I am Mrs. Geeta Rauthan and living with my husband, two kids, my father in law and my mother in law. We are staying in Najafgarh for last 10-12 yrs.
This comlaint regarding the harrassment which me and my family is getting from our neighbour, Mr. Praveen Dixit.

Root cause of the dispute which is going on.

My father in law, Mr. Rajender Singh Rauthan got retired (worked in Ministry of Defence for 41 yrs) and we people shifted to our family owned house. From the very
beginning, when our house was under construction, this person (Mr. Dixit) started creating trouble to us. He always pointed use less mistakes and used to have arguement
on daily basis. Finally our house was ready but due to some mistake from labour's end, 2-3 inch piece of the rod was outside the wall. Actually, our boundary and
his boundry are together (side by side). He made only ground floor and we made gound and 1st floor. However, that piece of rod should not be any concern as he will
never make the 1st floor. But still he always created issues on the same.

Every time we told him that we will call a mechanic and he will cut that piece of rod. But to my utter surprise, he said, that no one will come to his home and also
he will not give the electricity connection. Now, is it possible to fix the issue without going in his house? Every time this issue was created but due to his negative
response we were not able to fix that issue. We are very simple people and living a simple life. My father in law is retired, my mother in law is a house wife and my
husband is doing a private job. We used to be in the office and we only get to know about the problems through my father and mother in law.

Below are some incidents mentioned which we faced and got harrassed.

1st incident : One day in the evening my father in law was in a shop to purchase milk. Mr. Dixit suddenly came in front of him and very rudely (abusively) he said to my father
in law that when you are going to fix the issue. Again my father in law said, that issue could be fixed but we want support from your end also as mechanic said that it
wont be possible to fix the issue without going on your roof.
Instead o[censored]nderstanding, he pushed my father in law very hard. Anything could have happened to my 71 yrs old father in law but luckily our another lady neighbour was
there and she hold my father in law as he was almost fall to the gound and any thing could have been happened to him. (Our mistake) No action was taken from our end.
I didn't tell anyghing to my husband about this incident as I came to
know this from my mother in law.

2nd incident: Another day in the morning my mother in law went to his home and asked him that how could he do this to such an old person. Don't you have any respect for
atleast old people ? But he was so rude and arrogant that he shouted on my mother in law also and after some arguement, he was so angry that he took the axe
(construction was going on in another house) and he tried to hit my mother and father in law both. But again luckily other people
were there and they hold him that don't do this.

3rd incident : Now it was too much and I shared all this with my husband. Still, we people decided that we will fix this issue today itself and this would be end of this long
running dispute. Hence, my husband and our lady neighbour went to Mr. Dixit's home to discuss the same as the mechaning (welder) also came to cut the rod. But again he started
abusing and then after all this suddenly they both started fighting. Then our neighbour ran downwards and opened the locked door from inside and then people came and stop
this fight.

Now both parties made a FIR and police came. They took both to hospital for the medical report. Afer that as per police's suggestion, we tried to compromise the issue
with our neighbour Mr. Dixit. People gathered in the evening and he was asked to join so that we all could discussed and finish this dispute by comprimising. He agreed
to join in the evening but he didn't came. This happened twice.

Also, police called both parties with the witnesses but at the last time he didn't came to police station also. This also happened couple of times. After that my father
in law's friend somehow discussed the issue with him and he said that he don't have any issues now and don't want any complaint. We also thought that its over now and we
didn't made any further complaint.

But now suddenly police came to our home 3-4 times and asking the same thing that what happenned and again called us in police station. We came to know that 18 complaints
have been submitted by this person. totally shocking for all o[censored]s.
Finally, SI Mr. Kuldeep asked us to come police station and we went there with the witnesses and we again mentioned the same in the letter and our witnesses also sign
on the same.

Sir, this person has a totally different mentality and no one can understand that what exactly he wants. He has never been a part of any discussion with any one and
doing complaints only. He now mentioned in complaint that my fahter in law and my husband fought with him. But all people know that my father was on the roof on 2nd
floor of our house. Totally false statement. He submitted some pictures where we can see wounds on the hands and legs but who is the person in pictures, God knows.
Picture is only of the wounded hand and leg.

Sir, we have 2 little daughters and it is really embarassing when police comes again and again and asks for My husband. Kids also ask that why police came. My father
in law is a senior citize (71 yrs) and again and again he have to visit police stations. This is really very embarassing. This person Mr. Dixit is just making complaints
here and there and we have to answer all that. We are afraid from this phsyco person that what will he do.

in addition to this, on 3rd December 2018, in the evening 7 to 7:30 PM, again 2 police men came to our home and again asked for the previous dispute. Now they said that they came to arrest my husband and father in law and will take to the police station and then after doing all formalities they can leave. 2 neighbours went with my husband and father in law. We completely cooperated with them and my husband and father in law, both went there and came back after 2 hours.
Now the issue is that we are still in fear that what will happen next. Complete unaware that what police is doing and what they are supposed to do ? There are some points mentioned, kindly check :
1. When we already take witnesses to the police station and they signed and all then why the police didn't take any action at that time. The complaint should have been closed then as the same was communicated by Mr. Sub Inspector from Chawla police station.
2 Incindent was happened 1 yrs ago and our neighbour complained after 1 year and police came to our home for asking questions. Then after 6 months (3rd December, 18) they again came to arrest.
3 We made complaint earlier as well but no action was taken against that. We submit application for same in the Dwarka sec 19 to the DCP office. Same was submitted to Chawla station but no response.
I would request you kindly help as we are living in fear, depression and harrassment. We have 2 kids and they are so scared and ask that why police has come. Why they took my father and grand father ?
Please help me so that we could also come out from this depressed and harrassed life and could live like a free human being and could live our life.

        Permanent add. Village & post. Strata distt. Meerut up.

        Mr. Pawan had taken a loan of amount 5 lakh in 2006. But he did pay a amount of 2.5 lakh.
        Still he has to pay 2.5 lakh + intrest.
        But he did not gave installment since 2008. And the loan account became npa (Non performing assets).
        We are try to pressurise him through call and do many requests, but he always says that he will not give the loan installment and threatening words to us (Dhamki deta h ki tm kuch nhi kr skte mera like that).

        Our only hope is you i. E. Delhi police.
        Please do the needful.

I have pay as per executive 1888 rs. Then my call transfer to reginal hr and she has also told me that pay again rs. 7000. I m not pay again and i told that return back my amount. She is again cut 1888 rs. From my account with process of return and she said that it is server error.                       I would like to inform you that i've faced a fraudulent through my atm debit card, and theft of 17000 rs in 2 transaction made in morning through atm location in nehru place delhi, i have received 2 deduction message in morning one on 11:02 and another on 11:03 am respectively, when i checked about these transactions to my bank branch in sehore (466001) myself, they told me that my atm has been used in nehru palace delhi, most importantly i have my own atm debit card in my pocket at that time, and atm transaction has been done in delhi while i was in sehore 466001 with my debit card, all transaction has been done by atm machine in nehru place delhi, for your kind information i have never ever share any critical information i. E otp, my atm card number, cv number with anyone else,

A sum of rs.35000 was debited from my account where as my debit card was in my personal possession. Request you to please treat this highly important as the same withdrawal has not been initiated by me.

                            I received a call from Mr. Manish (mobile: [protected]) on 14th September, 2018 that if I pay the premium of policy No.[protected] of myself online, i will get discount of 10%. He also sent below message for depositing the amount in Axis Bank:

                            Beneficiary Name- Max Life [[protected]]
                            A/C No[[protected]]
                            Ifsc Code- UTIB0000696
                            Bank Name- Axis Bank
                            Branch- New Delhi
                            Amount-46, 354/-

                            I deposited Rs. 46354/- in the bank as per details given above on 14th September from my SBI Bank Account through IMPS transfer and it was successfully processed.

                            I even spoke to Mr Manish and he confirmed that the amount has been processed. But when I checked with Max Life ten days later, they said premium amount not received.

                            I wrote to Max Life Insurance company also. Their reply is given below:

                            Dear Mr. Chakravartty,

                            Greetings from Max Life Insurance!

                            This is with reference to your email received by us on November 05, 2018 regarding a call received by you, subsequent to which you had made a payment. We confirm that this call was not from Max Life Insurance. It appears to be an unsolicited call made by unscrupulous elements in the name of Max Life Insurance.

                            The payment remitted was not made to Max Life Insurance but to a third party who in no way is related to Max Life Insurance. We request you to kindly:

                            1. Take up the matter with the beneficiary bank immediately (format enclosed) to pursue reversal of money if possible

                                  Sir, i have recieved phone call from [protected]. The person was saying that he is calling from idea when i said it is not idea number then he insisted me to know which simcard i am using. All of a sudden when i refused him to give any details he started abusing. Please check this once this may be the part of some fraud.
                                  This may be the part of fraud to issue duplicate simcard and then accessing bank details.
                                  Delhi Police customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I received a call from mr. Manish (Mobile: [protected]) on 3rd november that if i pay the premium of policy no.[protected] of my wife sudha gupta online, i will get discount of 10%. He also sent below message for depositing the amount in dbs bank:

                                    Beneficiary name - max life[protected]
                                    A/c no[protected]
                                    Ifsc code - dbss0in0820
                                    Bank name - dbs bank
                                    Branch - new delhi
                                    Amount-31, 590/-

                                    I deposited rs. 31590/- in the bank as per details given above on 3rd november from axis bank as per message received from bank given below:

                                    Hello! Your a/c no. 132967 has been debited by rs. 31595.9 on 03nov18. The a/c balance is rs. 3132967
                                    5298.28. Info: imps/p2a/[protected]/[protected]dbss0i

                                    I have sent several messages to mr. Manish to confirm deposition of amount in max life account of my wife sudha gupta but no response till date.

                                    I wrote to max life insurance company also. Their reply is given below:

                                    Dear ms. Gupta,

                                    Greetings from max life insurance!
                                    We would like to inform you that we have not received the amount of rs.31, 590.00. Hence, same will reflect in our records within 48-72 hours.

                                    Moreover, the status of the policy is active in our records.

                                    For any further assistance, please feel free to revert at service. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com.in case, you feel that our response is not upto your satisfaction, please feel free to share your feedback at manager. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com.

                                    It seems mr. Manish is committing fraud by getting the premium deposited in hisr account and not making the payment to insurance company.

                                      It is reported that a scanned/photocopy of bogus cheque no. 056884 dated 09.11.2018 amounting rs. 4, 50, 000/- was received in this office from sbi, tis hazari court, delhi-110054 through one of our group d official named sh. Bharat singh on 13.11.2018. The sbi official asked to our group d official that how the double cheque has been issued from your office on the same cheque number. Whereas this office has actually issued cheque no. 056884 dated 26.09.2018 in the name of m/s m. K shopping for rs. 73762/-. Photocopy of both the cheque issued vide same cheque no. 056884 are enclosed herewith.

                                      It appears that bogus cheque has been produced by one sh. Amit kumar at the corporation bank, code no. 2999, a-354, meera bagh, paschim vihar, new delhi-110084, mobile no-[protected].

                                      The matter is, therefore, reported to your office to register the case by lodging fir against sh. Amit kumar and others involved in this conspiracy and investigate the case thoroughly. A copy of fir so logged may kindly be supplied to this office.

                                        I want to file a compalint regarding fraud happen with me. A person Nilesh chaudhary who is the residance of kailashpuri Palam, Delhi and his contact number is [protected], have taken ₹ 20000 (Rs.Twenty thousand) from me to place one of my relative for the bank job but he didn't place my candidate and even not refunding my money.

                                        I request you to please take action against him and help me to get my money back, because from the last 1.5 month he is not responding me positively.
