sir, i am trying to get my new KNO number from the DJB site using my old 2010 water bill... but i am unable to find it. After filling the necessary details from the old bill it prompts "KNO does not exists for the provided details or consumer details might have been transferred to different zone.".The details are:-1.) I am not been able to view my kno due to bad print from your service zone so please provide me kno so i will do my payment today because its my last day of bill payment.Neccesary details
