Delhi Jal Board — meter running but billing without meter running

dear sir our house was locked on 22 feb 2014 while taking reading your meter reader delibrately changed the status of meter as UNMT inspite of my repeated request to your deptt they did not changed the stuatus of my meter as running. therefore i am paying the inflated bill since feb2014. i am senior citizen and am not in a position to may inflated bill . i request your good selves to look into the matter and the mistake done by your empolyes and adjust the amount excess paid by me in susequent bill. detail of my meter : new KNO_[protected] name : yogesh kumar;
