I am having djb connection with kno [protected], the meter reading is not being taken from my meter and bill on average policy basis is being sent since past through 8-9 months. My consumption is hardly around 15kl per month still i am receiving huge bills. I had even filed complaint with no.[protected] and have also got my water meter changed and submitted application of it to djb on 29.07.2019 with diary no 2092. Hence kindly waive off the charges from bill and provide bill for actual consumption.

Despite multiple complaints to authorise djb personnels, revenue office complaint..bill is coming huge without reading.
1916 toll free numbers are not able to help .
Member 3 in house of 45 mtr fist floor
Djb giving bills around 30000 pending???
Hw...wht abt 20 kl schemes??
Pls chk sir we are fed up with all djb numbers and help line services??
