Delhi Jal Board

Sub: Reflecting of Arrears in subsequent bill, which is already paid of KNO [protected]
Sir,
I would like to draw your attention towards casual and insincere attitude of revenue department officials posted at ZRO, Yamuna Vihar. I had paid due demand of Rs 654 of Bill date 23 January, 2015 through cheque no. 2111677 (of Punjab national bank, Yamuna Vihar branch) on 9 February, 2015, which was credited to DJB on 13 February through clearing Ref. No. 33621, 2015. But next bill of 11 March 2015 mentioned Rs 934 with the arrears of Rs 687. When I approached the then ZRO asked me to pay Rs 247 and said that the revenue record will be automatically updated my bill with the amount paid through the cheque on 9 February. Again the bill date of 11 May, 2015 reached me with Rs 721. Then I decided to complain with ZRO, Yamuna Vihar in writing with all relevant bills and a copy of bank statement. My Complaint Reference No. is 3487 of 21 May 2015.
But I have no clue what action has been taken into mycomplaint and also anypunitive action your part is under consideration for the erring officials who are in habit of harassing bonafide consumers.
Sincerely Yours,
