Dear Sir,
Our K No. is [protected] which has been stucked since January, which is informed to the person who takes water reading, he told me you have no need to complain I will send the person (mulla JI) who will replace the meter but didn't. Please replace it.
Second thing I got tentative bill in June which is totally wrong because since May month to entire October I was in my hometown. On basis of tentative bill you charged me unnecessary water bill. Since June 2018 never consumed over than 20, 000 litters water in a month so how can you charged me. So bill should be zero till 16 October.
Third thing I have been submitted 310 rupees in advance which you dieducted from my account, please refund it.
For reference I attached electricity bills which units are Zero because I was in hometown with two members of my family.
Please look into the matter and take necessary steps.
