We are british passport holders travelling around india. On sunday, 19th october 2017 at 7am outside new delhi railway station we were advised by a man that our train was not running and he put us in a taxi to an office to rearrange. Deepak kumar the manager advised no trains running due to diwali so we paid 29500 rupees for a taxi to amritsar. Taxi. White marila suzuki up14et0789. Driver remji [protected] Add/e50 patel nagar. Ghaziabad. [protected]@hnktravelsolutions.com is our tour guide and she can provide our letter of complaint and photo of manager who took our money. We are not able to complain personally as we are travelling but need to advise you of what is happening and for you to stop this happening again.
