Delhi Jal Board — Please help in providing the new KNO number

sir, i am trying to get my new KNO number from the DJB site using my old 2010 water bill... but i am unable to find it. After filling the necessary details from the old bill it prompts "KNO does not exists for the provided details or consumer details might have been transferred to different zone.".The details are:-1.)
