The meter status mentioned in the bill generated is showing as ns (No status) which is not correct.The fact is that the premise was un-occupied from time the connection was take. Only from 1st feb 2016, it has been occupied. The reading taken by self on 1st feb 2016 was 3. Our meter is working fine and in good condition . Seems the bill has been generated on pro-data basis and not on actual consumption. This has resulted in inflated bill. Kindly re-visit and do the needful correction

My K. No.([protected]) in the name of Khushboo Kumari R/o WZ-235, NEAR NEKI RAM SARASWATI PUBLIC SCHOOL, RAJ NAGAR II, PALAM, NEW DELHI-110077. Meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as NS (No Status) and previous reading status as NUW (No use of Water) because some previous unit reading was not as per actual used. We do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal and very low supply of water in my gali. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported erroneously 83 units instead of 65 units. I am enclosing here the screenshot of the meter reading and the bill. I am ready for the any test which might be initiated by the department. Now I requested to Delhi Jal Board to amend unit reading as well as water bill and forward fresh bill. I will be highly obliged if my request will be rectify. Regards
