[Resolved] Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — I was not allowed entrance through my card and now they are asking for fine to make it function again

At 7:56 am in the morning on 3/3/2021, when i touch the card[protected] on entry gate it showed the balance but did not allow me the entrance. I went to the counter and get it checked. They asked me to try again still it did not allow me the entrance (kindly check cctv if needed). As I was getting late for office, I used my other card. Later in the evening when I asked them to make it function again they are asking me for fine. Why should I pay 2 times for a single metro ride when I did not enter through this card. Kindly settle this issue asap.
