december 19, 2019 after making payment of rs 885. I already raise the complaint regarding this on jan 9, 2020 but not received any kind of resolution yet. They give me the complain number z. R. O 4549. I wrote the application regarding wrong bill there. They told me someone will visit your home to check the meter reading. And after two moths later i received the another bill of rs 4897.77 that due date is 03/04/2020. Kindly look into this complaint and provide me the correct bill of water. Please find the attachment of meter reading and my complaint application that i submit on 09/01/2020.
