[Resolved] Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — card recharge not reflected | |
Delhi metro travel smart card recharge done on 02/07/2019 at 1454 hrs for 200 rupees. Card number[protected] Money deducted from account but not reflected in card. The employee at the smart card counter has also not received the message for recharge. This is the second time this is happening and the last time i did not get my refund. But on avm machine (top-up) is not showing this amount . I have e mail on DMRC customer care but no reply or refund received so far.
