Delhi Jal Board — Mutation of water bill to owner's name not done yet

Dear Sir,

I have applied for mutation/name change in favour of the owner who is my cousin. The KNO No. is [protected]. I have personally visited & applied physically at the office on 12 March 2021 at Mukherjee Nagar Branch of DJB.

Still, I am getting a water bill in my name just like the old bills. I was told that the process would be completed in 20 days but it seems it is not done yet. I am unable to track my application status through the official website as well.

Kindly process, if not, and complete the mutation as soon as possible.
